First time for a concert in Marymoor Park. The atmosphere is just awesome. Smaller concert (compare to those in stadiums), surrounded by trees, warm summer night (no rain or wind), food and drink vendors to choose from, bathroom close by, etc. Parking was easy to get, although getting out of the parking lot took 20-30 minutes.

Love love the venue! Posted a review under Marymoor Parks page about the amenities. These concert planning folks have found some top notch musicians and acts to preform over the years. I have to see at least one show there a summer to feel like I have lived!

A great outdoor venue, good seating, good views from most every where. Lots of food truck and drink choices. I gave it 4 stars because some of the instructions for parking, were to go and what could be brought in where confusing. But overall a great place to see a concert or show.

From food and beverage lines to bathroom lines to the line of cars coming and going, everything runs smoothly. you can see the stage from just about anywhere, the sound is amazing anywhere. great outdoor concert venue... possibly the best in our corner of the world. and they even have a corner for the smokers! far enough away not to bother the smokeless, but you can still hear just fine and even see the stage if you stand at the entrance. thanks guys :)

Marymoor concerts are pretty nice, its a good wide open area, great sound, and good parking. The one downfall is that there is always a parking fee on top of the ticket fee for every event. Outside of that, its pretty easy to find and the staff there are always really helpful. Lines to the food trucks are normally a long wait, so bring your own food if you can.

What a great space. Parking was easy (bring cash), the food trucks didnt have too long of lines and the bathrooms arent half bad. We had seats which was nice but the chairs were awfully close together. Blankets seem like the way to go especially if you dont care about actually seeing the stage.

Can’t wait to go back- saw Sublime with Rome in June. We walked from our hotel which turned out to be farther than anticipated to get all the way to the gate at the concert section but it was still worth not driving and being in long lines of cars. Excellent music venue with great food trucks and some of the best beer options I’ve ever experienced at a concert!!

Love the size of this outdoor venue and despite the rain, the show went on and was a blast. The food truck options are a welcome change from your typical food at these venues. They have a water bottle filling station. Plenty of facilities, for after you drink that water or if you choose instead to enjoy the adult beverage options, of which there are at least three stands. Parking is a reasonable price and plentiful. Nice work King County parks!

First time here for the Dispatch festival Aug 25th 2018. (Nakho fan) the parking was easy, they checked bags and had metal detectors for everyones saftey. The food area was nicely set up, plenty of seating and a very nice atmosphere. The sound was good, you could stand on the floor or lay down on a grassy hill with a good view. People respected the walkways. Maybe 5 beer and wine sections so the lines were not very long. They have a phone charging station cafe . I am sober and dont drink so I was bummed they didnt sell coffee that is my only complant.

Ive been to a lot of concerts at a lot of venues in Washington, and this is by far my favorite. The food choices are great but outrageously overpriced, the beer and wine is very well organized and there are plenty of restrooms for all. Most of all the curfew means o can enjoy a great show and be assured Ill get a decent night of sleep any night of the week. Im too old to stick around for that midnight set these days. The negatives are that security lines can get long, and for sold out shows if you arrive late expect to be standing at the front or sitting behind the berms with no view.

Well-run, clean venue for enjoying a movie in the park. Plenty of food and drink choices, lots of space, and good sound/video. The place gets busy, but there is plenty of room to spread out. Trivia on your smartphone before the movie was a nice addition. Will definitely be back!

This is a fabulous site. I went to the Lionel Richie concert which was very well organized.Be prepared for lots of lines. I went an hour early and it was already crowded. Parking is in the field next to the event and I paid $5. There are separate lines for those with chairs and those without. I had reserved seating so it was easier to get through security. There are also beer, wine and food vendors onsite.

Always a good time, vendors and crowd are all nice. Getting close to the stage and being able to watch the performers you love right there in front of you, its pretty amazing. Theres also a grassy area on a hills you can sit on, lots of people bring their kids - which sometimes seems inappropriate. Its probably my favorite venue.

While the concerts here range from fun to AMAZING, this year theyve had a much harder time getting everyone through security in a reasonable amount of time. The stage is set up well, and you can see from pretty much anywhere theyve designated for the audience, but they need to significantly up their line management. We waited to get to security for probably 45 to 50 minutes this year, when last year it felt like we got through right away.

