Wonderful 55+ community. Very well kept and attractive. Swimming pool, club house with library and pool table, piano and outdoor grills. Great place to live

County bought the place and mom is very happy how they do things here. Great community!!

My parents live here, have lived her for over 12 years and they love their place, there are obvious negatives mostly all the nit picking rules and angry elderly who dont like young people but what do you expect from a 55+ park? Its a nice big place with a beautiful park like setting, they have a pool but last I checked it was shut down, they have a rec room and lots of outdoor activity space. All-in-all my parents love their place and are happy with all they have and being downtown Redmond they have plenty of things to do.

No parking on the roadways because they are very narrow. Hard to find an address due to limited road signs. While this is a very nice Redmond neighborhood filled with beautiful homes, Friendly Village is a trailer park filled with mostly older trailers.

Some Neighbors quick to call mngt on anyone . Clean spacious. No street parking with little guest parking

Not many places for fixed-income folks left in Redmond. Good community, and some services for residents. Quality of homes depends on individual sellers, but its a quiet, navigable neighborhood.

Great place for adults 55+. Owned now by the county. Manufactured home village with more than 200 residents. Creek runs thru treed property. Can walk over 1.5 miles on streets inside the park. Has community center with outdoor pool. Homes vary in age. Very comfortable.

I was visiting a friend, but if I was in need of a place to downsize to this would be the place

Quiet little community.

This is a pleasant setting for a 55 and over mobile home park. It is mostly inhabited by people in their later 60s and up, has Bear Creek running through it and has a great community feel with people seem to watch out for each other.

We bought a home in this park almost 3 years ago,& live at the 2nd intersection as you enter the park.We were here MONTHS b4 I even realized there were street names (brown on brown)-though are not named as my address to the postman.The space numbers are not lined up so that anyone can find whom theyre looking for without a struggle. Ive sat on my deck MANY times & watched as UPS, & all delivery trucks go down & back on street after street trying to find the right space!But today, I watched an Ambulance & Aid go through this routine & wondered IF they found the person b4 they died! When they finally came back past my door, they were NOT IN A HURRY- Something has to be done to change this!The MAP needs to be at the entrance where it can be found right off. And it wouldnt hurt to number the signs at the streets. I would not want to know my parent might not be found in time of an emergency-in a senior park.
