It’s a great place to see movies- came here to see Frozen 2 with my family and we sure had fun. So easy purchasing and redeeming your ticket, staffs are so friendly and helping. The movie started right on time BUT so much ad before it started (this is my first time at a cinema in the USA so was almost getting angry but once it started it was a smooth one. My daughter had fun and so did I. Pop corn is available for $7.19, $8.19 & $9.19 for Small, medium and Large size respectively. Just an ok popcorn nothing exceptional.Lots of parking space though still needed to go around before securing one. Will advice not to come in a busy day

Good quality movie theater with an exceptional location (many restaurants nearby). only complaint is the flocks of annoying middle schoolers in yeezys congregating around the theater and the overpriced food. perhaps thats just normal for movie theaters i guess.

Popcorn lines were too long and slow so we skipped it, and womens restoom could have used a freshen up. But nice to get tickets ahead for reserved seats and the screening room is nice. Every seat had a good view and the recliners are very comfortable.

The owner responses here are insane. Movie theater owner, people dont want to go to your site and post their problems with the theater. They are posted here for other theater attendees. They are super consistent saying seats need an upgrade. Please follow up on that on your own, owner person, and dont expect anyone to go to your site to submit that.

Buying tickets online is easy and convenient, staff is friendly and helpful, however the seats have audiences packed in like sardines with how bolt upright they are with no recline whatsoever. Parking is good and location is convenient, as it is near to many apartments. Building clean and somewhat modern, somewhat retro.

Nice atmosphere, dark with funky neon lights. Hasnt been modernized with new big chairs like many other theaters. Popcorn is decent.

Love our Bella Bottega. Not as fancy as crossroads but clean and comfortable. Snacks r great too!

Well its a regal so you have thirty minutes of commercials, the icee had so much food coloring to cause noticeable issues. Popcorn was pretty stale.. normally I dont go to regals but hit three of them in a week here and the story is similar, so they got consistency down

My son took me to see the new John Wick movie for fathers day. Parking was fairly easy to deal with and the tickets where bought online so that streamlined things. Snacks where more expensive than I thought they should be, but then again, they always seem to be at theaters. The staff was pleasant enough. The seats where not as comfortable as Ive come to expect at theaters, so it makes for some fidgeting in your seat after a while to try to get comfortable. Overall its fine, but Ive been to much nicer movie theaters.

This is my closest theatre and I am a big fan of the layout and quality of the theatre. It would get a 5 star if they added recliners as other Regal cinemas have done!

Friendly staff, great screen and sound.Outdated seats, and cell reception is literally non-existent. Had to leave the auditorium, then the building, to text my friend to let them know where I was waiting for them.(Also, Im an on-call systems admin. If I get a *silent* alert on my watch, I need to be able to run out into the hall and remote in to work. Plus, no movie is as important as being able to be in contact for health emergencies/accidents/labor/etc).

All we did was sit in the parking lot and due a visit with a friend. We did mask and social sepetation.

Excellent service, comfortable seats, great sound and reasonable prices. You wont be disappointed and if you are, just talk to someone there and they will take care of it

Great service. Theatres are always clean, love the environment. Came in to see Toy Story 4 last Saturday and the guy who takes the tickets was wearing a Spider-Man suit. Nice little touch for the little kids.

Not the best regal cinema in the area. It is missing the upgrades for reclining seats but does have bigger theaters. I would recommend going to the Regal Crossroads if you want to see a movie and have the regal plan

Fantastic cinema, comfy seats, and stellar customer service!

Passable theater, seemed to have some trouble getting the audio to work. The seats werent very plush or roomy, didnt recline, and there wasnt nearly enough legroom.

Rude customer service. Took my wifes order told her to come back in 15 mins and when she did they didnt even make it. My son tried buying some fun souvenirs from the coin machines took the money and the kids working wouldnt help her. Honestly im surprised this place is still running with so many better options.

Went and saw the uncut gems...the movie borderline destroyed my life. 5 stars but the worst most stressful movie ever made.

Im glad you can finally reserve seats in advance here, but I find that the parking is often difficult, especially on Friday night and weekends. We usually opt for their sister cinema at Regal Crossroads with easier parking and comfy recliners!

Quick getaway in Redmond for movies. Nothing spectacular w.r.t. theaters. But I live in Redmond and this is very very accessible to me. Indian movies are also shown here which is an added bonus. Wish there were recliner seats like in Crossroads Regal.

For being in Redmond, this place is not that great. Seats dont recline, and has a weird auditorium layout. The soda I ordered had a weird taste, I presume from the ice. Had a taste similar to old ice cubes in a freezer that have absorbed all the random meals put in the fridge. Really annoyed me because I couldnt finish my drink, and I didnt want to leave the movie to get a refill, or change the drink out. Very inconvenient. I would expect more having paid $20 for a drink and popcorn. Maintain your beverage system better. And the popcorn we got was so flavorless and didnt have the fresh taste either. What was the point in going back for a refill if the flavor was so poor?

