Come at Graton Hotel and Casino.I recommend 100% to stay and play. Even u lossing, no one will go home full of foods and free give aways. The machine is random winning and its good place to play. Good hotel, clean and neat, its very well maintained and sanitized very well, smell good.
Loved it. Best casino i have been to. Great staff, winning machines, food is yummy and just a fun time for all. Wife got pampered and i got entertained. The rooms are to die for. Bed is so comfortable and room is spacious, well designed and modern. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up for this place. Will return soon. A must if you like casinos.
Graton is a very large casino/hotel/resort. Casino has such a wide variety of slots, youll probably find your favorite, and at the denomination you wanna play. Food court has a good variety, at not bad prices, they also have more upscale restaurants. Theyve done a lot for the pandemic, separating slots, turned off every other one. Plexiglas spacers at the table games. They take your temperature on your way in, its a good time, and the slots actually pay pretty good.I just ate at the Boathouse in the food court today, and it was better than most Chinese restaurants around, way better than Panda Express.
Awesome casino. 21 and up. Smoking and none smoking. Free parking and valet parking. Plenty of bars, they are serving drinks right outside the bar in a single file line due to covid. But the bar is beautiful and I have no doubt it would have been wonderful to sit at if it were open. They still bring drinks directly to your seat as always. Really easy to navigate, Ive been to hundreds of casinos and alot are very easy to get lost and misguided very quickly. However, the Graton was the exact opposite. Clear line of views, bright and visible, and also the signs in the air are very helpful. There arent too many huge machines that block your view from the signs, so that helps. All in all very welcoming casino and hotel. Never stayed the night so I cant comment on the hotel experience, but this is definitely one of my go to local casinos.
So far I am in the positive here, but even when I lose at the table, I usually have fun and good conversations with many of the dealers (which is uber important to me). I do wanna give a special shout out to Bret. Ive never felt better after losing 500 bucks, but he kept a smile on my face. I also enjoy the separated non-smoking area. Itd be nice to have maybe a smaller cage so I didnt have to cross the entire casino to cash out. Other than that, I love the place.

I Love this casino. Its very drama-free and serious about being covid-19 free to which you will be banned for the day if non-compliant. There is enough variety of games yet equal amount of machines in both smoking and non-smoking areas.
Graton adhered very well to Covid procedures regarding social distancing and sanitary wipes stations throughout the casino floor. There are plexiglass partitions on the card tables and no more than 4 players to a table. The staff enforced mask wearing at all times. Temperatures are taken upon arrival. All guests were also keeping their distance. We would come again.
Food was excellent. General manager asked us to leave after 2 hours. No time to order a dessert, let alone eat it. Said they had more reservations to fill. Asked table next to us to leave as well. At 125 a person, this is unacceptable. Especially when there plenty of available tables.
As a socially crippled individual, I am able to somehow fit into the work environment of this awesome company. When this Covid pandemic ends, I look forward to seeing live music again in Gratons ball room, a great venue for enjoying live entertainment.

I had great time in granton casino won 10,000 dollars and it was my birthday I when one my coworker form Czi my new brother I been going again and aging hiting it big like 800 in slots and walk out when u win why u going to lose it all lol but u going have fun doing that this is the place needs a night club or something but isnt is covid19 time so no dancing..
As usual I lost. I cant give Graton Casino even 1star.If, I ever won any money at Graton that would be different.But, Gratin Casino has never been lucky for me. Thats a minus 1* Star.
Cocktail waitresses act as if the did you s favor even though you have been there for 3 plus hours before actually they offer you anything to drink the dudes in suits are non friendly and unhelpful Im a platinum member which aside from going to front of line just means VIP looser no perks machines are tight its not that fun
Great place, the staff is very helpful and accommodating. They care about everyones safety and strictly enforce wearing of masks to protect you and everyone. The food from all the different restaurants is delicious. Cant get enough of the pizza from Tonys and the steak from 630 Park!
Given the circumstances, the casino was actually fun and safe. Its definitely different seeing people wearing masks everywhere while managing to drink, smoke and socialize. Like any place, a socially distanced entry line with a infrared temperature check is cumpulsory. No valet at all. Bars were primarily closed but small drink stations keep the drink needs satisfied with socially distanced wait lines that were not too bad. Slot machine play was also socially distanced with one inoperable machine between players. Playing cards with a pie cutter shaped plexiglass barrier was nothing Id ever imagined but yet it worked. It was strangely claustrophobic but a few winnings hand later and I hardly felt impeded by the barriers. Food options are very limited after 10 PM. Most restaurant run by reservation but check with the host stations for cancellations or availability. The food court had decent food options until 3 a.m. with less options the later it gets. All in all, the pandemic hasnt stopped the partying but it has changed it. It was nice to be in a social atmosphere and sit at a bar like I did unconsciously pre-pandemic. It was nice to call out for a beer and get it served in a pilsner cold with a salt rim and a lemon wedge accompanied by aged tequila served chilled or neat. Truly the simple things now that make life more meaningful now that life is no longer as it was before. If your up for some mild adjustments to your party then this is the vibe for you.

