While understanding the pandemic, I wish they would have more cashiers OR more ways to pay in the store. Especially now during this holiday season.

Nice store...but this is a small store for Michaels. They were very busy today but had everything I needed.

I have always loved Michaels. I enjoy the new creative ideas they offer and they carry all the products. I always find what Im looking for.

I always love any Michaels for the most part. Unfortunately I was told they dont carry any diamond painting items, which is what I was looking for. Really disappointed bc their competitor does. Also, the store wasnt that busy, but busy enough that I had to stand in line much longer than usual. I prefer, and would recommend, the Brier Creek location.

Staff was knowledgeable. Lines were back into the Aisles got through it pretty quickly

Sometimes its hard to find items and there is never any staff to assist. This trip was pleasant, but the first time I went to this location the line was incredibly long with no staff. Just prepare to be patient when shopping and checking out. COVID times are hard.

I dont think Ive ever been in a Michaels and it has not been stocked. I could see that the Covid-19 has taken its toll on one of my favorite stores.

Loved just being mezzmerized by all tje crafts stuff....made me wish i was talented in crafts....not!!!

Michaels has been around for a long time. Due to the pandemic, there shelves are not as full as they used to be (as are most retail stores). They dont have as many employees due to the lack of customers. Please support our local retailers, please shop smart and wear a mask!

Good experience. Some of the merchandise was a little bit in disarray with changing of the holidays. One of the employees was able to help me find what I need.

I completely enjoyed this visit, I now live in Oxford, NC and dont get to your location often, it was a thrill.

I was in Michaels July 7, to look for July 4th sales. On their side walk sales 70% off plus items of July 4 marked plainly 99 cents. 4 rows . I picked 4 items. When I checked out the 99 cent items raring up $4. I asked why they rang up $4 ,She ask me to show her where I got them. So I did and she said it should not be that price. She said Ill give it to you for that price. However, when she tried to ring them up she said it would not let her ring it up for 99 cents but $1.99. I ask her to remove the items. Is he could have got a MGR. To offer the correct price, but instead she did not make a sale. Very disappointedmarked. So I madeing

Good place to purchase items for decoration

Placed an online order over 2 days ago, went to pick up and it wasnt ready. Spoke to a couple people, one guy told me twice hed look upstairs for the items in my order, but I caught him walking around scanning in other orders instead while leaving me standing and waiting. So I canceled and have to go elsewhere to hopefully get what I need. Other locations have their online system under control, just out of stock of what I needed, this was disappointing and handled poorly.

UPDATE 9/6/20: This location IS going to relocate to Poyner place.I have been to this location before, but this is on the verge of relocating to Poyner Place. I just went by there yesterday.

Found what I needed, employed helpful. Check out was slow due to lack of employees, but understandable given the Pandemic.

I tried the online ordering and it was great. There was a display right inside the door with a button to push for assistance for pickup. I waited less than 2 minutes for assistance, and was taken straight to a register, no waiting in line. They quickly found my order. Will definitely do it again!

Its an expensive craft store, so no surprise there. The store is clean, but it is hard to find anyone to help. The people are friendly though, when you find one to talk to.

They have several great employees that are always so helpful when I need assistance. One time when I was leaving my vehicle wouldn’t start and I had to wait an hour with a sleepy toddler until the rental car company came. We had to go back inside as it was so hot outside and the employees were wonderful. They helped me feel less anxious about the situation and let us use an empty classroom to keep my cranky toddler busy. One even bought him a snack just out of the kindness of her heart!

Always a bit busy but the line moves quickly. Staffs are really helpful, great location, they have variety of items. Micheal is one of my favourite paint store in Raleigh.

The model paint section was poorly stocked and dirty. The rest of the store looked ok.

Long wait for my curbside pickup and when I later took the T-shirt that I bought out of the bag, it was the wrong size. It was an annoying experience.

If I could give it zero stars I would they are rude and disrespectful and rolled their eyes at my mother behind her backand my kids saw it. I work retail and have never seen such rudeness. Will never go to this store again we always go to Wake Forest. This store happen to have what we need. I dont like leaving negative comments but this needed to be

Not alot of choices there.

Decent enough all around craft and art supply store. My only real issue is, as a watercolorist, they tend to have more mid to low tier supplies, and could really stand to carry more options, especially when it comes to cotton paper. That being said, they cover a fairly wide range of supplies for new artists and crafters alike, and I feel are a better option than others within the same market space.

Outdated and grungy interior, decent prices

The store had been rearranged but the signs remained in old locations. staff either non-existent or didnt acknowledge guests. was able to find what I was looking for, but store didnt look recovered, sections disorganized and empty pegs were visible in every section

Yesterday was great! Michaels store had a lot of sells 50%-60% off. I truly love this store. I got the things I wanted.

Went to get some colored pencils. They were locked so I asked the employees for help unlocking them. Took 10 minutes for them to unlock them which sucked because I was in a rush. I then get home to find out that they up charged the colored pencils by 20 dollars. I could have ordered them on amazon for 20 dollars less and without the attitude I got from the employees.

Online order with pickup at store are apparently not a same day thing, your ability to pick up an order is dependent on if the person that completes those is even scheduled to work. And corporate is not able to refund your money same day so you can just go in the store and get the items you want off the shelf.

