01/14/2020..I went to the 4pm showing of the movie Uncut Gems. Only 4 people in the theater. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was a little burnt on top and very salty. I also ordered the chicken sliders. They were awesome. The chicken was actually larger than the buns. Hot and delicious for $6.00. Stick to the sliders. Stay away from the cheeseburger mac and cheese.

Theater is great. Food is way to expensive and with covid now you have to wear a mask at all times. P.s its hard to enjoy a movie when you are constantly inhaling carbon dioxide. Once the mask requirements are lifted I will consider a 4 star review

I have gone here for years and the staff is always extremely friendly. The main lobby area seems to constantly be cleaned and when entering a viewing room I have never stumbled upon a mess left over from the previous showing. Overall good customer assistance and cleanliness.

Not bad. Prices a little high. $30 for a movie and a small popcorn, and a small pop for one person. Still worth it. Saw the new starwars movie, in 3D. Movie was okay. Seats were comfy. I went at 8:30 pm on Xmas day. The theater was practically empty. I prefer to have a full house. I went alone. Had a good time. Sure beats doing nothing on Xmas day. I think I might have started a new Xmas day tradition. Hopefully next year I have a special woman to take with me to the movies on Xmas day. Please pray for your broski. I was misinformed about the new star wars movie Rise of Skywalker. I thought there was supposed to be a baby Yoda appearance. Unfortunately there were no Yodas of any kind; neither young nor old. But Im not much of a star wars buff. The 3D was kind of cool. Overall I would recommend a trip to the movies. Just to see a movie is $15. I think they have a deal on Tuesday. I probably wont go again until next Xmas unless I find a wife and she likes going to the movies.I would rather go to church and learn about Jesus.May the force be with you!

Nice enough. Place looks huge but isnt nearly as nice as other AMC theaters Ive been to. Went on a Monday evening and it was abandoned as one might expect. The popcorn wasnt fresh, probably left over from the weekend, but what can you really expect on a Monday. I pre purchased a ticket online and was able to walk past the box office and directly into the theater without anybody saying anything to me. Could just as well have snuck in without paying for any ticket I expect. Maybe they just felt sorry for me after I paid $16 for popcorn and a soda. I only go to one or two movies a year so it isnt a big deal, but as usual you probably want to smuggle your own food and drink in.

Possibly the worst AMC there is. Dirty, no amenities compared to others. I live in town and will drive towards Chicago to watch movies rather than go here.

We rented theater #13 a 150 seat theater for a Private Screening for our Clients. The Manager & the Staff were Excellent to us.

First time there. I drove from Dekalb. Theater was clean and had nice seating. Fair pricing. As usual in any theater, a couple moved from their seats and moved directly behind me. They proceeded to talk throughout the movie in what sounded like an Indian dialect. Very rude. I would still recommend this theater.

I took a trip to the AMC in Rockford rather than my home town because my group wanted to see a movie in IMAX. I showed up over 30 minutes early and didnt get to my seats until over 10 minutes after the showtime. The theater was nice (besides the child sized seating) and the food was good, but having to wait 40-45 minutes to see your movie because of a VIP membership was ridiculous. My local theater is twice as comfortable for half the price, so I wont be returning.

This place was amazing! Even though the price of tickets is gone outrageously high, it is still a good place to go and hang out with family. There are plenty of things to eat and drink and nibble on while youre there. I actually enjoy it. The chicken and waffles that I bought were awesome! Next time Ill try to actually buy popcorn, but the only problem is I can only do that when I make 3 easy payments of $49.99. Tuesdays you get to go for $5 and watch whatever you want.The seats are large and spacious. The theater layout is pretty easy to follow he dont get lost a very quickly. Bathrooms and clean and the staff is pretty nice.

EDIT: (1 star) Bed bug found on my clothing. I will be calling the theater today. You need pest control to come out and treat your seats.ORIGINAL: (3 stars) Movie was great, snacks were good. HOWEVER, I have two HUGE bug bites on my left hip/back area. I hope it was a spider and not something like bed bugs. I can’t tell, and since it’s been warmer than normal lately it could have been a mosquito. But please check the seat in theater 14, seat C5. Thank you.

Theater was clean. It was a little chaotic entering b/c they only had 1 person scanning e-tickets and paper tickets. $11.59 for a ticket. Non-reclining seats, but comfortable.

Theater desperately needs a renovation. The lobby is falling apart and smells of burnt popcorn all of the time. Food selection is decent, but some items are overpriced. Viewing theaters are reasonable; chairs are comfortable and I can usually see over the person thats in the row in front me. Wish AMC would give this theater some attention.

Well me and my date enjoyed the theater your staff was very nice and polite. The only small problem was the other people came there. Most of them could not sit still throughout the whole show .

