Extremely noisy in the rooms. Paper thin walls. Not casino noise. Just people coming and going normally in the halls and the rooms.

Just a quick get away for a day! Rooms were nice comfortable and clean. Annoying drip all night from the air conditioner units above us would benefit putting flower boxes to eliminate this! Wait staff friendly at the outdoor bar and restaurant. They were understaffed as there was one bar tender, waitress and cook to run both locations. The manager was asked for help a few times, but he was not interested!.The street tacos were good could have used just a tad more meat and the Fry bread with huckleberry butter was to die for.Check in was ok 2 people helping one customer! We did not use the casino as there was always a wait line due to covid restrictions. Outdoor fire pit area was wonderful very peaceful. The boat dock where the Shadow cruiser normally would be docked was FULL of bird poop. I assume when they have passengers they power wash that. I know you cant help where birds poo but this was a long period of build up. Boat launch area was nice with great parking. Beach area very rocky and not to nice to hang out at could use some upgrades for folks who come and dont have a boat and want to enjoy the beautiful view of Flathead lake and the surrounding mountains. I feel the price of 200$ may have been a bit much for a night.

Had a great view of the lake from our room. For the first time in years I have been able to sleep comfortably in a hotel bed. The casino floor was smaller then the ones around my home area but they still had plenty and didnt have to wait for any I wanted to play.

The hotel is very nice. It sits right next to Flatehead Lake and has amazing views. I loved our stay. The only thing I didnt like was the pillows, which is a minor issue.

SMOKE EVERYWHERE. RIDICULOUS FOR THIS DAY AND AGE. SERVICE IS ALWAYS SLOW OR NON EXISTENT. ROOMS ARE ACTUALLY FAIRLY LARGE AND COMFORTABLE. EXPENSIVE FOR THE QUALITY.

Employees are beyond courteous. Room left something to be desired. It was clean however we had a patio on the lake side. We had a suite, I very small bar of soap for bathroom and kitchen. No no no. Hot water took a good 15 minutes of faucets and shower running before water turned warm.Bugs, bugs, bugs. We could not enjoy the patio because there were SO many bugs. Dead and alive. When I say a lot I mean piles moths, fruit flies, green bugsSO SO many. Brooms in each room. Beautiful lake, beautiful outdoor space for guests. Would I stay again...no probably not. Price for stay, over priced.Bummer. Just my experience.

We went when the mask order was in place. There is security at the entrance that enforced masks and took your temperature, but once inside the casino, all bets were off. Only about 1/2 of the patrons were adhering to the mask rule. Everyone else had to ditch masks to puff on cigarettes. Most followed social distancing. The service was good. The staff came around frequently to see if you needed anything. They were sanitizing the machines constantly also.

Great place to let loose and have some fun! constant drink service very attentive to guest and gamblers. awesome view of the lake with fun games and me and my friends won some money so I would definitely come back.

Right on the river with Cornhole and outside bar. Bartenders dont know drinks, so tell them exactly what you want. They are nice though.

Great views (lakeside room), friendly staff and taking the COVID-19 very seriously, they take your temperature as you come in (every time) and masks are required while you gamble unless actively smoking in the one room you can smoke and gamble. Theres plenty of non smoking game rooms as well. The food at restaurant (I think its called Falling Rivers?), Was excellent, breakfast and burgers all hit the spot. Clean and very comfortable rooms... just not enough trash bins. Not a big deal unless youre a slob like me

Only one kind of machine. Smoking allowed. No free drinks when playing. No winning happening .... at all. Was not waited on until we had been there for an hour. Wont be back.

This is one of our favorite casinos as far as playing the machines. Before covid you could get your own fountain beverage or coffee. Now its a bit of a struggle to get service. The rooms are nothing out of the ordinary. Ya kinda expect more from a casino. Its more like a 3 star but the gambling itself is more like a 4.

Had a great time, staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed at the hotel, it was nice. The pool was a bit cold. Over all it was a nice place to stay.

We ended up leaving and not staying because the room was so dirty. The bugs accumulating in the window was more than one day of accumulation. The room was dirty and we didn’t want to get in the sheets. We have stayed here many times but will never be back.

Only went to the casino but it was clean and a friendly staff. There are a couple of non-smoking areas but even the smoking section is clean. Id go there again for sure.

