Took my 4 year old here. We were very far apart from everyone else. Gotta reserve a time and they scan your tickets for mini golf when you get there. They also check temperatures as you walk in, and require masks be worn. I was happy with it, and my daughter loved it!

Mini golf was fun. People are respectful of social distancing. We didnt even have anyone waiting in the hole behind us which was good because we sure did need the extra time to get all of our balls in and point at all the fun decorations. Next time I want to go during the day because we kept losing our balls.

My kids wanted to golf the big castle, which was course #3. Pro: It was nice to go out in the cool of the day and play a round of golf with my kids ages 7 and 8. Con: I should have brought bug repellent for the mosquitoes. Pro: not crowded on a Wednesday evening. Con: the water features were all drained which was not very pretty. Pro: when our golf ball went into the drink, we got it back easily. Con: some of the greens need to be repaired. But that didnt bother me too much. Honestly, the whole place could use a face-lift, but dont get me wrong, we had fun and got our moneys worth.

I have been trying to get ahold of the owner or a manager by leaving a few voicemails at different areas by calling your phone number but I have yet to hear back from anyone. The last voicemail I left was under Human Resources and I would like to speak with someone please. Thank you so much.

Such a pretty little park. Enough good dry & wet rides to enjoy the day there & went on a weekday so zero waiting in lines. Reasonable prices too.

We went right after the Santa Ana winds came through. The courses were covered with leaf and other debris. The couses are old and could use some TLC. With the pandemic I can see that it may not be worth the investment. We did have a fun time and it was nice to do something different! Be sure to book a time online before going. You need a mask and they take temps as you go in.

We took my 5 year old grandson tonight to Mini Golf and he had sooooo much fun. It was safe and got us out of the house for the first time in a long time

With Corona shutting places down its been harder to find things to do. My girlfriend and I were so shocked at how cheap it was for the 4 courses. Although we only played 1 course because we were on time restraint we are planning on coming back again really soon!Definitely give this place a go if you havent. I highly recommend it!

Happy haunting was a good value. I wish I would have taken advantage of castle park before covid. The trail of terror was too short but I appreciate the efforts to maintain safety issue

This is one of the worst experience Ive ever had. The haunted house was alright. The mimi golf course was infested with cockroaches and was very insanitary!!! On top of that they didnt let us eat food here even though we had pre-order food passes. And I almost forgot that they almost didnt let us go through there mediocre haunted house. The haunted house by my house is better and for free!!!! There was no social distancing and some of the employees were not wearing masks!!! I would definitely not recommend coming here!!!!?

I was 20 years old when I first set foot in here. Now at 37 married with kids, we all enjoyed every minute of it! So much so we were the last ones to leave. Prices are fair, rides and mini golf course can be unlimited when bundle. I would definitely recommend this fun place to anyone on a date or just as a quick gateway with the family. All these years later Castle Park still puts a smile on my face, thank you!

Great for mini golf right now thats about it though, was creepy to see the rest of the park a ghost town, wish they would just reopen fully already.

We went here for a little mini golf on a nice day. They have 3 nicely designed courses as well as a bunch of other things kids would enjoy. You could spend a nice day here and have a few laughs.

We love Castle Park! We get the season passes when they are half price during Christmas season. Who doesnt like Pizza Hut Pizza served there. We can have play dates all year long!

Place is almost unbearable to go to right now. The attractions and games are extremely limited because of the pandemic. Expect to wait hours before getting to do anything. Not worth the wait or the price.

Great place for a family outing. The pricing to get in isn’t bad. The parking is $10 with no re-entry and the food and drink prices are pretty steep. Mini golfing, an arcade (another additional fee) and rides. Overall a good time. I will say it’s a little run down as there were several rides with caution tape strewn haphazardly around them and still in service. Yikes.

