Nice staff. Prices are big box theater, eg $14 for medium popcorn and a medium drink, but what do you expect? Its a first run national chain. The seats dont recline, and theyre a little stiff and straight back. You get your pick though, plenty of seating available. Very handicap accessible.

Clean theater and friendly staff. We come here for most regal movies because we have a good experience here. I would like to see a little nicer seating, similar to Oregon city’s regal theater though. Other than that they are great. They even refill the popcorn after the movie is over.

Tuesday is discount day. Everyone who is a Regal member gets in for $6.50. The theatres are nice and clean and staff is helpful and friendly. Some times the volume will be loud in theaters but this was just right. I go to this theater as it is close to home. I will definitely go back.

I went with a group of my friends and family to watch a movie. There was a group of kids on the other side of the theater kicking seats, talking really loud and throwing things. I got up and complained to the management and so they just went over and told them to be quiet. Since the theater was basically empty besides us and them they obviously knew it was us who complained. So they walked over to our seats and bumped us from behind and made some comments. I again went to management and said this is unacceptable. The manager on duty actually told me, theres nothing i can do but refund you money. I asked why hes allowing these brats to stay and he actually said, theyre black and so theres nothing else i can do!. Im like what??? First, its a dark theater so i didnt even know the ethnicity of the kids, but secondly who cares what race or color someone is when theres behaving like this? Why did this become a race thing? So weird, never been back. Yep, i think the 3 stars was being generous!

Walmart Supercenter has a great inventory and great assortment of useful daily items, as well as a very informative and very helpful staff. All items are at a very reasonable price. Great place to check out and find things that you didnt even know you needed.

Convenient, clean, easy to find by bus. Movie sound not too loud. They sell beer & popcorn was great.

They need some help...a good cleaning wouldnt hurt either. Hit or miss with customer service tonight but was pretty good. Was also over charged one time and didnt notice till it was too late. We only go on economy nights so I dont know if that makes a difference.

This theater needs to change the way it operates. We stood in line for 20 minutes but ended up leaving (because by that point our movie had already started).The ticket line is the SAME line used to buy concessions!! It’s ridiculous! Meanwhile, there’s a huge empty box office at the entrance. How difficult would it be to put an employee in the ticket box?! Especially on a holiday when crowds should be expected.It was beyond frustrating to watch the employees behind the counter move in slow motion (prepping nachos and slushees), while we just wanted to get our tickets and get to our seats. The line was literally out the front door! Everyone around us was complaining - it didn’t make for a fun family outing....We chose to leave and drive all the way out to Oregon City to catch the same movie at a different Regal Theater.

Watched Joker in auditorium 1 and will avoid this theater if at all possible in the future. The screen was this horrible hue of blue/purple possibly due to wrong color calibration ... Ruined this otherwise amazing film for me. My friend noticed this as well. Bright scenes were frustrating on the eyes due to the strange tint. Told the clerk up front afterwards and didnt get much reaction.If you enjoy experiencing cinema in full effect, go somewhere else. I will never be back.UPDATE: Regal reached out to me and told me to contact them online. I did, and received a copy/paste canned response of them trying to do better.. No sympathy for this support. What was even the point?

This theater is always well maintained. One of my favorite theaters in Vancouver Washington.

Love this theater and the staff. Wish they had the better seats and the snacks that bridgeport has. I also wish you didnt have to reserve your seat, what if someone super annoying sits near you and now you cant move?

As a wheelchair user, I like open spaces, areas to maneuver about. Helpful staff. Great seating options.

