This place is as unprofessional as it gets. Took forever to get product and when I did a month later after many phone calls and e mails that went unanswered I now have a defective 330.00 piece of plastic and no one will once again return calls or emails. Do not do business with these amateurs!

Extremely horrible customer service. Id recommend ordering from a 3rd party company and not from them if you want to purchase their products. They have no clue what is going on when it comes to online order processing, shipping and over the phone customer service. Will definitely be my 1st and only purchase directly from this company. Now to see if they screw up my order whenever it comes.

I run a Gen 3 Glock 19 in my MCK. It runs like a champ with improved accuracy and faster follow-up shots. Quality and performance are excellent, as is their customer service.

Horrible customer service! Not happy with the company at all. Messed up my order by sending me wrong item. They recalled the package because of it then once it got back to their warehouse,they tell me what I ordered wasnt even in stock! Ended up taking what they had originally sent me a MONTH previous! Offered nothing for the inconvenience and their incompetence. First and last customer!!
