I grew up in this neighborhood and my parents still live here. Your not allowed to visit anymore bc your car gets towed if it’s on the street yet each mobile home has a parking space big enough for 2 cars maybe 3. The best thing they could come up with is this but what if someone has visitors? There is no parking available for them and they walk out to no car and a $200 fee. They need to think of something that’s is the best interest of the people that live here and not the management. The tow trucks patrol this neighborhood more then the security. Do not move here!

Very disappointed with the application process of this property. There is a big gap in communication and a complete waste of my time and money. Definitely lacks organization

I only visited the Resco mart. Very busy place, nice grill, theyll even cash a business check if you miss the bank. ID required.

The rules in this neighborhood should apply to everyone. Community members that have lived here their entire life have their vehicles towed if not following rules but dope boys that havent even lived here a year can park their vehicles in the grass and not get towed....says a lot about who runs this place and manages it. Also when you cross the wrong people in this neighborhood you get symbols spray painted on the road in front of your home for whatever reason probably payback from said dope boys. Not a good community for children or elderly but if youre a criminal or plan on doing criminal activity they will be more than happy to rent to you....

I love GSV. Back then, the management was much worse since the management scandal with the head manager Miss.Jeniffer and her scadals of rising everyones rent for extra profit. Luckily she was fired and nowadays the management if much much better. Yeah there are pot smokers around the area, but theyre harmless teenagers that end up going to the store and buying snacks for themselves. Overall, wonderful awesome place!

This place is wayyyy too expensive. If you have no other options this place will take you but believe me its not worth it. Trailers too close together. The play area for children is overrun by pot smoking teenagers that vandalize the equipment. Also random dogs and cats roam freely and bite children.

Ive Moved Here Like Am Month Ago..The Place Is Ok But Im Stranded Here Because Theres NO Transit That Runs Up Old Stage Rd For Me To Get Into Town And I HATE That Stray Dogs Runs Amuck Around Here..

I am rating this community 4 stars due to the two wonderful women in the office Mrs. Felicia W and Mrs.Tamika C. Since they started they have always been available and care about our needs unlike the property manager Jennifer. We are always greeted with a smile and always feel like valued residents of Green Spring Valley in Raleigh NC when we arrive in the office. Staff such as these two wonderful women make this community a better place to live in. I would recommend this community only if better management was set in place not a community manager that that attends community parties and is seen under the influence often. Not a community manager that is never there when you need her and does not report to our community office until late afternoon or evening. Not a community manager who lets things fly such as boats sitting in driveways. Once you allow some residents to slide many others will do the same, you can not be selective about who has to follow rules. the maintenance guys never perform the monthly inspections as scheduled, the pool is often dirty and my children do not always get to enjoy these paid for amenities. As you can probably tell I am truly disappointed with the property Management and encourage upper management to look into who you have in control of your community. It has been a hard and regretful choice to purchase in this community and now we have regrets and trying to sell our home based on the lack of commitment of management to make Green Spring Valley a pleasant place to call home. Besides the two wonderful women in the office I think some major changes and training should be put in place. Hope this review has brought so insights as to what we experience on a daily. And a huge thank you to Mrs. Tamika and Mrs. Felicia for doing an outstanding job making us feel like valued residents. ZERO starts, this park is the most unsecured place to live, every night there’s peoples running around your house to see if you have anything they can take. management is horrible , they should fix the the sewage pipes cause as soon as it rains it’s all flooded!! Do not recommend to live here! Unless is your last option!!!

It is a great community and the managements is very nice. I never had any problems since I being living in the community. They always make sure that the community stay clean. I know they do a lot for the kids and that is really great. I enjoy living here. They really do a great job in the community.

The only bright side that Ive noticed is the the trailer park has its own convenience store...its a great place to live if you speak Spanish; the managers never give me the time of day. I also know people who live here, and they say its a hassle to deal with them because we dont speak the appropriate language!