I dont have anything bad to say! This movie theater is not perfect, but its far from bad. From the buttery popcorn to the amazing sound in the theater, it is a wonderful, and great experience!

Excellent place to watch a movie, very clean and helpful staff. Imax really made the movie more enhanced and felt as if I was right there! Wish the prices were a bit less on refreshments but I get it.

Staff is very nice.. popcorn is hot .. theater is clean. Bout everything you could ask for in a theater. Although no recliners yet, but I usually wont spend the extra for that anyway

Its a nice theater. I wouldnt recommend it if you usually go to a theater with recliners because the chairs are fairly small and there isnt much leg room. Even with that the customer service is great and quick. I would recommend coming here with your family if youre not used to recliners

Very nice and clean theater with plenty of showings throughout the day. Big parking lot for bigger movie events and the seats are comfortable. Prices are good and what youd expect from a movie theater.

The service and movie was great. I feel the seats could use a good steam cleaning though. Ewwww!

Very comfy chairs. Super Fast and Friendly Service. Lots of snacks to choose from a bit pricey though. Great Variety of Movies and Times to choose from. And they usually have deals on movies on days the kiddos are off school giving them something fun to do. Great fun for the whole family for some great Family Time well Spent.

Very nice! We had a field trip there for 150 students and staff for Jumanji 2. They were very good about accommodating our group.

The seat reservation process is unnecessary. The seating is extremely tight and way too close together. It would make sense if it was updated and more comfortable with features like tray tables and adjustable seating.

Unfortunately, SP16 hasnt yet caught up to many of the other theater chains with high end amenities like reclining seats or full bar. The screens are great though, picture and sound are usually top-notch. And theyve been doing a good job lately bringing in more indie flicks in addition to the big blockbusters.

We went to the Imax (theatre 1) and it was great! The seats are spacious and comfortable but do not recline. Everything was convinent and the pricing was comparable to any other theatre. No problems with the video or audio and the staff was kind even with it being So Busy! Used Fandango and was able to skip the ticket booth and scan at the ticket checker. Highly suggest doing the same! ;)

Good theatre. Love the pizza bites! Hoping they get the comfy recliner seating like some of the other amc theatres

AMC is my preferred theatre chain. I enjoy the premiere treatment and specials (of course, that is a yearly fee). This particular location has pretty friendly staff. Sometimes the soda/popcorn area is in need of some TLC but I also know how busy they usually look; it’s not like they are sitting around doing nothing. This is really the only place I go to see movies in Rockford.

My wife and I went to the Avengers Endgame Opening Night Fan Event. We drove over an hour for it and it was well worth it. Clean, great quality, and friendly staff. Keith, the greeter at the door was especially courteous. 5 Star!

The IMAX was very nice and clean. The staff ok. The drink station was a total disaster. I have been there before and I will go again. Its worth the cost for the matinee.

Usually cramped, crowded, and not always clean. That being said however... The screens, cinematography are fine and the sound is good

Movie Itself Was Good. Theatre However Sucks. They Should Have People Inside Monitoring While Movies On Because People Were Talking And On Their Phones So Much. Not To Mention My Son Was Bit And Scratching His Arm 15 Minutes Into The Movie.

Terrible. Went to see a movie with my girlfriend and the people behind us kept yelling and screaming and talking very loudly. My girlfriend left and told a worker that this was happening and they said they would check it out. She came back and we continued to watch and the people behind us were acting the same. The worker never came. At some point the people started tossing coins?? I went up to the employees again and asked them to say something. Finally an employee came into the theater and the group was still doing the same and the employee didn’t do anything. Just walked out and nothing ever happened. Never coming again. Terrible experience.

Perfect movie night before my granddaughter goes back to college. Staff was very pleasant and kind. We were the only two watching. I would go to a late showing anytime after tonights experience.

We went to see Frozen 2 today and was extremely annoyed by two different parents who allowed their children to scream and cry during the movie. I’m sure I wasn’t the only one upset. It was rude and ruined it for me. I wish the theatre staff would at least check in during the movie and deal with things like this. I missed a lot of the movie because of it so I will wait to see it again when I can rent a dvd

Lion King movie was awesome. Theater was empty on a Tuesday afternoon. Clean. Friendly staff. I usually dont like the theater. Except for concession prices, I like it.

The best part was the incredibly nice gentleman at the concession stand (Sebastian) he was friendly and super helpful when getting my popcorn and refill after the show.I had a horrible experience with terrible teenagers taking over the theatre but management was understanding of my struggles and worked with me to help compensate for my poor experience. I have been to this theatre a few times and had 1 bad time and they really wanted to keep me on their side

Great previews of upcoming movies.Could have had a few less commericals.You can arrive almost 20 minutes late and not miss the beginning of the movie ;)Free refills of soda and popcorn.It would be totally awesome if they would get the reclining seats.

