Very pleased to see signs on entrance door stating all customers must wear masks to enter. In addition my party of 3 all wearing masks had our temperature taken and allowed to enter. As I sat in eyes view of entrance I observed others arriving with no masks being worn. Shortly after the cashed remove his mask from one ear and wore it hanging from the other. I did take a picture but no place to attach.

This is a really awesome Chuck-E-Cheese. Its clean and relatively new. All the games worked and pumped out plenty of tickets. I purchased an unlimited play for a period of time. There are even machines which allow you to pause the unlimited play so you can watch the Chuck-E-Cheese dance. A dude comes out in a mouse costume and dances with the kids well the Chuck-E-Cheese theme song plays in the background. Its awesome!

I rated 1 star because I believe the manager working was incredibly RUDE! He did NOT RESPECT MY REQUEST to have my temperature checked by scanning my wrist! He demanded I get my forehead check or I wouldnt have been allowed in!! THIS HAD BEEN THE ONLY PLACE THAT OBLIGATED ME TO HAVE MY forehead scanned.. INCREDIBLY IGNORANT, DO SOME RESEARCH!! SCANNING YOUR FOREHEAD/WRIST BOTH GIVE YOU ACCURATE TEMPERATURE SCANS! I have a MEDICAL CONDITION specifically in my brain so I try to protect it from any further damage cause my any extra unnecessary rays!!

The manager was great and show us great customer service I definitely will be back thank u for great customer service and making sure my son enjoy his day

This Chuck E Cheese is so much better than the one on Oakland Park Blvd. The staff is friendly, the food is good, the place is clean and my kids are happy. All of the games seem to be working. Its a Friday night and there is hardly anyone here.

Really like this location. It was easy to walk through, they had fun games that gave lots of tickets. Pizza was actually quite tasty. Bathrooms were really clean, even the mens bathroom (my 2 y/o ran in there and I had to go get him). Staff was super friendly and patient. Definitely would recommend based on my experience. My two year old absolutely loved it. We just went for the first time yesterday and he had a blast.

The Fat older Man was very rude! and doesnt need to be working at a CHILDREN PLAY AREA. MANAGER OR NOT! He didnt know how to work the cash register. Wouldnt tell me my total. charged me, then Told me to look on the receipt and had his Mask on half way!!! I wish I had customer service number.

The games are horrible and cleanliness overall is as well. The games per say are a rip off. The tickets that you get from each game are very little even from the jackpots in certain games.

Nice place to take you child or siblings to. Good prizes start at 4000 tickets. It costs less to play when you order a pizza combo.

Its a really nice location. They werent prepared for the rush so the food took a minute but everything else was good. I liked the idea of cards versus coins. Wish they had better plans for the card purchases.

Omg we has a blast! Best decision ever! Water was awesome! Parents and kids both had fun! Birthday star loved it! Food was ok pizza was good better then what it used to be. Waitress was very patient with us!Towards the end though three was an issue with their machine to pay. We got some attitudes from other workers which was unnecessary. They spoke rudely to our waitress in front of us. I think staff need training to smile to customers.

I had a “party” and I use the word very loosely at this location it was my very first time there so I had no idea what I was in for! My baby party was set for 5:30 I got there 5:33 and he had no set up no table ready nothing! A gentleman walked over when I started to ask why nothing was prepared for my son. I later found out he was the manager of the location. He pointed me to a table and said this is your table. A family just left from there the table was a mess and food all over it! I said this could not be my sons party table with nothing set and food all over it. The manager then got in my face and pointed his fingers at me and said if you do t stop being ghetto and complaining I’m going to cancel your party! And that was that for two hours my guest my son and myself went through hell!!!! I tried to make the best of it setting up my baby’s table because guest started to arrive. I had plates and cups in a theme. He pushed past my guest and said we can’t have cups. My sister asked why? He said this is MY store and I don’t have to explain anything to you! She pointed out that the other party with the Spanish people had a theme cups and we would not remove ours if they were going to have special treatment. He started to just snatch my baby’s cups off the table right in front of my guest. We had no host because every time some one would try to help us the manager Fransico would walk over and make them leave. There was a Spanish group having a party he took our host and had everyone including himself catering to them leaving my party with nothing and no one to give us anything! When it was time for the kids to have ice cream they said don’t give them anything and have extra to the Spanish party instead. We paid for wings were never given them and never refunded. When it was time to pay I asked what I’m paying for I had no party! He then called the police on me! I cried the whole night my baby had no fun. I was discriminated against from the very beginning! Even the officers said they respond there many times and he wish he could of told me not to have my party there before going through this. I will be calling corporate but I’m sure I’ll have to reach out to a lawyer if they are anything but unapologetic!

This one is one of the nicest newest and cleanest chuck e cheeses in Broward! They could use more personnel but other than that perfect!

This place is very unorganized and unprofessional. The employees do not communicate with each other well. The food is subpar. I waited almost 2 hrs for my food and then when we were leaving they brought it to me....? I asked for it at least 4 times. I was shocked at the way they operate.