Love this theater, so many showtimes coincide so you can watch one movie after the other. Just wish they had a ticket purchased only line

I hate it the people working on the concession stand take too long, it takes forever to get tickets every time I come I have to stand in line for at least 20 to 30 minutes because there is always huge lines. They need to change it to how it used to be or at least make a line for people that just want tickets

Good movie theater with lots of screens but MY GOD I paid $25 for some water and a popcorn. Youre practically asking for people to smuggle in their own snacks. The bathrooms are *relatively clean though, and I guess thats the base of what I can ask for three stars cause Im feeling generous

Saw a movie on a Tuesday evening. There was little foot traffic, and 5 employees behind the concessions counter. When it was my turn to order my concessions and movie tickets, there was no prompting and little engagement from the cashier taking my order. It made conversing with him awkward and uncomfortable, though he wasnt rude.The previews for the movie didnt begin until 9 minutes after 7:00, when the showtime stated 7pm. I always expect commercials nowadays before previews, but to sit through nearly 10 minutes worth at full movie viewing volume was extremely awful.Watching the movie itself was great and the theater was clean. I do think the customer/employee interactions can be improved so customers can enjoy their movie experience starting from walking through the front doors, not when the movie finally starts 40 minutes later.

Big, comfortable reclining seats, big screen.Treats and drinks are a bit pricey but the ambiance overrides the drawbacks .

Lots of parking 90% of the time, nice people staffing the theater, comfortable seats. Love this theater although Im taking a star for having assigned seating which is just pointless and the seat map poorly represents the seat youre picking.Be sure to get a Regal Club Card and go on Sunday or Tuesday when tickets for members are much less.

The seats were comfortable but way too narrow. Im 155 lbs and I felt like I was wedged in the seat with the arms down. Litterally my elbows didnt have room! Ill be going to Cinetopia next time.

Friendly staff Clean theater rooms. Although loosing your freewill to choose a seat confused my husband. expesally since it was on a slow night, and the movie had been out for a while. There ended up only being 5 other people watching the movie. Id understand if it was a busy night and a new movie. Just seemed odd.

This is my go to movie theater usually!! It’s not usually super busy which is definitely a plus. The staff is laid back and pretty chill. The people working at the concessions are never stingy when it comes to the butter. I love taking the kiddos here because of how slow it usually is during matinee hours. This theater is more family friendly then some others that are nearby.

Not a bad theater, concessions gets backed up pretty good, and prices are average. They could update their seats to be a bit more comfortable, but thats just my personal opinion.

Me and my cousin we’re excited ( KEY WORD “were” EXCITED TO WATCH FROZEN TWO BEFORE THIS INCIDENT) to watch frozen two, we get our **LARGE**drinks (or what the cashier told us was our large drinks) and popcorn and towards the end of the film she tells me that she would like more of her drink, I leave her to go get her **free** refill and then the cashier tells me she can’t because we had medium sized drinks NOT LARGE unless we had the receipts, I tell her that we asked for LARGE drinks and then she asked me to identify the guy who gave us the drinks and I told her. She then tells me that it might’ve been the trainee and that she’d go get the boss... Once he comes I tell him everything, THANKFULLY, this guy gives me the free refill! Moral of the story I ended up missing almost the whole ending because of this️

First time visiting this movie theater, and it was a decent experience. The chairs are a little snug and stiff. But the surround sound is probably the best for a cheaper price compared to more expensive theaters. I ordered a large soda and candy and its wasnt too expensive maybe like 8 dollars in total. The atmosphere was very nice and service was great for ordering wine and watching the movie. Id go back again if I was tight on cash but Id stick to a more familiar theater and spend a little more.

Ive only given three stars because we normally go on Tuesdays when its the cheaper day to go but the 31st of December 2019 we went and they were not honoring the cheap day it costed four of us $70 to get in popcorn and drinks I know a lot of families cannot afford that we could not either we will never go again unless its on the cheapest day

The venue was ok but the movie Midway was done well. Worth the time to watch, learn and remember the ultimate sacrifices made.

To explain, 3 stars from me isnt a bad thing. They have a clean organized operation with plenty of theaters big screens and good customer service.3 stars is due to renovations Ive seen elsewhere that have not happened to this facility.Id love to see comfier seats/recliners in a regal theater close to home. Currently I have to drive to Oregon City for this perk.There are other theater chains using the recliners closer, but the poor service and denial of service Ive seen there makes it so I dont want to give my patronage to them.So, while loyal to Regal, My old slow self would like to see more comfort.That said, your positive characteristics have caused me to reevaluate the rating so I will bump it to 4.