Been living here since 7/31/17 and the only good things I can say about this place is that its better than living in a motel, allows pets, has a basketball court and pool, no application fee, and easy to get in. My family hates this place and do not feel secure in it at all. The maintenance needs a lot to be desired on timing and only the head man has a brain. Never know what your rent will be because you pay your water through the office, drug dealing galore, gangs, have to lock my car at night which Im not use to having to. This place was a last resort and wasnt allowed to move in until 2 weeks after I was told because of inspectors (my house is brand spanking knew). Its too expensive for the square footage you get. Cant wait to be able to move out which weve been trying to do since we moved in.

Management show me love as soon as I entered the office door! Seems like a really cool environment to live in management take time out to plan events for the kids in the community I love that ! Thanks Miss Felicia and Miss Tamika for staying after hours to move me in..

I love Green Spring Valley in Raleigh NC 27603 because they do everything in their power to make your experience with them the greatest. The staff Jennifer, Felicia and Tamika all have been wonderful to me and my family and I commend them all! If you are looking for a wonderful environment to move to this is the place to be!

I have lived here since April and my experience has been fantastic! I had an issue with our heat, called and they had the HVAC guy at the house within 2 hours and fixed! Its quiet and Management (Jennifer) has always been friendly and kind. I would recommend this place ! I am a property manager for an apartment community and if your not an apartment living kind of person this place is an awesome alternative. Would highly recommend ! Thank you Green Spring Valley for all you do!

I love living here but the maintenance sucks. Ive been trying to get things fixed since I moved in and its almost time for my lease to be up and Im still waiting. We never did a walk through so a lot of problems I am having werent evident when I moved in. I hope other tenants had/have better luck than I do living here

Management at the office is completely rude and unprofessional. I lived there for a year, trying to reduce my expenses since I was a student at Wake Tech Community College. You get what you pay for when you choose to live at Green Spring Valley. Actually, youll be guaranteed another stressor in life because the management will do everything they can to make your life hell if they want to. Management will make up bogus charges and add them to your rent. I never went to the pool because I did not feel like it could possibly be clean considering the amount of people that visit it everyday. Warning, DO NOT RENT OR BUY AT GREEN SPRING VALLEY. I would not wish my worse enemy the ordeals I had to endure living there dealing with management. Lastly, yes, the music does get ridiculously loud on week nights and weekends.

I had to put one star because i couldnt write a review without giving something but i give this place 0 stars....IT SUCKS! Management is horrible...i think my 12 year old could run the office better then the new lady thats in there....its way to exspensive here for how they treat you...they dont care about anything except collecting your money every month! Im in my second year of living here and still waiting on things that were in the trailer when i moved in....these past couple months my bills have been going up and up...i lept calling the officw about my water bill because evwry month it kept going up i knew there qas a water leak or something going on...when i called all i was told was..well Victoria its only 20.00 more and we will send someone out to check...nobody ever came..the next month my water bill was even higher..i called again..ok we will send somebody out....nobody ever came...so now we are in the 3rd month of this problem..my qhole back of my trailer was flooded...i had very little water coming out of my faucets...i called saturday and spoke with Susan...she said i called nobody answered i will call and get someone to come...i waited and waited and of course she never called me back and she left the office...so we were left all weekend with hardly no water and abig messin the back...when maintenance finally came monday morning he said what a big mess this was and had they sent him to check when i called the first month none of this would have happened!!! Can only wait to see what my bill is going to be this time! IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING MOVING HERE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT DO IT! We are looking and as soon as we find a house we are out of this dump!

The worse horrible bad management I ever had , very dishonest, never did the maintenance follow up every time requested!! Do not move in due to infested ROACHES. Loud music every night, dogs every where never on leash!!! Broke in and disrespectful people!! Horrible housing not good place to live that not good condition prior to moving in. I cannot wait to move out. Cars driving by too fast almost hit us by NICK of inches without SLOWING down. I wouldnt recommend to rent or own a trailer/house from this community! Management is very RUDE, discriminating to a tenant and violent the tenants rights!

I recently called up there just to see about applying to move to this place. The woman i spoke to was extremely rude and clearly didn’t want to talk to me. I haven’t even moved there, but by the way i was talked to i don’t want to now or EVER. I don’t know what the issue is but you guys are chasing away potential tenants with the attitudes.