Marymoor is the best concert venue this side of the Cascades. What beats an outdoor concert venue within driving distance of home??Theres plenty of lawn space to set up a few chairs to catch a show, or if youre feeling ambitious you can get within 10 feet of the stage in the pit area. Theres a ton of food vendor options and you can take drinks anywhere inside the venue. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they dont serve hard alcohol there; I would have loved to have the option to get a mixed drink instead of just beer, cider and wine.

A beautiful, well laid out place to watch a concert. It would be five stars if they brought in more toilets. The line ups to use the bathrooms are insane. A pro-tip would be to leave the concert to use the bathroom, because the lineups are worst between acts.

Marymoor Park is a clean, well-kept park with a sports complex, bike trails, and lakeside beaches. The music venue is a stage positioned in the center of a man-made dell which, when large crowds are present, can make getting a view of the stage a little challenging. The sound quality is amazing. We could hear the performers from the parking lot. Great outdoor venue and would go again. Definitely recommend bringing something soft to sit on though.

Took 40 minutes to get out of the parking lot after the concert. Parking attendants abandoned posts in the middle of the lot and just stood around in groups near the exits. Entering the concert took 30+ minutes as well despite arriving over an hour before start time. Learn from our mistake and either arrive very early or very late to avoid long lines and being assigned to the worst parking spot furthest from either exit. Concert itself was nice. Plan to stand (not sit in the blanket or chair sections) for reasonable acoustics

Really hard to see the stage how it was set up for heart and rebelution idk about other concerts if they set it up differently. we had seats and we had lawn. the people on the grass outside of the venue on the other side of the fence commented that their seats were better than a lot of the spots on the lawn and bar areas. i cant comment on that because Ive never set up a chair outside of the venue to catch a concert but i know that only in side the small bowl on the hill is unobstructed. people are really nice though and the area is safe and parking is great

We saw Primus and Mastodon here on June 22. It was great, clean, Id say that if a noise level agreement could be reached with City of Redmond so that its actually loud (like how concerts are supposed to be) that would be ideal. I suppose its more kid friendly that way but it was noticeably quiet and the show wasnt really for kids.

The location was beautiful for a concert. We did have a hiccup in regards to bags that can be brought into the venue. Aside from that, the team members working the event were kind and considerate.

Went to see the Dispatch show at the Marymoor Amphitheater with my girlfriend. The site has been spruced up since the last time I had been there years ago, and really has a backwoods festival feel. Great sound, and good sight lines. We set up low backed chairs on the grass berm, brought snacks (there are food trucks available), and purchased reasonably priced (for an event) tall boy beers at $8. The show was great. A word of warning to anyone that considers The Pines upgrade, the seating area they guarantee you is all off to the side of the stage. Not the best sight lines. Youre probably better off in the GA lawn seating.

Went to the Robert Plant concert last night at the Marymoor venue. He was great, the venue is horrible. Our first time there with reserved seats. It makes the worst airline seats look spacious. It is extremely tight. If two normal size men are side by side, their shoulders will be touching. I saw people standing sideways for the show because there isnt enough room to stand in a normal position. Some people left their seats to go up on the lawn because it is so uncomfortable. Ive never seen anything like this. The folding chairs were zip tied together so they cant move. The people that run this place obviously do not care about the comfort of their guests who pay good money. I will never buys seats here again. Buyer beware.

Multiple places for basketball, softball, soccer. Places to fly RC planes. Numerous places for grilling and picnics. Trails for biking, hiking, running, walking are well maintained. Agree with it being a great venue for a concert. Good sound. Good food. Lots of parking. But what no one says here is cars literally do not move for an hour after. It is the worst and longest I have ever experienced. One way out for 3000 cars! And with no direction. Everyone for themselves. So calculate that in. An extra hour just to get yourself out of the park after the concert

Great concert. Very organized. Great seats. I did not give a 5 star because of security. I had to leave the sitting area to go to the restroom. The security did not have a stamp or sticker so you could get back into your seating area. So I had to call my friend to the front since she had the tickets on her phone. It is 2018 their should have been some type of verification if you leave and come back. Parking was great to. Not badly priced but again people dont really walk with cash anymore. I was lucky to have cash in my pocket today. Parking did not take debit. Then our seats were wet. No paper towels or anything was offered. So for those 3 reasons they get a four. Great event I would go again. 90s concert at Marymoor Park was great!