I went to Graton Resort to go to a restaurant with outside dining. I was so shocked to have to go inside the building first. It was crowded and smokey since the Sonoma County Public Health rules do not apply to them. Apparently taking peoples temperature at the door and wearing masks when not eating, drinking, or smoking, was enough for ALL of these people to feel safe! Very scary from an infectious disease point of view. Fortunately, I sent my relatives out quickly, checked in to the restaurant and met them on the patio for dining. Was shocked to see that most preferred indoor dining which left us safely on the beautiful patio. We very much enjoyed the dinner and kind waitress at the Daily Grill. So saddened to see so many at risk.
The casino it self its very nice. I lost a little money but thats OK. Thats why the call it gambling. Hahaha! Only reason I didnt give 5 stars because I was a little sad that I didnt get a food voucher like I usually do. I hope that they bring that back it make losing a more bearable know I was going to get a few bucks off my meal. Anyway had a good time there.
The Security Covin Temperature check is done before you know it at the entrances.Wow what a wide open circular spaced casino makes it easy to get around to try all fun machines! Every other machine is accessable . Noticed they didnt seem too have people cleaning machines as noticeably. Maybe because people werent moving from machines as often, the place had increased people as the night went on.The food court has good selections but food takes a VERY long time. A slice of pizza or starbucks...it all takes too long . I must say the pizza was out of this world and worth the wait, still for all the people working I wouldnt expect to wait half hour for a single slice.AFTER I waited in line AND AFTER I ORDERED..tables were cleared and cleaned right away.The ladys room was immaculate you could tell the ladies who clean took pride in their jobs. I took time to chat with one and she explained how they wiped EVERYTHING DOWN the walls in all the stalls, and often, and she said it with pride and a smile. There were easily 30 !! Mine wascleanclean!! Her appearance was very put together with a nice updoo.She was representative of all the lady cleaners as they were agreeing with her. Go Team Clean!This was my 3rd visit and I must say Ifound my penny machine!! Hahaha it was paying off! If I had all $10/pull I would havewon big!!!! Awww, but its all fun and games! I didnt walk out a winner but certainly will next time!! Hoping to stay over sometime and enjoy a comfortable room.Wondering if theres any dog friendly rooms.

