We are so happy our son swims for DART at Sacramento! He is thriving and learning so much from Coach Cortney. Hes becoming a much better swimmer and person as well. We really appreciate her!Our coaches have had to navigate through so many obstacles this year to get the kids back in the pool and we are thankful for all their hard work!I just wanted to say THANK YOU to all the coaches for all you do to help make our swim team and our kids successful, not only in swim, but also in life!

I have been swimming year round for DART at Sacramento Swimming for about 14 years. I have progressed through the program going from a little girl who looked like she was drowning to a local, regional, national, international, and collegiate swimmer. Through the program, I have been able to achieve the title of Athletic All-American all thanks to my amazing coaches, encouraging teammates, and supportive swimming community. Dart Swimming at Sacramento not only guides young athletes to become great swimmers, but also teaches them some important qualities in life such as how to be diligent, how to time-manage, how to be receptive to new ideas, and most importantly, how to learn from failure. It is thanks to this program that I am now a student-athlete at a D1 college.

Came into this club team as a strictly recreational league swimmer and quickly transitioned into a high level year round swimmer. Coaching staff is excellent at planning goals and helping swimmers achieve them. Healthy, constructive, and competitive environment for swimmers of all ages looking to take the next step in their careers.I cannot recommend this team enough.

DART swimming at Sacramento provides a great environment for swimmers, no matter their previous swimming background. In the 2 years that I swam there I’ve found the coaching staff to be extremely dedicated and involved when it came to the group and me individually. Swimming for DART Sac really helped prepare me for division 1 collegiate swimming and I’ll always be appreciative of the time I spent swimming there.
