Love this place! I think they have been the most innovative in creating an all around fun atmosphere while not compromising the gamblers experience.The staff is kind, and extremely attentive to detail with their sanitation. I hope they stay open 24 hours still.

The Wait staff are courteous, professional and polite.I think the security guard/s need a course on manners, language skills and knowledge of the proper way to treat EVERYONE equal. Including the ones that are not on the fortunate side of life.i.e..... the homeless in the area are in abundance but they are not lesser humans.I wont be staying silent next time I witness outright meanness. I will be reporting to the proper channels.

The food was really delicious. Had the turkey melt sandwich with fries. Definitely recommend this place.

This casino was a nice little quick outing. We played baccarat and blackjack then had a tasty dinner. The best part is there are no slot machines so that means no slot zombies. All of the staff were helpful and the card dealers were very personable. I will definetly go back.

This place is so awesome! The food is good, the portions are generous and the prices are unbelievable! I love the spinach omelette and their french toast is the best Ive ever had!

If youre going there for Breakfast, GREAT! If, on the other hand, like I was, youre going to play poker or blackjack, Id SAVE MONEY and do that somewhere else. I didnt have the chance to really do too much more than play a few hands of blackjack and poker, but even for that I certainly wasnt impressed. TERRIBLE BLACK JACK DEALER, TERRIBLE SERVICE. Rather stay at home with a few Scratchers than risk money at all playing any real cards at that place.

Great dealers horrible staff. I asked for a floor manager they told me to find him myself. Hes a guy in a suit.... I said were in a casino do you know how many guys that is? Terrible customer experience.

I didnt like it much. Weird layout. When you sit down, then its all good. Parking lot layout is weird, you may have to walk some distance. You may cross paths with some of the homeless around that area.

Good food and service while your at a table. Waited like 15min standing in front of the cash register to pay. At one point a waitress (not ours) asked if Id been helped, I told her I just needed to pay my bill. she looked at my ticket, pointed at my waitress and said thats your waitress and walked off. After standing there another 5-10min I finally got to pay my tab after uttering the words Im about to walk out. if I could have just paid and left like any other establishment Ive been in, probably would have got 5 stars...

Great menu but food tastes like its from a bowling alley. Ordered nachos and the chicken was cold and they used cheeze whiz from a jar, also cold . Chairs are comfortable but can be crowded. Not the safest area. I have had a friend who was followed home from Capitol and mugged and stabbed; stay alert.

Same players all the time. If you play limit games be prepared for someone to play you to the river looking for the straight, flush or two pair. Blackjack is good. People tend to play differently trying to chase the bonuses which may mess hands up. Good food! Free breakfast before 9am for poker players.

Yikes, this place is so incredibly AWKWARD! As soon as you walk in, everyone has to stop and stare!! Then everyone in there, well maybe at least half of the staff are super rude!!! The other half were really nice actually and super helpful when I wanted to learn how to play three card. Luckily I was the only one at that table, but I never really won much, just went back and forth alot. It was a kind of decent place to go late at night because they are open 24/7. But thats about it. I didnt get to try their food because they said they werent serving any food until 6am, so that was kind of lame, but maybe next time! If there is one!

It is a ghetto casino. Customer service in the restaurant SUCKS. I have NEVER been to a casino that DOES NOT have change (coins). The waiter/waitress should let the customer know that before waiting an half an hour for the change. It wasnt the amount, but rather the ethics behind it. I WILL NEVER. EVER return to CAPITAL CASINO. They SUCKKK !!!

Capitol Casino has a great atmosphere. Whether youre playing cards, sitting in the lounge, or in the cafe you get great service all around. Their parking lot used to be smaller but since long have built a new lot across the street. I never have to worry about parking. I havent gone to gamble but I have gone to eat, drink, and relax with friends. The Cafe has great service I go there for breakfast. No matter what you order its all good. I go to the Lounge/Bar area for dinner or drinks. AMAZING CHINESE FOOD!

This is one of my favorite casinos to visit in the Sacramento area. The game room is newly remodeled now. I love the side bets on Black Jack...red flex and dealer bust. The dealers are all pretty chill and entertaining. If you dont know how to play they will definitely help you out. The place can get a lil rowdy, but thats what I like. You will definitely meet some interesting people in there. You have to try to food!!! Everything I have ordered has been on point and very quick service. Best part...they bring your food to you while youre playing at a table. Go check them out!!

Overall the casino is not the best. I am prepared to lose anytime I go gambling but I would like to at least have fun. The dealers all seem to hate working there and they make way too many mistakes. Only getting the 2nd star because of the Calamari. That was delicious!

Well it was close to CLOSING and the waitress is practically threw us out they wanted to go home so badly... perhaps not seating us so close to closing time would have been smarter....I didnt eat but my friend did seemed like perfectly good ordinary food like you would get in the diner

Its going thru a renovation right now. If your looking for ambiance while your gambling, I would wait. But if you can over look that, then the foods is decent and you get paid if you winThey completed there bar area and I can tell you its was worth the wait. I wish I had a before and after pictures.

Went to have lunch at 11.50 am and the waitress came in 10 minutes and took the order from us and we ordered salad and chicken sandwich and waited for 45 minutes and there was some other people came after us about 15 minutes after and they almost finished there lunch and when we asked about our lunch after an hour then the waitress asked the chef and the chef replied to the waitress that they are busy. We have to leave the restaurant after an hour sitting with no food. This was my first time in the restaurant and never going to that restaurant again.

If you are a respectable-looking person(male) who has a small backpack they ask you to please have it removed from your person and taken across the street put into a ground locker but if youre a female you can keep your bag and your backpack unacceptable very poor customer service in the cafe only good thing were in the cooks doing their job happily. I know going to the Capitol Casino on 16th street next to The Ford Dealership prior to reaching the American River overpass. You could not find a better Casino to burn time at anywhere else in Northern California. There you get to know all other players and get to feel as if youre with your family due to how well everyone respects every other person there, plus the owners are wonderful people.

The food is pretty good - nothing extravagant, fairly basic, but it tastes good and isnt very expensive. The casino itself is rubbish. It looks like they are big fans of the Fallout video game series as the place looks like a dystopian future casino after some sort of disaster. Its being renovated but I dont feel that will salvage the image. Still, the food is good. Come eat and leave, ignore the casino part entirely.

A different concept in a gambling establishment. It was fairly small and no machines. Won $20 on $5 blackjack over two rounds of doubledeck. Weird state rules on how things are paid but a fantastic dealer. I only stayed for a short time to see what it was. My bike was safely locked in a cage in the parking lot...I really liked that.
