Discount items marked 40% off are not honored. I reviewed the sale on the computer screen before making the purchase and questioned why the items were discounted only 20% and the store clerk said oh! Hmmm... and then hit some keys and said she fixed it. Then after the sale went through- I noticed that it was the same. The clerk then told me that the items are already marked down 20% and they just take another 20% off at the register.Literally nowhere does it like this. Perhaps “additional 20% off already discounted price” would be an appropriate title for the rack. It’s false advertising and pretty sure it’s illegal. Not to mention, I peeled the sticker off the original tag and it was the same price! So there was in fact, no discount already.Also, they sold an oral product that was rancid. The oil in it had gone bad. But alas- they don’t care at all about repeat business and have a zero returns policy, even for defective or expired items.My actual experience shopping in the store before checking out was great. Too bad.

If I could rate 0 I would. The people here need to learn better customer service. I had a bad experience years ago but brushed it off as a one off. Well today (Valentines Day) I needed to run in and grab something and had my 2 year old daughter with me. The lady up front told me if I held her while I grabbed what I needed it would be okay. I held her and started to get what I came for and then was approached by the store manager being told that I needed to leave with my kid because I could possibly make someone else feel uncomfortable. I let her know I was just coming into grab something and the person upfront told me as long as I held her it would be OK. She insisted that I could be making someone else feel uncomfortable with my two-year-old in my arms and proceeded to tell me I needed to leave.I understand a two year old doesn’t belong in a store like this, however, I am a single mom with not a lot of help to watch her. I was planning on being in the store no more than 15 minutes tops and again she was in my arms the whole time and not making a scene. I think there was a better way to approach this and to tell me I’m making other people uncomfortable in a store like this was just beyond me.

A friend and I went into this store a couple years ago and had a horrible experience. We had already been to this store a handful of times and had a great experience. After this last one, never went back. After purchasing over $100 worth of items from the store, the detector at the door went off as we were leaving. We looked back at the cashier confused and went over to her. She made sure all security features were removed from our items,which they were, and we tried to exit again. Again, the detector went off. We were cooperative and when she called the manager over we completely turned out our pockets and showed nothing was there. The manager then said Sooo you can return what you stole or never come back again. My friend and I looked at each other in shock and felt as though she was joking but she was serious. My friend said if we need to get searched thats fine but we showed you our bags and our pockets. The manager then threw up her hands and walked away. We left and I called to get the managers name and the cashier stated well I heard the detector go off to .....Im pretty sure we all did. Bottom line, their manager is an accusatory and non professional moron and I dont appreciate being mistreated after spending a chunk of money from my DEBIT card and being called a theif because their detector was malfunctioning.

Good store with a lot of high end priducts. Staff is really nice and helpful.

Staff is awesome, I had a few sensitive questions about a high-end product and all of my questions and concerns were met with friendly and informative answers, no one made me feel embarrassed! Lots of great products, too!

Do not go here. They sell inferior merchandise. Improper return policy, and kept my money even thought the product was defective.
