Ryan have been so helpful with my son LAR kit. He was very patience and understanding to what we needed on time for his class. Also, Michaela was beyond amazing! She made sure the kit was shipped out on time, not only did she emailed me, included the tracking numbers as well! Super excellent customer service. Jerry’s staff rock!!

After running all around (mid-Pandemic) looking for 100% cotton watercolor paper (when inspiration strikes, am I right?) and not finding it at my big box stores I stumbled upon Jerrys Artarama after a quick google search. Ive never heard of the store before but after seeing the reviews I decided to give it a whirl. I punched it into my GPS and drove the hour and ten minutes to RI. The selection is way better, the prices are so unbeatable, you can snag anyone and ask them a question and theyre so happy and available to help you. Im blown away. I will definitely be returning for more watercolor supplies! Skip the big box stores, theyre a joke!

Michaela provided one of the most gracious customer service experiences one might hope for when I ordered a birthday gift over the phone. Not only did she suggest the perfect art products, but explained why they were high quality and useful. Personable and professional in the midst of a pandemic. Doesn’t get much better than that!

The store has great products, a lot of which I have not seen before. Prices are reasonable and their paint selection is quite large. This was my first visit to Jerrys. I was a bit lost/overwhelmed on where everything was located. I was hoping the staff would offer some assistance or ask some general questions about my visit. The aisles are a bit cramped, and aimlessly searching for something can be a bit awkward. In the end I found what I was looking for, but probably would have spent more time and $$$ if an employee showed me around.

I absolutely love this place. They have just about anything I might need for art suppies. Pricing is quite fair. And the staff is Excellent..!!

Not as much variety and stock as in their former store at Imperial. Still, very kind, helpful, friendly. A bit close & cramped, and a tad hard to find things as the layout is not intuitive. Parking not great. Very easy to reach by RIPTA on the R line.

I never want to leave when I go in. There are endless possibilities of what you can create with their supplies... and you catch yourself musing over what new items you want to pick up when you return.
