This is a very nice family park and likely the best one of its kind in the Sonoma County area. Its very large, has huge area for kids to play and 2 swimming pools. Its nicely landscaped and very well maintained. Unlike other parks is it has path ways all over to allow you to get just about anywhere without having to go around the entire park and its will lit at night. Close to shopping and would highly recommend.

My daughter and my grandchildren live there, its a mobile home park its a family park not a senior citizen, it has a park. Also a swimming pool, It is one that does need a little TLC done around because most of the Residence and the owners are all hard-working middle-class, low income people dont look for the rich there. Most of all of my grandchildren like it there and thats what counts to me

My friend / family lives here so ofcourse I love this place , only been there at night but its a nice and quiet, peaceful , and an easy drive with lots of speed bumps.

So beyond tired of having to take the long way WALKING in the rain because the path ways that cut through the park are so flooded.Not to mention its so dark i cant even see if theres a puddle in front of me or not and i end up ruining my work shoes.

I grew up here it was awesome

I feel like this place was kept up so much more last year.. The workers were a lot more friendly and less catty too. The rent seems to be going up and up but still im not reallly seeing too much change arpund here with all the concerns and such. I do love living here and the people are great, for the most part, but its starting to not be worth it anymore.

Love it is a friendly place , its near the stores and it has a bus stop . I just love this place.