YESTERDAYI hadnt seen previews for this picture prior to attending this showing. The things I had heard of this movie on talk radio were very mixed reviews, and in my opinion this was a winner. Those who havent a great knowledge of the Beatles beyond they were huge way back when are given a bit of a spark into a world of music that like myself I have a interest in their music that was non existent prior to attending this show, I hope this is a common concesous.

Wow, now they moved ticket sales to concession stand. Slows everything down. I thought they were slow before. This is awful. Arrived 15 min early and missed the start of movie because people in line were ordering popcorn, soda, candy, etc. got in late and people wouldn’t leave our seats. Regal has really gone downhill in the past few visits.

Poor customer service. Spent hundreds of dollars at this theater over the years and was recently only a few minutes late to see a movie. The ticket was purchased from a Fandango birthday gift card and I suggested that issuing a pass for a later viewing would be a simple fix and allowed time to buy the popcorn and soda without feeling rushed. The theater was mostly empty and this would have involved very little effort from the manager, however they said this was impossible. Regals Corporate offices then provided the same response We dont give away tickets, but come back to see us. Typical corporate response drive away customers while looking at the bottom line. So thank you but I will say Goodbye to the relationship. It will be fun to find another theater that is privately owned and can do the right thing. Voting with your wallet is still the best business model against poor customer service

I love the unlimited pass and I love the people there always making sure I enjoy my movies as well as concession.

Expensive, RUDE service. We stood in front of concession counter for over a minute calling out for help. We could hear employees in back talking to each other. Finally i had to hollar for help, and a young woman dragged herself out to help us. No greeting, no courtesy, just started pushing buttons on her register. Seating was not comfortable. Never going back to this theatre for any reason.

It’s not that far from my home so I can go walking and a good place but a little bit Pricey and very comfortable and a very good theater they sell good popcorn and very fun to watch the movies with my family and it’s a very common place so you can come and visit I give it five stars because it’s very close to my home and I could go walking already said that but like yeah

They have always been kind and courteous every time we have gone here. The prices are reasonable.The manager is super sweet and friendly. They have a birthday party packages.They have a few arcade games as well.If you are a care giver for someone with special needs you get into the movies free.

The theater is nice, and the staff was friendly, but I had people talking throughout the movie I was viewing. One person went to tell a staff member, was told that someone would be in shortly, and they never arrived.

Nice theater. Comfortable seats. I saw THE MULE starring Clint Eastwood, great movie. Parking was no problem. But we thought it was tightwad Tuesday, Apparently not on holidays so we paid full price.

I didnt say I disliked this place! Sooo many advertisements! 99% of them have little or NO relevance for me or my lifestyle! My 7 grandchildren (most likely), but a 66 year young grandpa, I dont think so!

AMAZING! Great theatre experience with awesome seating options. Larger screens and an extensive snack bar. These theatres have everything. Growing up I loved the butterypopcorn this morning woke up to an email for a free movie. Place was super clean everyone was friendly. Cant wait to go back and watch a free movie what a great way to start my brithday an after the cinematic cinematic event thats what I call going to the movies.so Im the same parking lot there is a DIY car wash vacuum/carpet cleaner three or four base station so I got to clean out my car also good times.

Our family stopped going to Century theaters because you have to select your seats when purchasing your tickets.... now Regal is doing the same thing. Why?... Most people like to feel out the theater, then sit where they feel comfortable. Such a dumb move, Regal!

I used to work here! The management is...eh. Deb will swear and mistreat you if she hasnt had her cigs, and Manuel will intentionally sweep dirt and popcorn all over your feet if he is displeased with you behind concessions. All in all though I love the movies and the option for beer and food is pretty cool. I got incredibly lucky with winning the loto and I dont have to work there nor do I have any student loan debt. Life is pretty funny that way. I wish em the best

The seats arent as nice century 16 but its cool. Seats arent uncomfortable. Popcorn is good. The costumer service is okay. The crowd is great. Went to see quiet place two days ago. It was like 25 or few more people in there. It was so quiet especially because some parts of the movie was silent. You could literally hear a dime drop. Lol great crowd.