Here I am seating at this Chuck E Cheese and I come here almost every week with my little one and EVERY TIME I come is the same thing they put in the projector saying that Chuck E Cheese will come out and they do the countdown and nothing! Kids are all waiting in front of tv disappointed . Then you need to chase and try to find someone and they put again the projector with the countdown and Chuck E Cheese never showed up again. So disorganized don’t come to this location I come for convenience but if I can I’ll drive to other location.

Very clean. Nice staff. However it could use a 2nd ticket counting area. Or move the counting area. Maybe with lines or arrows on the floor. Kids getting walked on and fingers stepped on is no fun. The area that they are in is to close to other games and in the midsle of walking paths. So my suggestion would be the large area by the restrooms that is not in the front of the play area would be best. I was only there for 2 hours and seen kids fingers get stepped on alot. And also Alot of kids and parents sit on the floor to feed the ticket counter. Other than that we had a good time and i suggest the use of coupons for food. For 2 drinks and a large pizza pie its about $25 before tax. Game play cards are about $16 for 30 minutes of unlimited play time.

My three year old loves coming here. I love how there is a security check at the door, and even though I still panic if my son gets lost in a sea of screaming children, I know the contained areas dont allow him to go very far.

We can for a birthday party and this was our first time at this location. Surprisingly so the food was great and it seemed like the children were having fun as they should be. The positives to mention would be our party host Aaliyah she was efficient, prompt, courteous and I absolutely loved her frfr and thinking of coming back in December to do our sons birthday and will ask for her specifically. Now the negatives...whoever was in the Chuck E costume November 9th was a bit lack luster and didnt seem all the way into the making sure the kids were having fun. Whoever it was only counted to 3 and then after that barely did anything else. I dont know if Chuck needs a raise however parents pay a whole buncha money to host their parties here so I would make sure the star of the show is up for the task. All in all we would come back however please make sure Chuck E has some redbull. Thanks

Very nice place with a wonderful staff. EXCEPT .....You need a staff person to sit right by the exit to check stamp Ids when people leave. I was able to walk right out with my grandchild. Nobody was in sight. Very dangerous . The person at the cash register and food counter cannot monitor the exit. They can be easily distracted and someone can walk out with a child. Please secure your entry and exit area ASAP.

Kids had fun and staff is nice but prices went up on the games and chuck e never came out. this is the 2nd time in a row I went with my son for over 2 hours and he was upset since chuck e never came out. Theres signs saying he comes out every 30 minutes at the :30.

Must be the nicest CC i ever visited. Three staff was great, although i felt they were a bit understaffed.

Really like the time based play...theyve lowered the ticket payouts since you can just play over and over and they have a few games that havent perfected the card swipe over the token drop (namely the ones that still need tokens to play - the machine ejects one at specified intervals - or wont give you more than one at a time - which does not mimic the way the games used to be played)...but overall, seems to be a decent value. The food is still pretty much the same (had to laugh - they had a Uber Eats sign up...in my wildest dreams...I dont think I or anyone I have ever met has said Gee, I wish Chuck E Cheese delivered... But...I guess theres someone out there doing it or it wouldnt be there...Anyway...always fun with the kids...and where better to give them Casino Practice than at a place like this? (Maybe one day theyll go full casino, cover the windows and have wait staff bring the food and drinks to the machines for free ... Maybe even have a high rollers area ;)

This isnt our local Chuck E. Cheeses..... it was much cleaner and the crowd wasnt as rowdy. We were there for a birthday party and it was pretty good. One thing that was a bit offsetting was that the birthday tables were right on top of another parties tables. It felt really crowded. Overall it was a nice experience.

Very fun place to bring the kids. Not much for toddlers but it keeps them entertained for a while. Service to get prizes is horrible, they take forever and act as though youre bothering them. I was lucky enough to get a nice girl to help me when it was finally my turn. I did appreciate the security system they have so you wont walk out with a kid if you didnt arrive with one

Honestly if I couldve put no stars, I would!This was the worst experience at Chuck E Cheese in all of my Chuck E Cheese life!!! Ive been having parties for my kids for years at the other two locations, this was my first time at Pompano. Unfortunately my experience was a mess. I booked a party with the manager Francisco and he assured me that they would accommodate for us accordingly. My party began playing games, but when they were ready for us to begin, we had no host until an hour and half after. By this time my daughter fell asleep. I had no balloons or a board with my daughters name on it. I asked the manager numerous times what would he do to accommodate my frustration and for the service I received. The only thing he did was bring some balloons and then a 1000 ticket for the gift counter Well after all this finally Kameron (who was very sweet and tried to help as much as she could) She was not our host but she tried to get us caught up on the party that was already a failure! Also, Ashanti was the only one checking if our food was coming out after waiting what seemed like forever at one point something as simple as French fries took 45 minutes. I will not be returning to this Chuck E Cheese ever again! And I will not refer this location to anyone. The staff also did not have any enthusiasm at all!!! #mybabysbirthdayruined #worstpartyever

This is one of the better ChuckyECheeses in Broward. They keep it clean. Doesnt smell like a giant foot covered in cheese yet like all the other locations. Staff is slow, but management is kind. Gave us free upgrades to our cards. Safe place for kids. All games in working condition. They upgrade often.
