I love the store it always has fun things at the holidays but the cashiers need to get their story straight my wife is a veteran shes supposed to get a discount so Im give it to her some say they cant I dont understand if theyre not trained or what the problem is but we love the store not the cashiers

Staff was just the right amount of helpful and friendly without being over the top... Spirit fingers cheerful ..annoying..and borderline stalker status like Ive witnessed in a few other places in this shopping plaza! Their inventory is fully stocked with ANYTHING and EVERYYYTHING you could possibly need..want..and imagine in a craft store..and prices are ..overall ()s..experience ..only problem I had was not enough time to explore it ALL but... hey...theres always tomorrow!!

My regular Michaels was closed due to the Covid19 situation so had to go an extra 15 miles to this branch. Not knowing the rules for online ordering & new curbside pickup rules, I got there before my order was ready. The items were for a job I was doing for a first responder award so needed it asap for a presentation to them the following day.However, not knowing this, the customer service rep who met me at the curbside went to look for the order anyway, fulfilled herself & got me going in no time.I enjoy going to Michaels & this kind of service reminds me why.

Ordered curbside but had to go in and ring a bell. Order was ready but no one paid attention to the curb alert and there is no assigned curbpick up spots .overall good just did not want to go into the store.

The young custom framing ladies are very knowledgeable and helpful. I believe the department managers name was Clarissia? Petite young lady with dark brown hair. She saved the badly handled first experience. And gained my confidence as a customer.

Cashiers are taking the covid to the extreme making no sense to who will handle the returns and how and her actions make me feel very uncomfortable and it look like I came to a paranoid gal, totally ridiculous.

The micheals here as a staff that makes sure youre making the most out of the deals and coupons. Downloading the app is definitely worth saving 40% off or more. They have a really wide selection of crafts here, and theyre in a convenient location next to part city. Their seasonal selection is great but Id look put for deals because as a company sometimes they mark stuff made out of plastic too much ;>

I always find the best things to do my craft in here. I got some white frames to redecorate my gallery and one of the associates gave me a cool idea using some of the mini wood accessories they have. After I paid they told me to get one of the Chritsmas bags they were giving away, wooow what a nice people!

I felt bombarded by a woman who had asked if I needed any help finding anything (my hands were full), I wasnt looking at her and I didnt respond. She proceeded to follow me and asked again in a louder voice that seemed a little aggressive. I told her no thanks that I was just looking. (She could have offered a basket.)Also, there was supposed to be a huge up to 70% off clearance sale but items were not marked suffciently to reflect the sales. I didnt know which items were on sale or where to find them. I ended up buying less merchandise because of this problem. (Turns out the items I did purchase were all regular price anyways).

The big thing I look for when it comes to any chain store is consistency of store experience while ensuring that products are consistently stocked, in store service is friendly, and that the store is generally clean and in good condition.This Michaels hits on all points, and seems suited to a slightly higher end community in that they offer a couple of more unique products you might generally not see in other locations.We went specifically to check out their embroidery products, and they had plenty of what we were looking for minus a couple of very specific products we were just curious to see if they may have or not. Along the way we found ourselves attracted to a couple of neon indoor/outdoor designs of a Flamingo and Palm Tree and some other interesting home interior items.All in all, I can definitely recommend this location for any of your crafting or home decorating needs.

This was a horrible experience. I spend thousands of dollars at Michaels. I am also an instructor for one of the broward stores. The staff member named Scott Interrogated me while making an exchange of one item. I keep all my receipts and everything document but in spite of that he treated me like I was a thief. I dont like to use race as an issue but he profile me. Kind of sad because he is a minority himself. Never shopping here again I rather go without.

We went looking for liquid latex and sadly they dont carry it it there. They may have it online but we have not had the chance to check yet since we have just now gotten back home. The employees were as helpful as they could be considering the circumstances and friendly as well.

I love this store! The deals are great if you sign up for their rewards program and check up on the coupons. The seasonal displays are beautiful and I bring my young son to see the decorations and holiday cheer! I prefer this location as the staff are always helpful and friendly, lending a hand if needed and with a smile. Great to have such a nice store in the neighborhood.

The aisles are not wide enough. If one person is pushing a cart down them, you cant squeeze past them. Its hot in here too. Why is it so hot in here? This is Florida, its hot everywhere but I shouldnt be breaking a sweat just walking down the narrow aisles! Prices are a bit high, you can definitely find cheaper online however the coupons help if you use them. So use them. No staff ever out on the floor, and usually only one cashier checking out a very long line. Dont visit here in a rush.

The Michaels is the same as the rest, clean and well stocked. Great location, but the parking is interesting. The front door is not under the sign but to the far left.

This store is very well organized and the staff are very helpful and courteous.

It’s a good store with helpful employees but somethings are overpriced. For example, I can buy a pound of Sculpey clay at Walmart for five dollars but around ten dollars at Michaels. This is honestly all I buy there but Im sure some other things are overpriced. Otherwise, its a good store for craft materials.

Jessica and Chelsea helped me with an issue with the Michaels app. My Michaels experience ended with Veronica, who smiled as she rang up my purchase and was warm and friendly. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL customer service.. I shop there and craft there.. There is an associate by the name of Kiana and she is great.. She walked me through the entire store showing me options for my Hawaiian themed kids party. My kids and I also attend the Kids club program and I will be planning with Michaels this weekend. Nice, clean, and full of inventory. Great shopping experience!

I absolutely love Michaels? Everyone there is friendly and always willing to assist you. Oh and they also offer a courtesy mobile wheelchair for those who have barriers to mobility.

I went in to pick up some containers they had in their ad. After walking the entire store twice I had to go looking for an employee to pull stock down as there were none on the shelves. The employee was nice, even though she had to go find a ladder to get the item I wanted. I then tried finding another storage box they had in the ad, no luck and I was too tired to continue looking and finally gave up. When I got to check out there were several people in front of me and only one cashier. Finally another cashier showed up to help. Once I got to the register the cashier was very friendly and got me checked out fairly quickly. Overall the shopping trip went well, I just wished Michaels would do a better job of having their sale items available.

Everything in the store is expensive. Even stuff marked 60 percent off. Good selection of items but at a premium price. I like AC Moore better but Michaels replaced them.
