Duane helped me get my first bow dialed in. He got it fitted to me personally while explaining the processes. He put all of my accessories on the bow, got it paper tuned and helped me choose a sight and a release. The bow shop stereotype/stigma does not exist with my guy Duane. Highly recommend. Will be back for all my target and hunting needs.

Just left the store an hour ago. One if the most pleasing experiences I have had in a very long time. I told Justin that I had recently changed the rest on my sight, asked him to check the tuning. He felted my rest, paper tuned my bow, came on to the range with me. Made some alterations to my sight setup. After getting it dialed in at 20 yds. Moved me back to thirty and adjusted that pin. I shot for nearly an hour. After shooting took my tackle box of field arrow gear and asked him what I needed to fill it out. He looked through it, told me it was complete and there was nothing he could sell me. I asked him what i owed him. He said $5 for the range time, $1 for the target. I asked him what about his time helping me set up. No charge. Makes me want to move to Redmond!

These guys went above and beyond. They took the extra time and effort to hear my specific needs. I pre ordered a new Prime Black 1. When it showed up Justin dropped what he was doing already working to spend the next few hours setting me up. I cant say enough about the customer service here. Thanks again to the whole shop.

Always very kind, relatable, understanding and passionate about making sure your bow is working properly. Always willing to help when needed. Spent over a thousand there in one day and walked out feeling like we were taken care of, and all our needs and questions were met accordingly.

From the owner to the manager and his employees. This shop is a joke . I wouldn’t waste my time or money in this shop. The owner and manager are idiots.

Fantastic service! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though it was just before hunting season and they were very relaxed and worked quickly and professionally. Thanks for taking care of my Prime bow so quickly.

The owner and his crew are amazing. I run a camp for neglected children and the Owner of Top Pin graciously set one of these kids up to do Archery. This was the boys dream. They also have helped me progress as a better hunter. Thank you

Top Pin is Central Oregons best archery shop by miles. They routinely go above and beyond to make tuning adjustments, coach me on better body mechanics and do so pleasantly and with the highest level of customer service.

I moved to central Oregon back in September (I know Im sorry) and I have been trying to find things to do to meet new folks and get out of the house. I had not tried archery since I was in grade school and after a bad car accident in 05 I figured I never would again. After walking into TopPin and talking with them I know now that bows have changed enough that its a possibility!First off, Justin was very kind, understanding and extremely helpful! He took some time to talk me through some options and even got two bows set up for me to test out.On top of that he answered all of my questions and got me in contact with their trainer Beth... I called on my way out the door and set an apt up with her for the next day.Let me just say that Beth was such a wonderful person to work with as well! We spoke through my concerns and started from the ground up. We spent an hour working through the basics and some shooting and with the help of some deep-blue (doterra pain rub) my shoulder felt pretty good all things considering. Further to her lesson she gave me some other bows to look into that may work for my situation.I also met the owner as well and he was a very polite individual; I had the feeling hes a little shy and quiet until he gets to know you but I heard his little sense of humor popping out.In the end (and I know this is long); I cant wait for this weekend to get some practice in and I cant wait for my next lesson with Beth! I am so happy I found this place!

The only reason I go here is because of Justin. That young man is unbelievable. He drops everything hes doing all the time to help customers. Sometimes I feel bad for him because its non stop like that everytime ive been in their. Word of advice to the owner is hire more help or youll lose Justin one day. Hes your greatest asset. Another thing is theres been a couple times when I feel like I was rushed out the door but you made up for it by letting me make payments on a new bow. As long as Justin works here ill be returning.

Justin was the only person who offered help. The owner, Don has zero concept of customer relation. If he thinks I wont drive to Bend for my archery needs hes mistaken. And I drive 30 miles to get to Redmond. By Don not willing to help and be professional he not only lost a $100 sale that day, he lost a future customer and word of mouth supporter.