I like the store but the cashier was very confusing about the coupon policy and made me split up my transaction to use 3 DIFFERENT coupons. She did a poor job of explaining what she was doing as well.

What can I say about Michaels. Its for all of your crafting needs. Helpful staff clean and well lite. Something is always on sale.

I love Michael’s! I am really into crafting and go there often. This morning I was exchanging an outdoor chair cushion for a pillow (same price, brand and right next to each other on the same wall). I had received a discount earlier in the week and I asked them to honor that since it was the same price and it was still in the same week. Nothing changed. Well the cashier couldn’t figure out how to do it so she asked the manager to come help. My daughter was getting fussy and didn’t want to honor the price I paid earlier in the week. Then she said to her boss “should we just give it to her to shut her up?” Seriously?! Did she really just say that to her customer?! In the end they “shut me up” and gave me my discount but I’m not sure an employee has ever treated me that way ever before. Thanks Michael’s for training your staff to be considerate and professional employees to the people that frequently shop at your store. I think I’ll stick to hobby lobby for my future needs.

Cant always find what I need or someone to help you. Prices higher than AC Moore, but now that they are gone, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, and Joannes is all we have to choose from. Only go to Michaels if Walmart doesnt have it, because its closer than H.L. or Joannes. Sorry, always preferred AC Moore.

Today Michaels was a mess. When ever I come to this store I always get a good parking spot but inside there were carts filled with miscellaneous merchandise crowding the already cramped isles. Tons of shelves not organised and the bins at the front were completely unorganised.Plenty of sales but what I need is never on sale. Dont forget to use your 40%off coupon from online!

I love Michaels! They have such great stuff

I love this store. You can always find discounted items and tons of stuff for crafts. Its great for parents to find projects or arts/crafts for the kids...or for yourself, if youre looking for a hobby. Its also great for teachers or girl scout leaders who need supplies for projects. As an artist, I am able to get supplies here, too. There is a good supply of paint and brushes.

The staff was very helpful in helping me and my fiance find some items we were looking for for our wedding. We ended up saving about $15 by signing up for a Michaels membership!

We like going here. They usually have what we are looking for. Theyre very nice. They also offer a military discount.

Kay Kay was extremely friendly & helpful. She out & beyond to assist me with a special project. Sales reps such as Kay Kay, is the main & ONLY reason that I continue to shop at Michaels.

Rude customer service. Not knowlegable or helpful and seemed annoyed by questions they should be able to help with. Also only 2 cashiers and 9 people in front of me in line. Will not come back to this location. Very disappointed.

They need to put more employees to work if they are going to be open. They had one cashier and the customers had to stand in line for more than 10 minutes to be checked out. That is unfortunate.

The last couple of times I shopped in the store the line was OBNOXIOUSLY LONG. as I stand here in line now the people who just checked out passed by us saying they waited almost an hour. Its just a normal Monday night at 6pm...... I cant fathom why the cashiers arent moving any faster. The store has aimlessly wandering employees who seem unfettered by the aggravated customers in the growing line wrapping around their store. There are buggies all over the store and parking lot. What is happening in this Michaels?!

I imagine the lady below me had the same employee. Lady with the gray long hair is extremely rude (calling me “difficult”, asking “which do you want me to do, this or that?” Rudely when I simply mentioned something I saw online about looking stuff up through card numbers, telling her manager I wanted a certain price that I never asked for very rudely) and doesn’t explain anything. It was a simple return.

The doors were open. Did not find all items I was looking for. Maybe next time.

Normally we have great experiences every time at this location but not this evening. Tried buying discounted Christmas items and several were missing tags. The cashier was annoyed and wasnt very helpful or cooperative as we used our own phones trying to find it online to get her a price I stead of finding a like item. She high balled a price on one item I knew wasnt correct as I paid for one a few weeks earlier. 10 minutes later were still looking for a price when I commented they had to do something since the store wasnt just going to throw away storage containers, especially when they already looked like returns. She smirked and said maybe they will and put it behind the counter and we ended up not getting them. I will say the other two associates were extremely friendly.

Michaels is the absolute best craft store you could go to. They always are having great deals & awesome coupons out. Staff always seem to love their job & are so helpful when needing to know where something is or if you have a question about a product. They also include some great craft classes for adults & children which I think is very thoughtful & smart for them to do. Will always be my go to place for decorating & art supplies!

Awful. While one can probably find almost anything they need for crafting, finding help is impossible. When I did finally find an employee on the floor, they didnt know if they had the product I was looking for and were uninterested in actually helping me look for it. Next time Ill just order online.

This is not my favorite location. I always seem to have a difficult time locating the items I am looking for. However the staff is usually extremely visible which makes it easier. The prices are ok. At times I know I can’t find items cheaper but Michaels usually has what I am looking for.

Average size store. I was looking for the fall/ Halloween grab bags. But I didnt get lucky. Didnt see a clearance section either. Store felt very disorganized and was probably especially busy because of the Christmas + 25% off entire purchase coupon. In all, just a regular Michaels.

Great place to shop with very helpful staff, I also attended a couple kid craft sessions on Saturday mornings. The staff members are always patient and friendly with the kids. To add there is always a few sale racks through out the store with the best items on sale.