I brought my grandkids here before Corona... They loved it and begged me to bring them back. They had a lot of fun with a miniature golf and the fact that they could go on a lot of the rides themselves

Its ok. It reminded me more of a permanent carnival than a theme park. Rides where pretty old and it felt like there was so much going on in a small space. Also a lot of rides werent running either. I recommend this place if you have younger kids or really like mini golf (golf course is set up to have water fountains but theyre conserving water so their completely dried out which isnt aesthetically pleasing). They also have peacocks just walking around, that was pretty cool.

Awesome way to kill some time. $10 for unlimited mini golf. 4 courses all with 18 holes each. There are a few holes being repaired but still a lot of fun. The arcade is $5 for an hour of video games. They also sell drinks and snacks.

Amazing night out for all ages. I am 23 and my friends and I had so much fun playing mini golf they have so many holes you could play for hours and never get bored. The arcade is awesome too and the carnival rides are a nice touch. :) everything is super reasonably priced as well!! Planning on bringing everyone I know here. Literally.

Mini golf is INFESTED with critters. So many trails of ants, MULTIPLE flying cockroaches at almost every hole and spider webs with nasty spiders all over. I called to warm and inform them of the infestation we experienced and notify them that my son developed an infection after sustaining a spider bite there, but there has been to response or call back. They do not answer their phone. I am beyond disappointed that they allowed this place to get this disgusting.

Ive been to castle park multiple times throughout the years and I always end up having a good time. My family and I (12 in total; it was a family day and took advantage of their stocking stuffer from Christmas, with unlimited rides and mini golf..yes it was a GREAT deal) visited on a Saturday and honestly I was so happy to see so many people there, and we all had a wonderful time.I feel like the popularity of these small parks have declined through the years, Which really sucks because theres so many positives. Its local, has rides for toddlers, teens, and adults, mini golf, arcade, carnival games, etc. Yes, theres a few things that may need attention but overall its a great place to go for a few hours, and I believe we should support a local attraction.Never had issues with staff, theyve always been friendly and helpful.

Castle Park is a great place and has a lot of history ... Unfortunately theres a lot of roaches / creepy people that go there , work there . Their goal is to ruin it for everyone else . Dont get me wrong ... About 98% of the people that go there are great .... Its the drama queens Im referring to ....... I hope the best for Castle and all the people that go there and work there ...... It is a fun place ........

We have an autistic son and 2 little girls. Cattle park is our go to adventure. We have a great time , every time. All the team members are very understanding and kind. My son knows them all by name. Its the one place where I feel comfortable letting him do his thing. Its always clean and well decorated.

Place outside minaure golf with the family. They measure temperature at entrance, and need have mask on. It was simple fun with family.

Great place for younger kids. A lot like a permanent fair with the types of rides they have. Definitely wait to get the annual pass deal around Christmas if you are local to save a considerable amount of money. They also have good online deals if you are not a local to save money compared to getting tickets at the gate. They have a variety of different food and drink options from pizza hut to BBQ along with snacks like cotton candy and popcorn.

Im very happy they reopened, as my family has season passes. Im disappointed that they are not requiring you to properly use your mask. They flat out told us that we can wear our masks below our nose. ( which doesnt stop the spread of coronavirus) on my last visit there were large groups not wearing masks at all. In California its mandatory to wear a mask out. And Castle Park is not adhering to that requirement.

Poor customer service. I tried calling in to ask about open hours, and whether rides are open, and got met to a message outdated since February. They failed to provide proper information, and whenever I tried to reach out to a receptionist, no one picked up over the span of 3 days.

I havent been here in years. Went for a birthday party and I had a lot of fun getting on rides and eating amusement park food. Castle park is kind of a hidden jewel in Riverside. It really is a great place for a birthday party or just for some amusement park fun. They have rides, miniature golf, and an arcade. Its not the biggest or best amusement park but they have a nice variety of rides and things to do.