Came to see the new Spider Man movie for family movie night. There was an usher dressed in a Spiderman suit. My younger brother absolutely loved it!!! Spiderman was very friendly and even posed for pictures with him. We really appreciate you guys going above and beyond! Keep up the good work. This made our night!

Close to downtown Redmond with most of the new movies on rotation. Basic food and amenities with a few of the theaters souped up for the bigger screen and sound, with most being moderately sized.

Easy access and I love getting the reserved seats

Regal Bella Bottega is always clean and well maintained. I have yet to have a bad experience here and Ive seen over 50 movies here. I like how seats are now reserved when you buy tickets so there is no need to arrive to a movie an hour in advance to get good seats!

This was my childhood theater. Very happy to see that they have upgraded to the recliners, friendly staff, clean facilities.

Love the economy (matinee) prices & had a great time. A lot of it had to do with seeing a great movie. This theater is relatively clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I would have given this place a better review. Except that last weekend (salmon days weekend). I had my small grandkids to see a movie. I had to park blocks away and almost late due to the shuttle buspick up location at the parking garage. In talking to your staff. I was told the city owner the parking garage. Now you know the movie theater knew they were going to have people upset about parking. Was it on the website.. NO. Did anyone really care. No basically I was told to bad.your late. There is nothing we can do. SO JUST REMENBER THEY HAVE NO PARKING OF THEIR OWN.

All the theaters around are introducing recliners. I have to always go to Bellevue Crossroads because of that. Please, install recliners in at least one room. I would gladly give this cinema 5 stars if it had recliners.

Loved the Lion King movie. And had good handicap seating

Not a bad theater! Sure walking into the lobby feels like you accidentally fell into a time portal taking you back to 1999 but who says thats a bad thing? They have a simple layout, fantastic films and non pretentious seating. If youre tired of paying extra for recliner chairs, 3d glasses and being served food in the middle of your film, look no further. Simple, easy, affordable movie going.

Overall good service. Its pretty loud if youre going to an action movie, so I would recommend bringing earbuds. Besides that, I loved everything else! Totally would recommend.

This is an older theater, but service and movie selection is always great, so doesnt take second best to the big guys for sure.

Buying tickets online then checking in was easy and quick. Seats feel small but movie was great quality with amazing sound.

Went for a friends 18th birthday, one friend was a week from turning 17, and they wouldn’t let us into a rated R movie. A parent had to buy his ticket, and they still kicked him out of the theater. Took forever to give us a refund. Their seats suck too

The theater is clean, nicely decorated and with a good selections of concessions. However, the big downside is that its super cramped and the seats are just uncomfortable. I cant get over that and genuinely dont like coming here.

Staff at theatre are wonderful. I was putting on my coat after the movie and my car keys came out of my pocket. I looked but couldn’t find them. Emily came to my rescue. She turned on the house lights and brought a flashlight. She got down on the floor and found them in the row ahead of mine. She saved my evening. Emily truly went above and beyond!

This place has the most uncomfortable seats of any theater Ive visited in recent memory. The sound was fine. the service was fine, the movie was good but theres no way Id come back here again under normal circumstances. My back still kind of hurts. Theaters that strive to have comfortable seats and a well dialed in thermostat are the theaters that moviegoers are going to gravitate towards as better options become available.

My husband and I frequent this movie theater, food and drink easy to buy and restrooms are always clean!

Sadly this movie theater has converted to the ways of reserved seating. But those Handicap seats described below are always open:Great theater. Typically showing up 50-60 mins early will always put you first in line. Everyone goes for the seats with the metal bars in front so they can use them as a foot rest. But the real secret is to sit between the handicap seats. You wont have to deal with whispering or people crunchy popcorn in your ear again.

I went to purchase tickets for an upcoming Marvel movie, and theres reserved seating now! This is ridiculous! Myself and a large group enjoy watching new Marvel movies together and we usually sit together by arriving early and waiting in line. Having reserved seating means other people may be forced to sit in the middle of our group or our group may be separated. Movie theaters are better when you get seats as you enter, those arriving first getting the seats they want. Reserved seating in general is very annoying and a very unwelcome new feature, especially in a theater with uncomfortable seating that really doesnt deserve the luxury of having reserved seats. Maybe if there were recliner seats or something special, reserved seating would be appropriate. We plan to search for a new theater in the area for future Marvel group viewings.

Fun place! Easier than the other theaters around, and a fun and friendly staff!

Positives first. Its one of two theatres in Redmond and has more screenings than the other. Its clean and well staffed, lines are minimal. Negatives: Bring layers. No matter what time of year this theatre is cold. 90° F in the summer, theatre is 50°. 40 in the winter? Theatre is still 50°. Also you are lucky if there is even one movie playing between 7:30 and 8:30 pm. Theres a bunch of movies starting at 7 or earlier and a bunch starting at 9 or later, but more often than not there is nothing in the 8pm range. I normally get out of work around 6 and have trouble getting to anything earlier than 8 for a movie (if I want dinner before hand) and I dont want to go to anything later than 9 because I have to work at 7am. I feel like not showing anything in the 8 time range is missing out on a decent chunk of consumers.

