My whole family enjoys this place. The front staff needs to improve their customer service and be more friendly. kids that are not a certain height can’t do the zip line. My 6 yr old is two inches too short and is not able to enjoy all the benefits of his platinum membership:(Please train your staff in the front desk to be friendly and not rude.

This place is great for kids at all ages. I say especially over 9 and up a lot of extra entertainment for bigger kids. I feel its worth to pay the platinum because they can do everything for 2 1/2 hrs. Fun for parents too. I had a good time doing all the activities. Good for as party but the pizzas are small fyi.

Had a blast, so did the kids lol. Reservation only and if you arent playing you aint staying. (According to management) So maybe leave Grams at home for this one. Even organized a dodge ball game! Too much fun.

First time there on a Saturday. It was definitely super Fun! The price to enter is decent. Definitely worth the drive from the Bay area to Sacramento. Due to Covid you must do the online reservation and pay as well. We paid around $60 for 2 adults & 2 children. We are definitely returning soon.

Had a really unique experience here for a birthday party we had for my nephew. There is so much to do at this place such as trampolines, elevated climbing and walking on walkways that are situated about 10 feet above the ground level and Urban Air provides harnesses and lanyards that you are required to use when you walk on these elevated locations. There are also bumper cars that the kids can ride and there is also a holographic area where you can play a video game while you have the holographic cameras on your head. I didnt try it but many were in line to experience this. We also had a host by the name of Corey that took care of our group in a party room room that you can reserve. He made sure that we all had sucks for those that wanted to participate in all the activities available and also made sure that all of our pizzas were delivered and even cut our birthday cake for us and handed them out to all the kids. There are different levels of options for what kind of experience you want to have and this is all spelled out in their website. Overall, this is a pretty good place that your kids will not be bored with. Definitely worth a try!!

The place is over all really fun, but during quarantine most of the attractions in there are closed, so if you are wanting to go there with a kid -6 years old, Id advise you not to, because outside of the trampoline, spinning cars, and possibly one other attraction, the little kids have nothing to do there. Id say its mostly a place for older children, where they will most definitely have fun.

Worst customer service EVER!!! Rude uncaring people. Unprofessional from start to finish, would never do business with them again. I would trust my kids at rockin jump any day over this place, please keep safe!

I know how crazy places like this get so I decided to make my first visit on a monday. You do need to sing a waiver for all your children but it was fast and easy. It was pretty busy but not crowded and the staff was very friendly and willing to help you. My three kids are 8, 11, and 14. They all had fun and were happy to find that some areas they restricted smaller children as understandably they tend not to follow safety rules. They do also provide children pens where they can safely jump. Overall they had fun and wish to come again.

Great place. Wonderful staff led by Bubs at the Merry go Round and Mary at concessions. Actually every worker we encountered could not have been nicer. Wasnt crowded as it was open Monday for Lincolns birthday.

My son and I love this spot. Way better than the other trampoline places weve been. They have a zip line, high rope type course, american ninja warrior type course, and some other fun stuff. It can be very busy on the weekends, highly suggest coming during the week if you want to experience the most. Come with at least a few hrs to blow, and be prepared for 20-30m waits on the weekends ..

This place is AWESOME!!! We had my two sons birthday parties here and the kids had so much fun. They ran from trampolines to bumper cars to ninja warrior courses to more trampolines to rock walls to the sky coaster to the four story play center to the Virtual Reality games.They made everything so easy for us and they were helpful each step of the way. We ordered a ton of food and it all came out hot and delicious.I ended up buying the year membership for both kids because it’s such a good deal. I love seeing my kids run around like crazy vs just playing games somewhere to get tickets for cheap plastic toys.

Extreme fun for most ages. Cheap as well. The staff were all super nice, and the building was very clean and well kept. there were also specific packages that you could get to fit your needs. Really enjoyable experience overall.

If the park is closed, why they keep charging the membership??? Why they keep taking money out of the credit card if the park is closed due the Covid!!

This place is really overpriced, but it is guaranteed fun if you bring older children. You can pay for different packages which allow you access to different parts of the facility. The have rock climbing, VR, trampoline fields, a dodgeball center, zip lining, a ropes course, an obstacle course, bumper cars and a couple more things. They do serve food here but it’s priced how you would expect. I would bring my kids back here again, but not regularly.

What a fun place! Kids had a blast. There is so much to do here. We lucked out and it wasnt crowded at all so kids didnt have to wait for any activity. Will definitely be back

My girls really enjoyed themselves. We went on Sunday just when it opened at 11 am so it was not crowded at all however it did begin to get pretty full around 1:00 pm. The areas were kept clean and the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. It isnt extremely large but it does have a nice variety of things to do. The only problem I have is the entry prices. It ranges from $20 -$30 for a daily pass. The lessor amount does not include the VR or the bumper card or sky coaster. The food was average price and they do carry GLUTEN FREE cauliflower crust pizza. Its about 10 inches and runs about $20. Over all very fun place to go!

