The staff is always friendly and professional. Their shirts are high quality and they have some seriously RAD prints. But more than that, they have been such a major part of Rockford’s downtown resurgence and have helped instill great pride in our area. We wear their designs with pride and in turn showcase our pride for where we call home.

First of all, I love that Rockford Art Deli is supporting local businesses during this catastrophic time for them. Wanting to also support them, I placed an order. Unfortunately, I ordered a t-shirt for the wrong business. Understanding that this was my error, I was going to keep the shirt; I just wanted to make sure that the portion that goes to the business went to the correct business. They were very quick to respond to me, refunding the t-shirt I purchased in error so that I could purchase the correct t-shirt - even making sure that I wouldnt have to pay for the shipping. This is my first experience with them, and especially because of this, it wont be my last! People dont forget great customer service!!

RAD is always such an inviting and welcoming place to go to. I love getting new Rockford gear to be able to show my Rockford pride. I have about 5 shirts from them and a couple of sweatshirts. Walked into Rockford Art Deli with a concept in my mind. Was greeted by a young woman who immediately assisted me. She showed me some t-shirts in different colors as well as fabric comparisons. Once I conveyed my ideas, she made a few suggestions and let me know that I would be receiving a draft of the prototype by email. Within a week I received a couple options...not only did they run with my concept but they also embellished what I had originally provided them...everything I wanted and more. End result...quality merchandise reasonably priced...SUPERB customer service.

Just moved to Rockford in August and I got a new phone and number with 815. My buddy told me about this place to get 815 gear and found some really awesome shirts. $25 a shirt is nice because they are hand printed via screen printing. One of my favorite things to do. Didnt realize that till I walked in.

Ordered a shirt back in April and just received it yesterday. Inquired multiple times about a refund or store credit, to be met with a giant NO. I was even denied store credit, despite the policy on their website. Never supporting this business again.

RAD is the best place for custom shirts, sweatshirts etc. We brought our design to them with some holes to fill and they did a great job putting everything together. Very satisfied and will use again! Thanks Jarrod!

Good quality merch and unique designs. They do need to branch out designs some. How many 815 shirts do you need...? Also if not from Rockford might be disappointed in offerings. But the place has a vibe and the staff is friendly and super helpful.

I ordered a size large hoodie as a Christmas gift for a friend that now lives states away from the 815. I was happy with the shipping prices to SC and the delivery time. Also the tracking info was on time to the schedule that the website suggested, which is also nice.The hoodie itself has a great feel of good quality fabric. The hoodie seemed a bit larger than I thought would fit properly, but it fits my friend well. Her and I are about the same size and I would purchase a medium for myself because I like a hoodie that is a bit more snug. But I was very impressed with the fabric and design of the hoodie. I can imagine it will last many years without the image fading or the fabric deteriorating. I will definitely be buy more products from this store.Some items I would like to have seen on their site were some 815 leggings or lounge pants and a coffee mug. The whole family would be supporting 815 down here in SC