Non smoking section on the floor is a joke. People still smoke in the non smoking section. There is a non smoking closed area but at least it smells cleaner than the floor. There are more people in suits than floor service clerks on the floor. Hire more service clerks to assist patrons with their machines when service light is on. Need better food vendors that people will actually eat.
Since covid, graton has done a great job adapting to the distancing and safety stipulations. I will advise you, squeezing into your chair between people is kind of tight, I hit my arms a few time, didnt hurt, but dont let the squeeze discourage you, that machine may be the winning one. Some restaurants are not open but the Food court is during its separate business hours. Customer service was excellent from all the workers and I really enjoy myself there, win or lose.
Its a nice and fun place to be...some of the slots are fun ...I noticed if you play at any of the dragon slots you win good money but go there early cos people dont move from these machines and are not considerate of others ...the security is pretty good...just wear your mask at all time you cant walk around and drink alcohol you have to sit down to drink. Make friends with the people in the red shirt they can tell you which machines are good to play...
Great place. Very new. Very Grand. The pho noodles soup is very tasty and good. The hotel is beautiful. Nice tiles elegant bathroom. Love the shower. Nice orchids.
This casino is near Santa Rosa, its pretty easy to find. Although the parking is a little confusing. Once your inside its quiet big although with the social distancing practice they have a lot of machines out of play. When you inter there is a temp. Scan that you have to go through but its quick and when I was there there was no lines. Lots of choices for eating but there were lines and its expensive. Bars are open and it was convenient to get something to drink at least.
Was horrible experience, theres no winning anything here, want to win? Stay home save your money ... These places arent open to give out money, Im sure all knows this .. Ill not come back here for a year or so. Just doesnt pay. I put 350$ didnt pay out one bouus. No where near like the olden days, these casinos just dont pay. Great food thats reasonably priced. Lots of machines. Drinks are priced fairly. Only down-fall this last visit was it was extremely smokey and a little difficult to breathe. Smokers should NOT be allowed to smoke inside especially since we have to wear a mask and the smoke fumes are getting trapped in our mask.
Food is good but drinks take forever to get to you and you loose your money fast you could go thru $200. In 10 minutes that is a waste and not very good odds for the customer.who is the reason the casino makes money the customer is I think the casino needs to reavaluate that

Very impressive on how the safety is handled when walking in. They check your ID, then you take your mask off for a facial photo and temperature check and you are in.They have people cleaning everywhere. When you are playing a gentlemen will come and ask if you want your machine to be sanitized. You do not have to get up while he mists the machine. Workers are constantly cleaning and wiping everything down.The non-smoking room was fun, games paid and we had fun. the bathroom was very small and not well taken care of but the other main restrooms around the floor were immaculate.Main casino was crowded, atmosphere was happy and people getting hand pays everywhere, except me...LOLWe enjoyed ourselves. Love that Starbucks is open with light food to eat, I look forward to that when I leave.We will definitely be back! !

COVID operations: on my visit tonight (11/5/20) during covid you have to have a mask on to go inside, but first at the entrances you stand in an almost TSA type set up to remove your mask and be photographed by security staff using a machine that looks different than just a normal camera...maybe it has facial recognition software built into it or something. Inside the casino both the center bar and the sort of sports bar at one entrance are closed. Instead to get a drink you walk up to one of the drink cart stations theyve set up at various locations and order your drink but you cant sit down and sip it...once you get it you have to just walk around the casino with it. The gaming tables including poker tables and high limit tables have plexiglass dividers at each seat, they are 3 sided - in front of the players face and on both sides of their face. A few restaurants and food court places are not currently operating but most are. If you are looking to gamble then you might still want to go to Graton, but if youre visit would be more for a drink and mingling, or music or watching sports on TV, then you might want to skip Graton for now.

Before they reopened i had 75 dollars in free play....I went and played i had zero. What a rip off. Not going back i went to Cache Creek and i had what i was supose to.My advise to all players is to not gamble at Grayton.

Unfortunately, I did not get to enter the casino. As I was about to enter a security guard patroling the outside drove in front of my car with his brights on and told me to leave. I called the security office. Someone in the office asked me to ask the guard his name to identify him. He refused to give his name. Instead he parked his car behind me for a few mins and sat there. I guess he must have gotten bored harassing people because he just drove away. While this was all happening there was a man doing car repairs with an electric drill and some shady individuals lurking around. The security guard was not concerned about them at all. Very odd encounter and extremely unprofessional security staff.
A nice getaway. Still have to wear masks and social distance. But, at restaurants masks were off and had the pleasure of a sit down meal.
Worst experience that ever had at a casino ever. This is the worst experience Ive ever been to and I will never come back. If you enjoy casinos and resorts do not come to Graton. It does seem they are quick to reply with a response, I will update again when I get a real email from them, not from a bot. Enjoyed playing at Graton until the mask patrol comes around threatening to remove you for attempting to breathe. I wore a mask the entire time inside and occasionally allowed the mask to rest on the tip of my nose (which is NOT allowed) and was warned several times while taking a drink of water. The whole mask thing is a joke, it doesnt protect anyone, and it causes people to touch their face 10x more often than if they wore no mask. I wont go back until they remove the mask Nazis and allow me to breathe.
At Graton Casino the machines seem to be hot or cold no in between...ur either winning or ur losing... theyre either giving or taking no real back & forth play...win a little...lose a little...u know play. When u leave ur either mad or happy...but u dont leave there thinking I may have lost but at least I had fun cause the fun comes from the play which they dont have. Although, Ive gotten lucky there a few times!