Great! Just saw Starwars in IMAX and the picture quality was amazing! The sound quality was also very impressive.

Come here every few weeks and have not had an unpleasant experience. I dont really bother with concessions so cant comment on them. Place is clean and arcade is fun to pass time during previews

Very nice large theater, but pricier. Seating doesnt compare with Marcus theater dream lougers, but picture and sound are great. Off days have less staff at the ticket booth, so the wait can take a bit. Self serve kiosks are also available. Concessions are typically good.

Great snack selection to pick from! The seats werent that comfortable and the prices were really high but the atmosphere was great!

Ford versus Ferrari was awesome...wish there was more room in the seats..we were like a can of sardines..all packed together..hardly any arm or leg room..it was a long movie so sitting in a packed area was the bad part...

Theres no way the IMAX room here meets the spec. The picture was great, but the sound was distractingly bad. Super loud from the left rear, little to no bass, and harsh midrange from all speakers.

Great, Christmas Eve and just about had the theater to ourselves. If it wasnt for the concession prices it would have been better.

Trouble in the lobby apprx 10:30 pm. Ten to twelve unsupervised pre-teen kids were arguing, yelling and pushing each other. Security guards did a good job breaking it up but definitely put a negative end to our evening.

The IMAX is awesome, but the snacks are way overpriced.

Tuesdays are $6 movies. Fri Sat& Sun before noon are $5.75. Popcorn & pop are free refills. Great clean place to go enjoy a movie

I rarely go to the movies. Hollywood has become a bunch of PC morons, so I frown on their latest films. However, my wife and I really enjoyed the new John Wick movie. All action, and not one boring scene in the whole film.The theater was clean. We didnt have any over priced treats. We did enjoy the experience!

The movie was fine. But midway through the movie i got up to get a bottle of water. They only had 1 person working concessions. I missed 10 minutes of the movie just waiting in line. Better come 20 minutes early if you want anything from the concession stand.

Nice theater with a few concession upgrades over the last 5 years. Seats arent fancy but comfortable with good sound.

Always love this theater. Lots of space and staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Needs to update chairs. Reclining chairs is the way to go.

Good place for a movie. First time at this location where you were able to pick your own seats in advance. Not sure how you would dispute an issue if someone else is already sitting in your seat. There was no staff in the immediate area.

Nice theatre. The seats could be more comfortable. They dont recline or anything and seem pretty old. Food is definitely over priced, but thats all theatres I guess. Staff is friendly.

Popcorn is nasty. Its one second from tasting scorched, its not buttery or fluffy. How do you mess up movie theater popcorn? The slushies dont be slushies, its liquid, and they have 2 machines. Just not right.

Popcorn feels fresh. Staff is kind and QUICK. Jalapenos are always stocked. Icees are excellent. They do an excellent job keeping the areas clean. 10/10 AMC theater.

The theater itself was okay. Despite the restrooms that were flooded and you couldnt use them. The rest of the theater was fine. I was a little confused because when I checked out the movie on the website it claimed I could have food delivered to my chair in the theater. I was told this theater cant do that. The movie though was excellent.

Christmas midday movie. We were very close to being late, but the great folks at this theater did an amazing job getting people tickets and into the lobby. There were 2 main lines for snacks that each fed into two servers. They also got people quickly thru the lines without feeling rushed. The place was clean, seats comfortable. Definitely a place to revisit!

16 theaters, one concession area, and just two people working it? Theater 14 became uncomfortably warm and muggy.Gotta kick out of AMC advert during the trailers.. showed a plush seat with buttons on the arm to recline, adjust lumber etc.Not at this theater! My seat was stiff as a rock, didnt rock or recline, and was so narrow (or perhaps just wide enough) to snag my cell phone on the arm everytime I had to adjust my position. I guess theyre modeling theater seating after coach aircraft seats. Pretty soon theyll replace them with bleachers and fold-up chairs.BTW, the price for two 11am matinee tickets, large popcorn, large drink, one bottled water and a bag-o-Skittles?40.00 bucks... and thatll be the last time AMC gets my money.

Not overly impressed with their recent improvements. Long lines with too few people working. You can buy your tickets ahead of time (which I did), but there are NO signs telling you that you can skip the line and go right to the person checking tickets . Plus, I bought tickets online, right? Then why did they print me out FOUR separate pieces of paper?!?! Im an A-list subscriber... Yet, I was waiting at concessions because there were only four people working behind the counter and only one was checking people. I felt sorry for the non-A-list subscribers. Assigned seats now, but people dont adhere to that, so I saw a lot of confusion.Come on, AMC. You can do better.

I enjoyed the movie, however its time to update the sound system, and change the seating. Its been the same since my younger days. Come on you guys went up on pricing. We deserve it.