Its for kids and the Groupon used was a water since still needed to upgrade to the premium package to even be able to do anything and still wasnt able to try the virtual reality game. Just for kids and parties. Not really much to do. A high priced trampoline place.

Really cool place for birthdays or just to play for active kids. Innovative use of up high space (zip line with a spin, walking across bridges while harnessed in, etc.). Kids are literally flying around the room! Trampolines, ball pits, bumper cars, and VR area too!

Had a blast!!! The food wasnt good. More effort could be out into that. The chili tasted weird....old and kinda burnt and the pizza was stale. The fun zones were fun tho. Had a great time playing with the kids!!!

Awesome! Ethan at virtual reality was super helpful with the kids. That was one of their favorite parts. The Sky Rider was for sure a favorite. Yanna and Breeanna in Sky rider were great. And all the choices make it fun for adults and kids!

So much fun! Great place for both my 1.5 year old and 9 year old! I love that me as a full grown woman (200+ lbs) can enjoy it with them on all the attractions! The kingly gym area is big enough for adults you run around in there too. Snacks are pricey but no surprise there. Staff was very helpful and friendly. My daughter rolled her ankle at the end and the staff was very nice and brought over an ice pack and made sure she was fine. Will definitely be coming back soon!!

Safe place for friends and family. There is security around before you walk in. When you walk in there are friendly faces waiting to greett you and get ready to have a radical time jumping safely!!! Super fun!

This place is amazing for kids! So much to do and try. The 4 stars is for two reasons. One- it is very pricey. Two- not everything is included. If you want to do some of the sky zone stuff or virtual reality, it will run you a total of at least 27 to 30 bucks. You also have to purchase their grippy socks. Socks from other, similar places dont qualify. My kid had a blast, though!

This place is HORRIBLE! The customer service is absolutely terrible! All the employees who work there are very unprofessional, rude, and lazy. First time I went there I had to wait & stand by the register for a while because the employees are out there hanging out. There unaware of everything. Second time I went there, a employee literally told my daughter she can’t use the obstacle course because she has to start cleaning up! The place didn’t even close til one more hour. After I PAY this people still have the balls to tell my daughter she can’t play no more. Finally, Last time I went there , a big fight started inside urban air then it ended up outside by the entrance. All the kids were crying including my daughter. It was so bad that we had to get evacuated from the BACK! To top it off one of there employees was out there fighting too. I’m NEVER going back . I’ve complain & the manager didn’t care . I didn’t get my refund! This place is the WORST!

Although staff was very polite and easy to talk to we didnt enjoy attractions due to the fact the staff supervision was limited. Also, some staff had limited knowledge of the color coded attraction system. Probably wont go back again.

Great place. Lots of challenging courses. My only gripe, is i realize why we need to wear their grip socks, but doing rope courses in socks, really hurt the feet. Same for the wall climb. Otherwise very fun. Did not do bumper cars or the VR ( have Oculus rift at home ).

This place is pretty fun for anyone over probably 4 years old. Under 4 they might get bowled over.Theres VR, rock climbing, jungle gym, obstacle courses, trampolines, massage chairs, food....bumper cars...zipline and more...ya, theres a lot going on here.The prices are a bit high and I wish theyd just had a kids pass that allows access to everything for less than 30 bucks. Activities are blocked out depending on what kind of pass you buy. Its not listed clearly what the everything actually is. They use their in house titles for each section which is slightly confusing when youre purchasing your pass on a touch screen with no attendants around.Theres not a ton of places to sit and watch your kids play around the activities.My kid liked it. I found it stressful. Checks out.

Went for my daughters birthday party. She and her friends had a blast. Only issue is I had bought passes on Groupon and didnt know they would be restricted from doing some of the activities that had been the main reason we came. Other than that it was a fun place for a bunch of 10-11 year olds to let loose and be loud.

I love the fact that its so close to home. The only downfall is some of the staff. Some are very lazy and try to rush out the door before its time to close that they turn tvs off when youre watching and complain infront of you about being ready to go home.Last time i was there one of the managers closed the bathrooms right at 8pm when our paid for time was up. My son had to go abd she yelled doors closed means its closed! I told her well we paid and he has the right to use the restroom unless you want to clean it up off your walls later... Love the place just a few bad apples.

This place is soooo fun! I had a session for 2 1/2 hours and it was probably the funnest 2 1/2 hours of my life!

Came for a birthday party and it was a BLAST! I had my 2 year old and 6 year old with me and they both had tons of fun! The sky rider was my favorite! I also enjoyed the cars and ropes course. My husband played the hologate and said it was really cool. We had pizza, wings, and hot dogs. It was all delicious and warm!! Definitely plan to come back. :)

One of my kids favorite thing to do is jump, this place is pretty cool! But some times the employee are not paying attention, bigger kids would jump close to smaller kids and ive witness couple crashes.

Great set up.my kid was invited to a bday. But if you get hungry theres extra chairs and they have food. I didnt get a chance to buy food so dont know if its good. I did see lots of parents buying food. They have the usual stuff and a zip line and an obstacle course way up high. Didnt check prices.