Recommendable. not attend. Its ugly and they have safety rules, some of them silly. You have a mouth cover and you cannot be near your relatives. Really absurd. Do not attend these places

Machines were not 6ft away from each other. Bathroom stall are all open not skipping one for safe distancing.
I used to love coming here at least once a week, but it has been so tight since Covid reopening that I am going to take a break for a while. Its no fun to NEVER win on the same machines that I used to win at least some of the time.

If you care for your safety, don’t come here.They allow people to wear masks with one way valves which means that the people wearing them are protected but that the people around them are not. I talked to some of the suited employees and they told me that it was too difficult, that they can barely get people to keep their masks on period. It’s for everyone’s safety especially the employees since they work there everyday. I can’t see how hard it would be since they check everyone temp before they go in... if they’re wearing a make with a valve, to give them a blue mask to wear instead that they’re already passing out normally

Yellow shirt people couldnt be more annoying. Even as Im putting my mask on they still want to tell me please put your mask on on between hits of cigarettes. If they were so concerned about the virus then why dont you make them look more concerned by making them sanitize every single machine after someone gets off of it. Or just get rid of them annoying lames.
I think this may be the worst casino in America, the floor and dealers think they are funny making fun of customers to their face. If you come to play here you will be sorry. Horrible place to play!

It was open, it provided entertainment, and decent food. We live in Richmond Calif. So the drive is always nice and theropudic. Nice and relaxing.
Graton is a pretty casino at first glance, however staying in the hotel was a different story. The carpet in the corridor was dirty. I left early because my matress was saggy and hurt my back. The room was nice, but for the price it was disappointing. Prices should be half price, since you cannot use the pool or spa.
From time to time I enjoy slot machines. Graton has good variety, its very clean & food is good.

I liked but the machines need to pey more and give free nights in the hotel I spend A lot of money there and I need to rest to if I dont want to go home and give more money to play in the card for free play I just to have $75 and went low only $50 Please put that back to $75 at list ok thanks

This is one of the prettiest casinos Ive even been too. I wish I could afford to stay at the resort, the pool area looks to die for... the dining options are good too. The resort just seems a little too pricey for the area.
They are really making sure everyone wears a mask and they have dividers between a lot of games and sanitizer everywhere

I dont like slot machines but I like playing cards and I love shopping except nowadays at the casino.I but a bunch of jewelry and a leather coat but it was not allowed to touch the merchandise how strange Im paying for this stuff but not allowed to try it on or touch it-Pretty creepy but whatever especially considering theres no returns if the coat didnt fit. Kind of a scam if you ask me.
I disliked security telling me to put my mask on at my table in the food court when I wasnt finished with my entire meal (sitting in an area with no-one in the same section). I had my beverage left to finish. The security person came over and told me I had to drink then put my mask on, then take it off to drink again. It was not a problem when I was shoving a burger down my throat. Maybe they should close back down if its that serious. Smh

It was easy at the entrance considering the temperature check and what not. The lines were long for food in the food court but as usual, very much worth the wait. Habit Burgers were bomb.
No families with chilfren allowed! Didnt let us in to the restaurant because of this Ugly Covid19 but the security officer was very polite and explained why. Covid19!

Area is totally mixed with bad smoke smell. Staff is also not so good towards guests. I don’t recommend it. One of the Staff name is Billod from Nepal. He is creating his own rule book. And talking so rude without sense towards people. 1 table is totally free and I’m with my friend, but he is not allowing me to sit there. Previous table allowed to sit. Don’t know what are the rules he prepared by his own.
