This place is the absolute best. Ive made purchases both in store and online. Both times I was incredibly satisfied with the customer service as well as their knowledge of their inventory. The guys there do an awesome job and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Definitely my GO-TO shop!

Called to see if they had an atomizer for the puffco peak. He said yes, I told him I was on the way. I got there at 9:45 and the guy was inside but the door was locked. He wouldnt open up. Dont put that youre open until 10 if youre not. If their employees are that lazy I wont be back.

Eric is a tremendous and knowledgeable sales man, glass blower and enthusiast. I will never ever again buy China glass. He helped me make the switch to all American blown glass and I will never go back. I have spent thousands here and will always return to the only true heady glass gallery in Raleigh. Hands down the best of the best. Eric is the man and super friendly to anyone from a newbie to the most experienced. Sherlocks is the best place to find glass in the Triangle. Walking into the store is like walking into an art gallery of blown glass and THC-free flower and concentrates. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and more than willing to share that knowledge with everyone that walks through their doors. Mikey and Eric are both top notch. You cant go wrong visiting this shop.

Hands down the coolest and chillest glass shop/gallery I’ve ever been to, from Richmond, VA to Santa Monica, CA, Sherlock’s is the best. I came in having a preconceived notion from some locals that the glass was super heady and expensive. There are some seriously expensive pieces: but they’re works of art. Don’t let these comments and descriptions deter you: you can definitely find anything you need here from lower priced, local glass to super heady, artistic glass from all around. The owner and staff are incredibly nice and the one customer I met during my experience yesterday was fantastic as well. Sherlock’s will be the catch-all-end-all for my glass needs during my time in Raleigh. No doubt.

I was amazed at some of the glass pieces I saw in this glass gallery. If you are a fan of blown glass art you MUST stop by this gallery! Before I left Alex had exactly what I was searching for in my hand when other shops couldnt compete. They have some every day pieces for your average glass fan as well as top notch high end pieces for your more discerning collectors. Ive lived in the triangle area my entire life. I went in to Sherlocks today and was awesomely surprised at what I found. Never have I been to a shop as nice and well put together as Sherlocks. The owner knows his products and isnt scared to let you know everything about them. No cheap China stuff here its the real deal local and American made. Everyone should check out Sherlocks. Awesome store and thank you for bringing it to Raleigh!

Such a dope store to have in Raleigh. Primarily for the conoisseur that doesnt mind shelling out a few extra bucks for serious quality, but they also offer a wide variety of day to day concentrate supplies that are harder to find in Raleigh.

Showed up at noon, when they open and they were closed. Waited until one when a surly guy showed up to open the place. He did not greet us, walked around turning on lights and went behind the counter, ignoring the four people who had been waiting to get in the shop, and started looking at this phone. Went up to the counter after 5 minutes and he was not helpful and short with myself and my girlfriend. She had been looking forward to going for two days and bought almost nothing after interacting with him. I went in the past and met the glassblower and one of the owners and they were amazing guys and I was looking forward to giving them my business, but an experience like this leaves a bad taste in the mouth to be sure.

This is the best head shop in Raleigh by far! They have the best customer service and knowledge in town! With that knowledge they are able to provide high quality glass that is all made in the USA! They have glass for every style of smoker, they also have the most interactive website in the business!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Went to the live glass blowing demo on Friday and it was fantastic! Super talented guys. The turnout was great. Best selection and head shop in Raleigh without a doubt. I cant wait for the next glass blowing event!

Love this place

Gave me a Blazer Burner torch for free because my Vector recently broke. Ive been at other smoke shops down the street only few times and I was quite disappointed with their dab products and it was my first time going there, I knew this store would be my favorite in town. A lot of gorgeous pendants for good prices.

Went there yesterday at 5:45, there was a sign on the door that said they would be back at 5:35, which they clearly werent. Waited until around 6 then left. Leaving during business hours is ridiculous, but if you do at least five an accurate time of when your going to be back