This park is always fun no matter what age. Great for birthday parties, big group outings, and also to Just get out and fun. Discount days are the best! Just not enough tables, benches, and hard to locate bathrooms especially if you are trying to explain how to get to one in a hurry.

Very nice theme park for kids 4 and up to go too.Has multiple things to do. Arcade $5 for a whole hour, golf, water park, unlimited rides,bowling, shows etc.Great prices, and not too packedYear passes are only $25.

Great place to spend some quality family time

This place was a decent amusement park for the price. When you don’t want to spend two arms and a leg at Disneyland or go to the crowds of Knotts this place is a good option especially last minute. A few rides weren’t in operation so that was disappointing. The mini golf was fun as they have a few courses you can play. Some things on the courses are little run down and some upkeep is needed but you get what you pay for.

Typical Palace Entertainment at work. Lack of maintenance. My previous review below spoke of how Palace Entertainment does things on the cheap and doesnt do adequate preventative maintenance. The log ride accident is all the proof you need. Substandard and horrible and as a regional amusement park operator. The same lack of maintenance is manifesting itself at Kennywood in Pittsburgh. Thus, there can be no rating higher than a 1. Overpriced, merchandise-centric while generally ignoring the core amusement business.There is a little bit of everything at this park in Riverside. The miniature golf course is one by which others should be judged. It is really well designed. It is large, the props, animations and courses are interesting and fun. It is also very beautiful. Lots of water features, lots of palm trees. Even golfing at night here is fun. It is well lit. Castle Park also has an amusement park. There are smaller, fair-type rides here, though they are fun. The train is beautifully detailed. This park used to be privately owned and then transferred ownership to Palace Entertainment. Their management of parks is so-so and it is reflected in their general lack of maintenance. You can definitely tell the original parts of the park (which are well built and attractive) and the cheaper parts built by Palace. Food can be expensive. It is inexcusable that they charge for parking here. Also, the arcade (in the castle) that used to be one of my favorite places as a kid, is now a dirty, dingy, run-down shell with half of the games broken. Palace Entertainment has done a terrible job operating this place.

Love the splash area for hot days

Ok so I went here for a band field trip a while ago and it was AMAZING its such a big park and I totally recommend it. Although its sad about what happened on the log ride. I pray for that family but other than that its still an amazing park!!!

Castle Park is a suitable park to spend minimum cash all while having fun. The lines arent to much of a wait, 5 to 10 minutes. My family have season passes, which was inexpensive as well. Great location to bring the family or have a date night.

Got confused on the mini golf. I miss the arcade being open

Castle Park is still a really fun place to go to as far as the overall vibe, the rides a miniature golf its a fun place and a cheap place to take the family to for the day however do not I repeat do not eat the food there it is horrible and the food service employees have terrible attitudes towards the guest and each other not to mention how poor the food quality is I will never ever ever eat at the Big Top circus BBQ at Castle Park again they serve me and my family piss poor food the ribs were salty and cold the coleslaw taste sour we literally did not finish the meal and felt sick afterwards. Other than that it is still a really fun place to go just make sure you eat before you go. And if youre still hungry leave the park and go eat at one of the restaurants around the area and then come back or just eat when you leave they have a Cheesecake Factory right down the street from the park that is pretty good.

It’s wrong to judge children off of heights instead of age..just because I have a tall toddler doesnt mean I should be charged adult pricing

Visit with the family to celebrate one of our kids birthday on a weekend. Lots of activities to do, their golf courses are big, but we had a couple malfunctions with some of the holes, but nothing that could not be fixed. The spaceship game need to be cleaned since the smell can be a deterant to ride it again. The employees were nice, some of them being focused on making the visit more enjoyable.The food is very expensive and the portions small, so try to bring your own snacks, specially with small kids around, so you focus on getting fewer items.Ask for cheaper tickets if you bring along people who will not be using the rides, you will save a lot?

