Coaches all have extensive knowledge about the game. Very kind and caring towards the kids. Clinics are tough but within an hours time, you will notice a difference in skill level. We have been at Esface for over 4 years now and it has helped my son greatly. One on Once coaching is also a great addition to clinics. Cost is fair and the coaching is fantastic. My son has never had a coach he did not like. Would highly recommend Esface!

Team Esface expertly teaches essential fundamentals at every level - for individuals and teams. Great drills and competitive games. Impressive coaches who have a consistent, high quality emphasis on mental and physical toughness. Real skill development, positive attitudes, lots of heart, and fun for all.

Multiple level of skills development programs available with highly qualified coaches. My son worked his way through many sessions and programs including conditioning, group lessons, specific skills trainings and AAU league teams. The whole objective is not to get into the highest level team but to get into the right team to maximize playing time and skills development. Sitting on the bench of the black team wont do you much good.

I played basketball in college and have seen the way Team Esface coaches and trains its athletes. I wish I had their program when I was a younger athlete growing up. Their philosophy about developing the holistic athlete is awesome and a gift for any athlete that decides to train with them.

The Esface experience has been nothing but POSITIVE for our son and family. Sean and Dele (and all their coaches) run a great, well thought out, skill building league & practice sessions with the back drop of upbeat and fun music and positive minded development tactics. Kids are ENCOURAGED not discouraged by their approach, something of great importance today in youth sports. My personal favorite is when they announce games and make the kids feel eight feet tall. It makes watching the games thoroughly enjoyable. Well done Esface, many youth sports groups could learn from your approach!!

I highly recommend Esface basketball. It is a well-thought out and artfully executed program. My son played in the True league, did small group clinics, participated in camps, and plays on a U13 AAU team. I have seen the leaders of the organization actively teaching coaches how to interact with players and explaining how the coachs words and actions can influence the players. It is this sort of intentional excellence, and commitment to high standards for all, that make the players want to work really hard and enjoy it at the same time. All of the people who have worked with my son are polite, kind, and extremely dedicated. These coaches tell him his strengths and help him develop a healthy confidence, but they also tell him what he needs to work on, so he feels empowered to grow and stretch - not just in basketball skills but also in the way he thinks about his game and even his life. They demand the players give their best effort physically, mentally, and emotionally. Sportsmanship is a big deal here. The coaches, players and their families all know they are lucky to be part of such a top-notch community of athletes.

Best basketball program in the Bay Area!! Coaches are absolutely incredible! And, they keep it super FUN for the kids while at the same time bringing their skills and dedication to another level!

Place is GREAT... my son loves it! We play year round, the coaches are kool know how to engage and talk to the kids vs. @the kids... teach them great fundamentals & moves as well... and above all they make it FUN! Even the practices are FUN! Music going, lots of high energy, I go just to watch. Great Folks who run it as well, they always make a point to come around just to say hello to the parents.

My son has been @ Esface since April16 and continues to improve. A quality program with committed coaches and staff. Everything from running a NBA style Pro day (to identify a players weaknesses) to Lucid Training (for mental toughness). What you put in is what you will get out of this. No brainer decision to continue to stay with them.

I think Esface is one of the top AAU programs in Bay Area. They offer clinics and skills training almost every day so if you want to work on your game you have that option. They are also very organized which most AAU organizations sorely lack.

My daughter doesnt play anymore but we were with Esface from the beginning ~ about 6 years ago? We love the game and we love Esface!

Team Esface is not just basketball, its a family that takes care of every participant individually. They make sure they are well-rounded as athletes, students, and friends. Shout out to all the coaches (DMo, Sean, Alex to name a few:) who have put their hearts into making each ballers experience the best with intense training mixed with a lot of fun and lifelong friendships.