Pretty decent place. Its clean. The seats are comfortable but they are not extraordinary. Id prefer the Bellevue regal to this just because of the seats.

I went to see Once upon a time in Hollywood last night. Everything was good from parking, tickets, popcorn, movie screen and audio. However, the chairs are the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever tried in a movies theater; tight, not a lot of legs space, don’t recline at all, and just little better than airplane seats. I won’t go back again to this theater for that reason, especially that there’s a near by Regal theater that has much better experience with recliners and same price just 5 miles away.

It’s an ok place to watch movies. The seats, sound system and screen won’t exactly sweep you off your feet. Only advantage is location. For a town like Redmond the whole experience could be much better.

I love the seating there its very nice theater I hope that maybe one day they will allow kangaroo service animals

Good number of auditoriums with easy access. The big problem is the seating. It isnt bad seating but with many theaters upping the ante and going with bigger aisles and more comfortable seats, this Regal is falling behind the rising curve. Good, convenient place to see a movie.

Its a movie place. Go to coho cafe for dinner and you get movie tickets half off, awesome combo.

Decent cinema seats. Probably the one I’ve seen most movies in. This one time there was a power failure and they compensated by giving us tickets to watch any movie in any Regal cinema at any time. I usually book tickets through fandango or atom and it’s really convenient to select this cinema because of the distance and time of the movie.

They failed to tell me at the front window my rewards which they are supposed to do. I have over 12,000 points btw and then the guy charged me for a popcorn he did not give me so I had to ask for it and yes the assigned seating is a little overboard for just a regular theatre. I can understand if it had separate chairs or was an imax. I asked if they had a military/senior discount they said no and that’s fine too just most theaters do. However, the prices were really good and the lines aren’t long.

Nothing fancy here but comfortable seating and perfectly fine screens. Like that you can walk up to the ticket booth and get in without having to make a reservation. Popcorn was basic movie theater flavor.

Have been here 10+ times over the past couple years. Movies playing on the bigger screens, and the sound system is great, sometimes super loud! Seating is pretty good. Ive had no problems when using credit cards, printed-out movie App vouchers, etc. If you join their rewards club, youll accumulate points ---》 get free stuff like drink, popcorn and occasionally a movie ticket. Its a nice little perk. Large clean restrooms.

New reserved seats are smaller and not as wide as the old general seating.Completely average. Theater was clean, which was unusual. Staff forgot to start the film, then forgot to turn on the projector

Nice theater. They need to update the seating to nicer more roomy chairs. Other than that its a great theater to see new release movies. Mainly because they always have an 11 am or so showing thats never crowded.

Average multiplex theatre.Hasnt updated to reserve seating that most have. This forces you to to go early and stand in line to get good seats.Auditoriums havent been updated to the lounge style seating that other regal theaters have.

I was at the theatre tonight. I left the theater after 30 min to get refreshments for the kids. It wasnt well planned and I didnt have enough hands for drinks and popcorn. The guy behind the refreshment stand offered to walk back to my seats with me ! Totally unexpected! They are teaching their staff well.

Its not as good as their Crossroads establishment, but its still totally fine. Staff are friendly, and you can get concessions, watch movies, and they have reserved seating.Not much else to say. Its a clean, functioning movie theater!

Bad image quality, uncomfortable seats, crackling sound system and a horrible smell that made me leave the cinema early.

Decent local theatre, doesnt have the amenities as others nearby (assigned seating) however it is kept clean and taken care of. My only real complaint is that they dont always taken into consideration of the amount of people in the theater when they turn on the air conditioning. Several times (but not always) at 20%ish capacity, it comes on so it can get very cold and uncomfortable during the feature.

One of the better theater in the East Side of Seattle area in Redmond. They also show many of the documentary films that other dont. They are open to showing controversial films which is important to inform others or show the other side of the issue that are discussed publicly.

A regular movie theater that has lots of restaurants near by. Huge parking lot and easy access, with cleaner than average theaters. There are nicer theaters in the area, and the Bella Bottega falls behind on not having reserved seating, recliner seats or fancy concessions. But still a solid core experience. I dont think youll be disappointed.

Hasnt been updated at all in over a decade. Still has old-fashioned seats as opposed to AMCs comfortable recliner seats. We could also hear the movie next door. Not impressed.

A good theater experience. Saturday mornings are the best times. Cheap tickets and you will enjoy the theater to yourself. So I go with my kids.Its like having a whole theater for yourself.

Just had my hip replaced and needed a theater that I could have easy access to this definitely fit the bill I was very happy and it was very unstressful for me to go in and go to the movie with my grandchildren
