Statewide lighting is the go to spot for light fixtures and quality service...not only have they been providing lighting solutions for Reno longer than anyone, but their support of local artists is second to none. I love walking around the showroom regularly just to see what new works our community is producing to make our local lighting options a little more unique.

Very helpful staff, and I am so excited to get the lights I ordered. I have looked at lights in all the big box stores and didnt find anything I liked. At Statewide, I had a hard time choosing from all the lights I loved!

Initially I had great customer service with Rader, however when I called back and left messages with the staff saying I was ready to order, nobody called back. I called back to speak to a woman who was somewhat helpful but then was overcharged on my credit card after I verified the amount I was supposed to be charged and with free shipping. Im still waiting to get an invoice from them or hear anything from their staff as to why I was charged more and not notified. Not professional from that standpoint and I would be wary about giving them your credit card information (or check your statement). When I called back again, no answer x 2Edit: spoke with manager and was refunded the overcharged amount. I was told my receipt wasnt given due to a computer system change.

I love this place. Sara and Rader are so extremely helpful. I will never go to Lowes or Home Depot again. Just dont tell my wife who works at a Home Depot.

Awesome experience here. The plastic cover that goes over our kitchen under cabinet lighting broke, but the unit was so old that we couldn’t find the piece anywhere. We stopped here, and Keetra helped us out. She happened to have smaller pieces of what we needed, which we will make work! She went above and beyond in the customer service department- my husband and I both said what a great first encounter we had with this business. We will definitely be back!

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. They were excellent in helping pick out some fans that met our criteria and then got them ordered ASAP. Pricing was incredible! They beat out all of the online stores as well as big box Home Depot and Lowes. Definitely recommend.

Large selection of lighting. Staff was helpful, provided resources for finding what we are looking for once we described it and they realized they dont carry it (we are looking for a complex cable lighting setup). They also have a small art gallery in the rear showcasing local artists work.

Great local lighting showroom with staff that is ready to help. Statewide has been in Reno for almost 40 years and they constantly update and rotate stock. If they dont have a particular style or fixture in stock, they will pull it up on the internet, get you the specs and pricing and order it in. Great customer servce and contractor service. In the internet age, it is still nice to look in person. Statewides prices beat internet on most items i have purchased.