Wow no wonder there was no one here. This place sucks.I got to movies pretty often, 2 to 3 times a month. Ive always went to Century 16 and will not stray from them again. Only went here for a more convenient showtime.Decided to get a small popcorn and a medium drink for my kid and I. I asked the cashier if we could get a refill on the drink. I was completely ignored.... Kind of weird but whatever. Popcorn was old..... Didnt know why I would expect fresh when theres no one else in the theater... .. I later asked for a refill and the girl was pretty rude about it and said they didnt do refills in a medium....wish I would have been told that when I asked earlier.On top of that everything was just really underwhelming. Seats were tiny and uncomfortable. Screen was pretty small. Sound quality was TERRIBLE!I honestly dont know why people go see movies here. When I spend this kind of money on a movie.... It needs to be better than renting it on my own TV.. . Which I should have in this case.....Check out Century 16. Staff is always friendly, often they ask me what movie Im seeing and we talk while they are getting my hot and fresh popcorn. No problem with me getting refills on my drink at their 21st century self serve soda machines.Surround sound is great and they have comfortable reclining seats that arent packed in like sardines.

My favorite movie theater in town. Nice relaxing chairs with cup holders. Food prices are high, but thats nothing new. Clean theater inside and security patrolled parking area.

Update: We were able to use our Simema / Atom and Movie Pass as well as the Regal Rewards. The employees are up to date. They made our Mission Impossible experience Possible We enjoy Regal Division Cinema. Its always clean and the employees are willing to help me out with my Regal rewards on my phone. The seats here are clean and comfortable. They have economy day on Tuesdays which fits right into our budget. I saw the sign outside today saying they were also having it on Sundays. The employees seem happy to be working there. The womens bathroom was clean and everything was in working order. Popcorn and soda was just movie style perfect.

They were absolutely wonderful when we had a family emergency. Staff is wonderful. I love the family bathroom. Convenient for wheelchair.

I love going to see a movie here.I know there are much larger cineplexs in the area that I could go to, and I ocasionally do, but I really like the neighborhood feel that this theater has.The Regal is small enough to be comfortable and cozy, but its also large enough to have a very good selection of films to watch without feeling like the giant cineplexes that seem to swallow my movie experience whole.If you like a friendly neighborhood theater that has everything to offer and none of the drawbacks you find in a larger one of its cousins, then, like it is for me, the Regal is for you!

Seats are very uncomfortable and they dont recline, just bunched together. Movies and food are overpriced. The place was dead when we went on Monday. Movie, The Meg, was really the only thing I enjoyed here unfortunately. I will continue going to my normal favorite Cinemark theatre. Its cheaper, cleaner, more comfortable, and superb service!

The way they did tickets today made for long waits. We waited 20 minutes for tickets and the people in front of me missed their movie because they had to wait too long.

I truly enjoyed sitting in a reserved seat next to a person who played on his phone the whole movie. He also left a mess that Waste Management would be proud of.The reserved seating is garbage. Patrons still set where they want. If they are in your reserved seat, they ignore you or cuss you out when asked to move.The troubles I have encountered with reserved seating cost Century my business. Now Regal is not far behind.

Fairly quiet and comfortable little theater! Its so close to our house which makes it a fun treat spur of the moment. Clean facility, decent popcorn and so far no technical glitches with the movies. On hot days the A/C could stand to be cooler though!

The outside of the building presented here was the same as usual. The inside of the place was very well decorated I liked how they designed the concession stands where you would just walk right up to it. The theater I was in was well designed. I liked the seating arrangement, the stairs were not the steaped ones like stadium style. Price of tickets were higher than others during noon.

The ticket checker guy seemed unhappy and bored with his job, leaned on the counter, just looked, scanned my ticket . Only thing missing was a big sigh. Can never afford anything there, wheelchair bathroom but 2 handicap stalls only one fits q wheelchair. One or two more larger bathrooms are needed to sit chairs.

The only complaint is that the popcorn that cost $15.00 for the large bucket was almost gone, so I asked if they were planning on making a fresh batch and the young lady as well as her manager said not until the next showing. I thought fine. They said it was still fresh.. Sadly it was not... Bad bad bad.. I should have complained but. You asked.. But the restrooms and the theater were very clean. And I really did enjoy my movie.
