You were once a fun place to go...now not at all. I am all for safety and mask wearing but your added measures saying we have to put our mask on and off for each puff of a cigarette, bite if food or sip of a drink is outrageous! You open and close the Cabana cafe and Sundries shop at will. No notice to your loyal local players either. Since your reopening I have found only two of your employees to be either helpful or friendly. Locals use to matter! My entire family will no longer be utilizing your Cascio...that goes for your sister establishment Gold Dust West!

This casino/ hotel / has some wicked deals, i stayed there 1 month. My friends been there 2 months so far . get a players cars rack up points , and your g2g. Nice payouts, always someone coming around to get you cocktails. Make sure you check it out .

Did not have a great experience staying in their rooms and on the casino floor never got cocktail server. And dont enjoy people coming up to me asking if they could borrow a buck or two or could give them actually

Loose slots, great staff and good food to boot! Also the best dollars to comp points in town!

A waste of Time they took the money off my card for two days when I got there they going to say they dont take my card and I cant use my Debit card but they took the money off my card for a two day stay and going to tell me i have to wait 10 days to get my money back i shouldnt have to wait 10 days to get my money back when they knew they didnt take debit cards they should have never took my money off my card so make sure you ask them everything before you use a credit card or a debit card with them because it is going to be hell to get your money back

My husband and I stayed at Sands Casino for his birthday weekend sling with a few friends and had a great time, enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful, patient and accommodating during our stay. We will plan on staying at Sands for our next visit

Its a bit rundown, in a sad, depressing way, not fun-retro. Employees are either very helpful (the Cabana, the taco place) or rude and condescending. Security is better, but they could look less bored.
