An amazing place. We spent a evening here while we visited Glacier National Park. The state park is dog friendly so its perfect foe your furry friends. We enjoyed this great sunset while sitting and enjoying out dinner at the lake shore. Also the Flathead lake brewery is 5 min away from here which is must visit spot for their amazing beers and views of the lake from their Patio.

The campsite was right next to the water so you could just put on your swimsuit and jump in at any time. The campground hosts were also really nice and helpful. The only issue I had was how close the sites were to one another. You definitely got to know your neighbor and you better pray they don’t make too much noise at night.

Beautiful spot but sites are close together, so as your neighbor goes, so do you... Theres a water fill spigot as you enter the bottom loop. Its a very tight entry and as you enter the bottom row of sites, you button hook turn and go all the way down to a round about to come back and park at your site. My 36 rig just made it. Youll be fine if youre 35 or less

We had a great camping trip to the Finley Point Unit of Flathead Lake State Park. The entire thing is very well kept and clean and the amenities are nice as well. The campground host was friendly and helpful. The RV sites arent too close together and there are several that are quite secluded. The only negative thing I can think of is that the swimming area is so close to some of the waterfront campsites that you feel like youre almost intruding on someones personal space.

All the Montana State Parks are great parks lots of amenities but I just got done pain for not having a annual pass in Montana another $38 to stay for the two nights that we had stayed already so if youre going to be in Montana for any length of time by their annual pass because most of the state parks are anywhere 25 - $35 a night and I can go to a commercial RV parks for that

We may have been lucky because we got a tent site that was very private very and had a great view of the lake. The boats slip was wide enough and gave great protection

Brand new campground on Flathead Lake! Complete renovation of the Finley Point area of Flathead Lake State Park. New RV and tent sites for 2018! No more parking lot camping! Every site has more than enough space and views of Flathead Lake. RV sites have electric. Water spigots throughout the park. There is no RV dump at this campground but one is located at Wayfarers campground at the north end of the lake. RV dump is included in your camping fee.

Beautiful. The sunset is incredible here! Wish there were more trails for day use users as the campers have the beach but it is an incredible place and would be really great to go camping. Definitely on my list now !

This place was beautiful, serene and quiet! But there were no flush toilets and swimmers itch in the water.I went there on Aug. 17th and I was T002. We had a tent and an SUV. The lake was beautiful, quiet, clear and brisk. I ended up going when there were fires around so the sky wast too clear and I couldnt have a fire but it was still absolutely beautiful. Our campsite was on the hill overlooking the water. Watching the sunset over the water was breathtaking! My husband and I brought kayaks with and took them to the water. It was very smooth, paddling in this almost crystal clear water. There werent too many people out on the lake so it was very peaceful.I would definitely recommend this place!

Its not very big. The boat ramp was closed because the water was very low. Every r.v. spot was taken. Only a couple of tent spots.

More to come! This park has the only state park boat slip on the lake. It currently has pull up RV spots right on the water. Word is (from a ranger) that summer 2017, this will be the place to camp! New sites for both tent and RV camping going in! Very scenic place to watch the sunset.

The camp sites are basically parking spots with no privacy and little separation. The beach was OK, although tough to access with large boulders, then smaller rocks. Lots of motor boat traffic made kayaking and paddle boarding feel less safe. That said, theres a very nice area to put a boat in the water and/or Park a boat for a while to stop at the restroom, jump out for a picnic, or even plug in for the night (with reservations, I believe).Parking lot was busy, and we visited in low season. Not a lot of extra picnic tables, so arrive early, or bring a blanket.

Nice view, otherwise you camp in a parking lot. Camp host was the rudest host I have ever encountered in my 55 years of camping. As soon as we pulled up he came down and saw we were from CA. He proceeded to ask us who we had voted for and said people that voted for Obama (we never told him who we voted for) want to camp for free. ??? This is none of his business. Rude, out of line, weird, and just plain strange. We left

We had terrible experience camping here. First of all, they messed up our reservation during 4th of July weekend. We requested a handicap space close to the amenities for a handicapped person in our party, which they said they could accommodate. When we arrived, we not only had the site farthest from the amenities, but they also scheduled it for the incorrect days. So we did not have it for the whole weekend.Secondly, we had a neighboring campsite with rude, belligerent, intoxicated neighbors. At one point our neighbor came up to our campsite in a very aggressive manor and started yelling at our camp, trying to provoke a fight. His buddies had to come drag him away from our area. That alone, left a very bad impression, which I understand wasnt the fault of the campsite management, but of the people there. However, how it was handled the next morning when the aggressors were accusing us of vandalizing their campsite, was done quite poorly. They did not ask for our side of what happened, and the ongoings at the neighboring site was news to us, before kicking us off of the premises. We were not a part of any of those actions, and please let me point out that we had a handicapped man and a well-respected, retired police officer within our group. The point remains that they took the other peoples accusations at face value and took very unnecessary action.I will not be returning and I think that management needs to reevaluate their policies when it comes to handling issues such as these.
