So much fun. The staff will teach you how to throw the axes and then let you have fun with your crew. Everything is kept fun and safe. We had a wonderful, cathartic time throwing after a frustrating week. Definitely recommend and will go again.

My wife and I went here for my fathers day gift. Staff was SUPER. They were friendly helpful and more then happy to make conversation. Price is great and the experience was worth every penny. My wife and I have both decided to try and make it something that we do at least once a month.

My husband and I went for a nice date night and try something new, and it was such an enjoyable experience start to finish! I have been to others in town, and I enjoyed Axe Marks the Spot so much more! Big reason why is we got two lanes to throw instead of one so we can throw together and not have to take turns at one target. Which means you get to throw 100 times more in your time frame. Also, throwing axes was easy and safe. The owners trained their staff members to the fullest and cheered us on, which made the experience for us pass the mark of great, it was an excellent time! SOO Worth the money, cheaper than the other places which is awesome= More bang for your buck. Whether you’re a Rockford living community member or a traveler, I highly encourage you to check this out! Totally spacious for a large group of people- so for your next family or business outing- VISIT AXE MARKS THE SPOT!

My boyfriend and i had an absolute blast axe throwing at Axe Marks the Spot! The trainers are so amazing i got multiple bullseyes and found out we are both really good! I love that you get TWO lanes to throw instead of just one lane like the other companies. The atmosphere and staff are upbeat and provide great customer service. Its clean and well maintained. You can tell the owners take pride in their work! Love axe throwing here and will return very soon!

We wanted to try something new....The staff was amazing! After throwing, they gave us tips on how to stand and release the axe to help our aim. We even got quite a few bulls eyes. I’m hooked! It was a blast! I was excited to learn they are talking about putting a league together.

Have been there twice this past month. The first time was just the family and we had such a blast we had to tell our friends. So last weekend a bunch of us went and had even more fun. The owner shows you the fundamentals on axe throwing to ensure a fun time! I highly recommend this place for the atmosphere and ownership!

Ramon and Stacie are both great as well as the rest of the staff. Everyone is more than happy to teach you all the techniques and answer any questions to make sure you and your group have a fun and safe time. The prices cannot be beat anywhere else in town and you get TWO LANES! Wich really helps with large groups because everyone gets more time to throw!

Axe Marks the Spot is by far the best axe throwing venue in Rockford! It has 2 targets that allows you to throw simultaneously with someone which also allows you to throw twice as much unlike other venues that only offer single targets. Great and knowledgeable staff that were very professional that went into great detail on the safety of the sport but also showed us how to throw and hit a bullseye in no time! If your looking for a great night out with friends, date night, bachelor/bachelorette party, or company party look no further! Definitely will be back!
