Great place. Very clean, every jumping area always supervised by stuff member. One of the best places to come with family and friend. All kids love it

Fun place to jump and become strategic about climbing out of a foam pool, go thru a corse of speed and strength must have upper body strengths looks easier than its done. Not recommended for small children ages 2-5 (some corses are age and high restricted). On site food service, party room for Rentals. Very clean bathrooms. Be aware you must purchase their socks and sign an (Accident Agreement) for all participants. (Participate at your OWN risk).

We had our daughters 8th birthday and all I can say is WOW!!! From start to finish everyone was so nice and tried to help us save in anyway we could. They where great with the kids

Decent place but overall the smell and humidity made it less pleasant. Somewhat crowded and poorly maintained as many courts were closed or down for repairs.. especially sad as the obstacle courses seemed very dilapidated. Staff just seemed like teenagers more interested in chit-chat than providing a quality customer experience.

It is a very fun time! I recommend asking about the glow in the dark or glow party (?) It is very fun for kids of all ages, the team members are very helpful and kind. There are different sections in the area like a mosh pit full of Styrofoam cubes to fall in, a normal, large jumping area, just across that is the same but smaller and for dodge ball, and more! Great for birthdays to get the kids moving. Overall, you gotta be there to get the real experience. I also believe adults can jump if wanted, but mainly I saw teens and below.

Fun place to play and jump on the trampolines!! Love it! Would like to see all the spaces open more they seem to be blocked off frequently. Basketball courts, and Dodge ball was blocked again.

In past visits things were great. However today the entire obstacle course and rope climb are closed. No signs let you know this until after you had paid. Also all the basketball goals are all missing the nets. This place has been great in the past but after this visit will never be back.

Such a fun place to play! The staff re all great, super friendly. The facility was clean and my son and I had a great time jumping on the trampolines, climbing on the climbing wall, and challenging each other in the ninja warrior courses.

Attended a birthday party there and had a blast! The kids jumped non-stop! The Dippin Dots were a huge hit with kids and parents.

Good concept, though Im worried about safety. It seems like you could land wrong and hurt your neck on the dividers. Also, an adult would sink in the foam pit and struggle to breathe if they fell head first.

Definitely fun but no games of basket ball against anyone and no touching the rims. Foods priced like movie theaters but a good amount of stuff. Some staff must be really board because the only time they came alive was to tell us not to do something.With all that said jumping and doge ball fun but you cant jump in the same square as a friend.

My friend and I took our kids to Sky Zone on Monday and they had a buy one get one free promo for 90 minutes of jump time. All four of us had a blast! Fun way to spend some time during the summer

Holy cow, Ive never seen more trampolines in my life! They even have rock climbing too! They also have basketball hoops and multiple rooms. This place is pretty amazing. Many kids here all having a blast!

Kids love it here and great place to go to give them some exercise. Hard to get them to leave because they love it so much. Clean and well managed.

I can see this being an excellent place for kids and my cousins love it here. We had our graduation party here and all of the employees are super friendly and accommodating and overall enjoyable people to hang around. The price for our party wasnt bad at all and I can definitely see the hype about it here. Id never been here before but my first experience was one to remember so Ill probably come back and check it out again. Great stuff.

The staff are not professional at all, they leave kids to watch other kids. Closed off a section early so that her friends could play in it privately (said she was fixing it.)

Loved it! I danced to the music like no one was watching. Teens thought I was crazy, but I didn’t care. They wanted to join me, but they were scared. All children who attended had a great time! Save money and make your children use the water fountain. Mine are still living.

Great place for kids to jump around and burn of steam. Smaller guys dont stand much of a chance. I think they need a spot just for the 6 and below. Most of the staff just stood around, I guess its an easy pay check.

Great place to tire out your kids, they also have an area to get a chair massage for adults. You can watch most sports games there while your kids play, many large TVs

Aaliyah is hands down the best customer service oriented manager EVER!!! I’m going to keep coming back and recommending sky zone because of her. She is so friendly and the staff in general is. One guy employee was so sweet to the kids I was impressed- he commended them when they did a good climb. I love this place. It’s also very clean and they have good deals.

Aint nothing better than a book store unless that is a book store who has well informed associates. Found my book w help in less than 5 minutes. Walked around and enjoyed it for 45 minutes

This place is great for the kids, and parents. Clean and lots of trampolines to choose from also with a basketball trampoline option,which my sons really enjoy. The price is fair and you can find good coupons and discounts. I am giving 3 stars as the dodge ball courts which were monitored allowed older teenagers to compete with much smaller children. This resulted in my son who is 7 being hit really aggressively by an older teenager and this caused bruising and a big welt on his leg. I informed the team member who was on duty who witnessed it and was offered a ice pack. Please make the games more age group appropriate and not mix all age groups.

