Probably the worst place I have ever lived you never can find aneyone in the office rent payments are always late to be put into the computer. And when we left they tried saying that your utilities wear shut off do to no payment when the truth is we transferred our utilities to our new place.

Trust me you will regret doing business with them. Completely unprofessional all the time! I have had things stolen from my storage, yes I filed a police report. They dont keep their business hours. Always ask for receipt as well!

If you dont care that theyre actually open for the hours they say theyre open if you dont care that they wont put your payment into the computer system and give you a receipt and then tell you that you owe that month again if you dont care that you have stolen property out of your units and if you dont care that they dont care then go for it otherwise save yourself. I also forgot to add if you dont care that after you pay your bill they still dont unlock your unit so if youre good with them illegally holding your property. At this point if I had my grinder with it there lock would be off in through their window.In addition to their lack of judgement and competence they felt the need to threaten me with auctioning off my unit in an excessive show of force that still needs resolved. After illegally seizing my unit they proceeded to enter it as if they had a right at all to do so.This company is by far one of no intelligence, competence, or fear of breaking federal laws! In this case the company is at fault legitimately and the recording I have of the threat to put my unit up for auction, is now backed by the actions that they deliberately broke FEDERAL law to do.Now the 2nd amendment has been under fire in the news and media, was this used as a distraction to violate my 4th amendment rights? Which is prosecutable by federal and state statutes, covering monetary damages as well as attorneys fees, as stated in state legislature, and will further be backed by 4th amendment rights. Either way this storage facility will learn the hard way on what is in their realm of reach.Sincerely going to court,Justin D. Hays

We have a storage unit at Prairie Schooner. It is secure and you have your own code to get in. The staff are nice and helpful and the price is reasonable.

Great storage...third time my family has stored here

I called tonight at 4:20 pm and had asked if they had any mobile homes to rent they sent me to sales so I talked him he had no idea even what I was talking about told me I would have to talk to the manager and so I called back again and they transferred me not even letting me tell her he cant help me. Feeling frustrated because the staff doesnt know if they have any mobile home to rent.