The place is really nice. Cool things to do. BUT the employees howm supposed to be watching the trampolines disappear all the time and nobody was there controlling the kids when my son crash with another kid. We ended up in ER with a Knee injured. While we were waiting in the hospital to been seeing, another person injured came in from the same jumping place.

Place is goofñd for kids, fun place, but service only like 30 % of people working there seem to be doing a good job, the rest have always a long face, ...try to get a coffee but service at the food area was super slow...waited around 15 mins with only 3 customers in front of me(it was a group of 3)and they even waited a lot to get what they needed , I had to leave the line and dont get my coffee a lost of time for me and an unhappy customer for them, I dont know who looses the most, I dont even know if they have any kind of rules in customer service that pay for a service and they attend you with a face that seems like you begging for free stuff, like I said a good place for kids, and I dont even know if they care about customers

Really fun for the first time! But unfortunately, the kids have gotten a little bored of it the more we go.

This place has more things to do than a typical bounce place. They have a virtual reality game, bumper cars, and this ziplining thing. It is dim with neon lights everywhere. They also have these massage chairs which were awesome so sit in while my kid played.

My son loved it.all adventure in one place thats really good about this place..

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Two IMPORTANT items missing are activities for toddlers besides the one trampoline area, and seating for the adults who are there to watch the children. Theres a cluster of tables and chairs for eating at, and a bunch of expensive, uncomfortable massage chairs.

Very fun place!! And something different for my kids to do. What people need to understand is that most of their employees are just kids too...they are teenagers and they are doing a great job to ensure ALL kids are safe and of course having fun.

First time was yesterday and wow wow wow!!!! Definitely recommend to other families!!the staff there are VERY informative.. and interact so well with all the children. Corey took alot of time explaining to me the difference of membership rates making it very understandable to me to make the right choice.we will definitely be back this entire month.

Management needs to properly train the staff on harness fitting. I saw multiple guest get stuck on the corners of the Aerial Obstacle course because the lead lines were not working smoothly. If you want the best band for your buck, go during the week.

*This was my first visit with my two kids ages 3 and 5. The place was nice and had lots of fun things to do but it’s more for older kids then smaller. I literally had to supervise everything my kids did so going there with out one to one supervision just didn’t feel safe.*There was some nice employees but you can tell that they where undertrained in customer service.*I got there one hour before closing and the girl at the front desk was more interested in upsetting me instead providing quality customer services. She presented the company as MONEY GRABBING and INSENSITIVE .*I would not come back anytime soon.

I went to urban air the other day and honestly when my child went out on the ropes course, someone named malachi just made them have a fun time and feel bold enough to do something Ive never gotten them to do before. It was actually quite amazing to see someone handle kids so excellently. Would come again just so my kid can see him again.

This place is so fun! We had a group of kids and adults and there was something for everyone. The adults had as much fun as the kids! All the employees were super nice and helpful. Porche helped us at the climbing walls and she was kept busy! And Ethan was so nice and patient helping all of us with the VR. That was so crazy! Definitely give it a try!

Its a cool place but they dont have everything together yet! My grandson has been here a few times, I bought him a yearly pass, he loves it. However today he got a 2 inch cut on his leg playing in the ninja warrior area. We got the manager, after fixing his knee, I had to argue with the manager that he needed to check out the exhibit to find out what couldve cut his leg in there..he finally went and did a walk through of it..Ive seen other kids with ice packs because of injuries in here too. Its only been open a month, but it needs to be safer...my grandson never has gotten hurt at Mojo Dojo, Wacky Tacky , bounce U etc.

Overall a decent experience. Our party was just ok. I booked a private room, and was supposed to have a dedicated host, but i dont know where our host disaapeared to, so spent 20 minutes looking for her and another man host helped us out. He was awesome, super helpful. For the price, should have had way better service and the birthday boy didnt get his shirt. I realize it is supposed to be a fun place for the kids, but as previously stated, we are the paying adults and the service should be top notch, happy and friendly. Sacramento Arden location.

I came for a nieces bday party and the kids had a great time, my biggest concern is the lack of security. That was very disturbing. I feel that should be addressed immediately.

The employees at this establishment are wonderful, and really know their customer service. This is a perfect place for children, teens, and adults. I had an overall wonderful experience.

Nice safe place for kids and adult fun

Ive been here two times. First time I tell the counter I want the wristband two allow my kids to play the VR Game and bumper cars. But, after playing we went to the bumper cars for them to tell them they dont have the right wristband. So we didnt get upset and they continued to play around with the normal stuff. We came back a few days ago and told the counter that I want the wrist band to allow all my children to play on the VR Game and Bumper Cars. But, again get charged and placed with normal wristbands. But, this time we went and got that fixed (thanks to management quick response).The best experience I have besides seeing my kids play and have fun is at the snack bar stand. The lady the there both times (Serenay. W) have always kept a smile on my face with great customer service. I give her . Keep up that good work Serenay. W!!!

If your kids is less than 48” and doesn’t like trampolines, it could be very boring place for her/him.