My son had his 7th birthday party here and it was worth every penny!! The staff is extremely nice and helpful. My son and all of his friends are begging to go back! I highly recommend for any parents who still isn’t sure... book it! You won’t regret it!

Really fun and affordable! My daughter loves the warrior course and dodgeball. Staff was super friendly and helpful-- especially Chloe at the free jump trampolines :) We always come to jump whenever in Rockledge visiting relatives. Clean and professionally run.

Its my first visiting there, and I could say its not bad for first timer. The equipment are good, the staff I met was friendly.. theres a lot of things to do there that will be fun. For the price we paid I could say its worth it. The only concern in that in the area before the starting zone it became dirty like lots of water bottles and shoes there. It would be great if they could provide space for their customers who dont like to take the locker. Overall its awesome! I would recommend it and definitely will go there again.

I really like this place. I know theres a lot of stigma about your kids jumping on trampolines and getting hurt, but if you are paying attention to your kid then there should be no problems. You cannot expect to go somewhere and not pay attention to your kid and when they get hurt its the facilities problem doesnt work like that people. I also like that this facility is clean the bathrooms are clean. And when there were too many kids they have a section for 5 years and under to jump where they actually close the whole thing off I really like that about them.

I was back and forth on whether to give this place 5 stars or 4. The reason I was debating on 4 stars is because of the employees. While a good amount of them are very friendly and helpful, there are a handful Ive encountered who you can tell are bored teenagers just there to get a paycheck. For example, one time while I was there with my then 5 yr old son, I noticed an employee whose job it was to monitor the main free jump zone. In my opinion, this is an extremely important job because the kids all jumping together on this one big trampoline area (divided into about 50 square individual trampolines) ranged in age from 17 yrs old all the way down to 6 month old babies. As you can imagine, the 17 yr old kids could get pretty wild, doing flips, horsing around, and running all over the place. Meanwhile youve got these tiny little babies sitting on their trampoline square, just waiting to get squashed. To be fair, they do have a netted off area to the side that is reserved for babies and toddlers but I have never seen this policy actually enforced. Anyway, this employee seemed to be much more concerned with talking/flirting with a group of teen girls, than watching over his designated area. My son got shoved aside by one of these teen girls as she was chasing her friend all over, and the employee did not even notice.Other than a few less than stellar employees (and the insane prices at the snack bar!), this is a fun and relatively safe place to bring the kids.

We had our B-Day party for our 7-year-old last weekend and really wanted to thank you all the Sky zone staff for making it a great time. We noticed the event was very well organized with plenty of staff ready to get all the kids going and when was time for cake, our room was delivered very clean which is great, and wanted to give a special thank you to our party host, which was super friendly and genuinely took care of all the kids. I appreciate the Manager for checking up with us and making sure we were having a great time.  Even when we were checking out, one of the staff employees chased us down the street to give us a card for 60 min of free jump time for a kid that came to the party but decided not to jump. We also appreciated it the surprise of the ice cream, which we were not expecting. In general, very satisfied with what Sky Zone did for our Daughter B-Day. Thank you so much.

My kids and I went to the Glow event for a birthday party and we all had such a great time! The DJ was playing great songs that were family friendly! We cant wait to go back!

What a workout but it was a blast cant wait to return

Great place to take kids to and is a fun exercise for parents. Love their toddler time. They bring out little tents, tunnels and balls they can play with on the trampolines. They also have a foam pit for the Littles. Only issues I have are you have to pay for yourself also in order to jump with your toddler, even if its just a little jumping to get them going. Also their food and drinks are very over priced. Staff is very friendly, however they will stare you down if you dont have a sticker to jump with your toddler which they should be a little more lenient on since they are so little and its a new activity for the younger kids.

My friends and I were having fun and we got in trouble while the worker wasn’t doing his job and let a 5 year old control the game. Most employees had a bad attitude and I don’t plan on going back.

Took my 10 yr old there on Saturday (11/10) for Glow night, and was shocked that there were only about 8 kids in the entire place. It used to be PACKED on Glow night, so it was a little sad to see such a small turnout. However, thanks to a wonderful employee named Teddy, my son had a great time! Teddy played basketball with him, joked with him, and kept him entertained the whole hour we were there. He said he enjoyed having time to play with the kids, and it truly made my sons night! Skyzone should be PROUD to have an employee like him, and I made sure to tell the mgr Jason when we were leaving, how much we appreciated Teddy taking the time to make, what might have otherwise been a boring night, so fun! Way to go Teddy! Keep up the good work!