Still the best kids place around. My nieces and nephew had so much fun this summer. We won the photo contest and got free arm bands for Halloween. The kids had a ball. The food is getting better and better, the bar b que plate was very tasty.

Not all the rides were great. Some of them are a little fun down, and 3 major ones that are not open.

I have never been treated or embarrassed like i was on January 31 2020 by SANDRA i have an AdA dog with her tags vest an all my medical papers only because i was from out of state an for airline purpose (which i had no problem with UNITED) this employee Sandra harassed me for 10 min or more asked me what my disability was and to show her EXACTLY what my trained ada would be doing for me all in front of people watching an listening i complied to all her task but followed with i would diffanitly be contacting corporate! Her reply was it was corporate policy an was in her training! On top of all this they still charged full price 10 for parking 24$ for golf an rides when 7 rides down! People with disabilities stay away they are diffanitly not handicapped friendly even ifs its just to sit down an spend time with your grandchildren i paid alot of money for 9 rhey even charged me just to enter! ridicules! My teenage kids were as embarrassed as i was! NEVER AGAIN CLOSE YOUR DOORS THE WAY YOU TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!! SHAME ON YOU! @CASTLEPARK

We love this place... my kids love it and my 2 year old can get in almost all the rides as long as an adult rides with her unlike other place in Ontario (no names) but anyway this place is great my Dad and hubby went in for free on Fathers day with the purchase of a regular admission.

Had a really great time. Its located in Riverside, CA. Its pretty much an amusement park, with a water area for kids to play and also they do have miniture golf, for those you dont ride. I recommend this. Loved it.

Castle Dark was such a good time and well worth the money. Bring family, dates, friend or just go solo its all good fun. Will be coming back a few more times before Halloween season is done

Went for their Halloween Haunt. Had a great time. Characters (monsters) are very engaging (interacts with crowd).

Took my girls out for mommy daughter day. We all had a great time. The height restrictions range from 36 to 54, and some were minimum 48 inches, so my 6 yr old could not go on a few. Was sad that 3 or 4 rides were closed, and looked so fun had they been available. Best classic rides were the tilt a whirl and scrambler.This mini park had so much to offer and great food options. We had deep fried oreos and fries, across the way was a bbq place that offered ribs, bbq chicken, and chicken strips. There were some fair type food and then Pizza hut which was a bit crowded. The arcade was nice, they require a fun card to play games.

Lost my keys here a while back. When I got home I realized they were missing and I called the park. They hadnt found anything so I called the next morning and they found my keys, held them for pickup, and returned them.The staff that helped me with my keys were incredibly kind and helpful, the ones in charge of the rides were fun and friendly, and the ones in the arcade area and concession stands were quick and easy to talk to.The food was kinda lame and expensive though. One of the mens bathroom stalls had a broken lock.Rides were fun and made me reach notes I never knew I could reach. Also they got this beautiful bird roaming around the park grounds.I enjoyed my time at Castle Park, I definitely recommend it to others.

A must go amusement park for kids. It has lots of devices for kids and also for adults. Although, its not as compariabe as Disneyland but its cost effective (annual pass is $150). you and your kids can still enjoy the experience similar to what Disneyland brings to you.

Castle Park is definitely a place to purchase an annual pass. Once you purchased an annual pass, they give you about $50 worth of coupons equivalent to the cost of an annual pass. For example, free popcorn and a coupon to bring in a guest for free and free parking.

This place is so much fun! Big park for small prices. So much to do for ALL ages, the whole family honestly. The lines can get nutty but it’s to be expected. I will say some of the decor is super outdated but still has such gem intricacies . Id advise to always look and or purchase on their websites they usually have really good deals going on for weekends AND you can skip the ridiculous entrance lines but simply purchasing online. Easy. Friendly. Such a good family place! I could be here for days with the littles...

We had a fun time as a family, but the park was understaffed and the rides were broken down. Only saving grace was the fact that we got the holiday deal. For that price, it was a great night.
