A beautiful local city park thats well maintained and close by. Great for families to picnic or just relax and enjoy the large redwoods.

Very nice park. Well maintained, very popular. Great park to have birthdays at. Its a good idea to make reservations for the tables though as the park tends to get crowded around 3 to 4 PM. Also there are concerts every Wednesday as well

Great park for kids. Has a huge gym as well as an infant play area. But the highlight of this park is obviously the water fountains that kids go crazy during the summer. Essentially if you are taking your children, make sure you take a few towels and a change of clothes. On weekends, the park tends to get really crowded with multiple birthday parties going on, but that just makes the park more livelier.

With a 14 month old. Was perfect. Very clean with child friendly apparatus.

Great park with lots to do. Hate that it isnt totally closed off since I would love to let my kids run crazy. Off a main street which makes getting in and out of your car an adventure.Occasionally gets crowded and a little bit ghetto.

STAFFORD PARK is a FUN park! Its small...but half of it is play structures for the kids ! My grandson...LOVES IT ! I take him every Wednesday night 6 PM- 8 pm, when they have LIVE MUSIC ! Its a lot of FUN !

Great little park with water feature and separate playgrounds for younger and older children. Not much shade so bring your own. Also I like to bring a walking toy for non-walkers. Theres plenty of room for them to explore safely.

Concert in the park was really lively. Big open spaces and a fun playground. Ample street parking.

Medium-sized park located in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of Redwood city! Perfect place to for all ages with a fenced off area for the little ones to play. I have been bring my kids here for years! Even had birthday party for one them here! The park is well kept with bathrooms available and well maintained for the most part.There is a seasonal water feature that kids will love! Times vary depending on time of day and only available from may to October but kids will have fun all year long!

Love this park. I come here for picnic with my friends. Theres plenty of bbq spots and reservable picnic tables. Theres public washrooms and swings for kids.

Went here when I was a child so I brought my son when we were in town. Play structure has been updated and has two areas, one for 3 and under that is fenced in. Park also has a splash pad and water play.

This park has gotten very popular over the years. Had my daughters first Birthday there 23 years ago....was empty now popular. Beautiful redwoods, a small water park, swings etc.

Unexpectedly awesome park. Some great (and new) play structures for the little ones (separate areas for infant/toddler and older). Plenty of open space to kick or throw a ball around, or even grill. The redwoods along the road make the park feel more secluded than it is.

This is a great park to bring the kids.

No parking. Cute park with a nice design. There is a lovely playground with the bouncing floor and lots of foliage with some awesome redwoods providing much-needed shade during the summer. Great events here such as the summer concert series, but if you dont live in the neighborhood it is difficult to access without having to walk quite a ways.

We have had several parties at this park. Clean, safe and fun. Has and area for all ages. Bug grassy area for adults to play spots and a fenced in toddler area for those fast runners. Sufficient picnic tables (for decent prices if reserving) and an area for first come as well. Ice Cream trucks are always cruising by.

Great park lots of structures. There is a fenced area for the youngest visitors. Parents come to the park with their children. Children have fun, and appear to be mindful of others. Sundays and Saturdays are not too crowded. Picnic tables are scattered about. Large area of lawn for soccer, football, other games. Most importantly RESTROOMS!!

My 22-month old toddler loves this park! The toddler area is fenced off and very safe. I havent had trouble finding parking in the neighborhood, and its not far from the highway.Update:Decent place for a birthday party, but could be better, especially if you have a large group! We reserved a picnic area which was littered with small bits of trash when we got there to set up. The water feature is great but turns off around lunchtime. Its a really nice park for playdates, but Id consider a different park for a birthday party.

My daughter absolutely loved the water part of the park (where someone holds their hand on the button, while others can play in the water. I also like that the baby/toddler section of the park is separate, it makes it so much easier for me with 2 little ones.

Stafford park is a nice collection of grassy area, evergreen trees, and kids play area. During the summer, it is the site for free weekly concerts featuring local bands. Last week was a zydago band, but the Redwood City website will show the wide span. Its a welcoming family space.

Nice neighborhood park with a childrens playground and restrooms. Free Concerts in the park on Wednesdays during July and August with good attendance.

Relatively small but something for everyone. Water features for infants and another for toddlers. A separate hated area for small kids apart from the regular park. A lot of grass and a few tables. Shade around the outside and a trellis between the play places. Clean restrooms.

Like that the playground is enclosed, but not great for toddlers.

This place has a nice gated playground, a water feature and a green area for playing soccer/ Frisby. It also has restrooms and picnic tables under some big redwoods for shade. Its a nice neighborhood park.

Great water park and lot of resources for activity like play soccer or kids play ground and large Sequioa trees give a cool breeze down the trees, one thing u did not like the heat caused by the concrete structures generate heat around may not be that cool.

The park is small, but it has slides, swings, jungle gym, a mini-water park (?), etc. The grassy area is large enough to play soccer, frisbee, etc. Lots of families picnic here too.