My 6 y.o. loves this place, especially the rock wall and ninja course. But paying the same amount for my one yr. old that cant do but one area feels a bit unfair. They do have a toddler time for 5 and under. But, then I cant bring both kids...

Paid $75 for 1hr just to be told my family of 4 couldnt do pretty much anything together. One person at a time for everything. No flips, no rock climbing while others are in the foam pit, no playing basketball more than one person at a time. Freestyle jump is anything but free. Not worth the price. Also smells of sweat and is very hot and humid inside.

Staff Absolutely went out of their way to find my sons phone that he lost in the foam pit. They closed the pit down and had 4 employees who searched until it was found. These kids are awesome! Great fun place for kids to have safe, cool, active, fun.

This place is absolutely AMAZING!!! Fun for all ages!! The staff was even more magnificent! It was my familys first time visiting. We were on the road headed back home. This is a place I would definitely drive 2 hours from home to visit again!!

Ive been here twice now with my son and he loves it! Being that Im older I didnt realize just how much of a workout this is. I did have fun while there. I just got my Ben Gay and ice bags prepared for when I got home.

We came here when there were adults or young adults (college students) a year ago and it ran so smoothly. They inforced the rules and paid attention to the kids ..... Now.... theres no supervision from the junior high/high school students SkyZone has hired. The rules they have posted are a waste of money bc theyre not being implemented. Skyzone could save money and just have open play with a scarecrow staff.I wont be back.

This place was awesome. The staff was very helpful. My kid had a blast as long with myself. This place is great for all ages. I will definitely be making a trip back. No complaints on my end.

I like the place but really get annoyed with the “no food or drink” sign at the entrances. No one follows it and no one corrects anyone. Kids and adults leave their trash every where and use the limited seating as a table because there are no trash cans. Either enforce the policies or remove the sign and allow everyone to take drinks into the activity area not just the rule breakers.Signed A Thirsty Rule Follower

Way to crazy. They let tons of people just go in all at once. Plant 3 is by far better only let a select amount of people per hour. So it is not a free for all. Your kids are not get run over by adults/teens.

Just left the Sky Zone in Rockledge and although we still all had a good time we were really disappointed. The staff was rude, we arrived at 6:45 pm, filled out the wavers and by the time we were finished with that and paying it was 7 pm. We paid for 60 min. We were given a jumping time of 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm??So we technically only got 30 min. We stayed a full hour anyways. It cost $14.99 per person + $5 for socks.I don’t normally write reviews or complaints but our experience was very frustrating so I feel people should know.

Its such a go to place for my child to meet friends and have a good time. The staff is always fantastic and accommodating.

My 7 year old had tons of fun and I felt like she was able to do everything available and wasnt pushed around despite so many older kids. It didnt seem as crowded as people are making it out to be...but we used to go to theme parks every week, Fun Spot, ya know, actual crowded tourist spots...so this was nothing.Would go again and would suggest it to friends.--So yeah, the food is junk. Bagged nachos, grease covered grease called pizza, terrible energy drinks and sugar water for sale...but its all priced REALLY WELL. Normally you pay 6-8 bucks for a slice or a few nachos and a drizzle of sauce but not here. They gave a heap of cheese, too. Tap water for free when they serve bottled water, though, thats a HUGE deal. I LOVE that.I also really like that the special socks are included in the price and not nickle and dimed on top.

Very impressed with the staff!! They were all courteous and dutifully watching over their areas. They even cordoned an area for us to jump with our 18 month old—without us even asking! Too bad we aren’t locals or we’d be back a lot!

Great place for kids, and adults, to let loose, exercise, especially a great place to take kids, on a rainy day. Great for learning agility, balance, jumping, flips, climbing etc etc. Great mommy or daddy and me play time, fun way to exercise. Little expensive for 30 minutes without a coupon, so I would look for the deals.

I took my family to sky zone tonight and there was a miscommunication with a promo they had. I spoke with Danny C, one of the general managers and he was extremely accommodating and resolved the issue. The monitors and everyone I spoke with were really kind.

We just held Project graduation there, it was a lot of fun. Thanks for having us !

It’s the second time we come for toddler time and had to leave, first because it was overcrowded 5 minutes after opening and we were not allowed in, and today because it was closed. I have a toddler that was excited to go and jump, and now I need to explain her again why she can’t go and have fun. Your website says a schedule that apparently it’s not real.

Awesome, awesome, AWESOME! We had our daughters 5th birthday here and could not have been happier with the experience. We were given 2 party coordinators, Kaitlyn and Preston, who were very positive, thorough, helpful, and had smiles the whole time. Well be back!
