He explained exactly what to do, confirmed the dimensions, made a few recommendations on sizing, paper and finish and helped me get my order in. Our print arrived less than 48 hours later with confirmations along the way. And the quality of the print is insane, just gorgeous. This level of customer service is unparalleled. I wanted to give my mother-in-law something special for Christmas but I kept putting it off and was worried I wouldnt have it back in time for the holidays.