This was a great place to go to gamble and eat really good food. The View was marvellous the rooms were spacious but not as clean as they could be especially with covid-19. Traveling with my daughter and son-in-law who run another motel having a near-perfect clean record they were able to point out things I never really would have noticed had they not pointed them out that made me disappointed in the cleaning the sweet that we stayed in and the Money Paid that it should have been a better job cleaning especially healthwise. There was some old issues. The bed was not made properly and wrinkly as if somebody had either been laying on it or they had not done a very good job making it there was smudges on the mirror of the last person there there were stains on the bath towels and that foretells. These are all things that could have potentially turned bad / covid. Do I have to say one thing that really got me was that there was a woman in the casino that took her mask off and was coughing all over the place especially with me sitting right there and when my daughter reported it to the proper people in the casino the only thing he did was to go over and ask her to put her mask back on and I thought it would have been more appropriate to ask her to leave the casino as it was very clear that she was sick with something. If I come down with covid-19 or any of my family members that were there or anybody else in that casino would be directly related to the gal sit next to me that did not have her mask on. That is a very serious issue for me and scared me a lot and I still have to wait see if I have any symptoms. Thats my biggest complaint with the kwataqnuk and disappointment that they did not remove that girl and there are lives that could have been directly affected by that. Hopefully we wont get sick but how do we know ? So next time that there is a legit concern that is a possible health issue that big, rather than asking them to put their masks on think about telling them to get the hell out of the casino because they could have infected how many people. oh yeah. Also, being a Indian casino it felt a little discriminative because she was Indian and got to stay and just put her mask back on where I had to wonder if it was somebody else if they have handled it differently? I was a patron of the hotel that had rented a suite and spent quite a bit of money there and should have been treated as such. I was not even asked if there was anything that I needed after reporting the situation and worried about how she had coughed all over me to the point I had to get up and move away from what I was doing in the casino. A large spacious casino at the bottom of Flathead Lake, overlooking the water. There is a nice bar and smoking is allowed inside, which for a smoker is a wonderful luxury. The slot machines inside are relatively new and decent in there selection. Love this place and will come back many more times

Made the reservation 2 months ahead. Got here, walked by the pool.. closed. Asked the lady at the front desk if they had another option for a pool or hot tub. She said, you can walk down there to the dock and jump in the lake. I then asked about being compensated in some way as we planned to stay here because of the pool amenities, the clerk responded with, Sorry we dont compensate when its closed for health reasons. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, it is now posted on their website but Im not going to check that everyday when I already have the reservation. I asked for the manager, who was out. Left my number and still havent heard back the next morning. I understand its hard from their point and am not just complaining but from my point; I take off time from work, pay for our flights, rent a car, pay $260 for this room and then dont have access to a pool... And get nothing. Bad customer experience and management. Im glad we were only staying one night as this was our midpoint stop to a much better hotel.

Nice room at a decent price. We had a room with the lake view and small private balcony for $100.00 per night. One small cafe style restaurant with a limited menu. Casino has Vegas style machines. Bar prices were okay....no free drinks while gambling. Players card, but you cannot load it up or use it for anything. The players card gives you $5.00 credit when you spin 2500 times. Nice staff and clean establishment. Yes, you can smoke here.

Ended up at this beautiful Native American own Resort. We were completely blown away by the hospitality shown to us ♡ we loved the resort and the treatment by the staff so much we decided to stay an extra night. Will definitely be returning.

The customer service communication at front desk was horrible at check in. The hotel is running at half capacity if that & they have very few staff working. The restaurant had only one person working that was waiting tables & doing the cooking so it took us over an hour to get our breakfast. There wasn’t a place to get water or coffee & when I asked for coffee it never came. The only way to get into hotel is thru front door all other doors are locked. They knew I was traveling with pet but trying to take the dog outside was a challenge due to the doors locked. Two days later a security guard finally told me that my key card would open back door to get back into hotel so I didn’t have to walk around whole complex to get to lawn area. We had to call to get fresh towels & the don’t do room service. It was not a pleasurable experience staying here & made our weekend stressful.

The rooms where in good shape and decently clean. There were some spots on the carpet and dirt in the shower, but mostly it was clean. The biggest issue I had was the horrible smell of cigarette SMOKE all over the building. I could SMELL it in my room, the hallways, the lobby, the restaurant, and the conference areas. It was horrible. The only redeeming factor was the great view and access to the lake.

Very nice hotel. On a beautiful lake in Montana. I was there on business the rates were very reasonable and the rooms had great views of mountains and lakes. I would definitely go back.

Has gone downhill. Wont stay here again! A group of us stayed on our way to GNP. A local at a gas station told us this resort had a recent staff covid outbreak around the 4th of July but was only shut down for about a week. We found a used needle in the parking lot as we were loading up to leave. Told a worker who said this is common but they have added sharps containers in the rooms hoping this would help. He apologized and said its hard to keep up because all the good workers keep getting run off by the higher ups.Polson is beautiful but this resort is dirty, understaffed, and over priced with a lack.of leadership. Rooms had dead bugs and hair in the sink and bathtub. Which we cleaned up ourselvesThe security manager needs recognized. He was very nice and helped us with a concern that the Maintanence manager should of helped with but couldnt be bothered to leave his office.He was incredibly rude and belittling to a staff person and said it was time for him to go home. We heard him laugh and tell someone he needed to meet someone at a bar. Desk staff were pleasant enough but frustrated and did the best they could.We Stayed at the Red Lion on our way back from GNP.

Awesome except 4 covid of course

Overall the location is very beautiful. Stepping right through the front doors you are hit with a strong smoke odor trying to be kept hidden with a spray scent. My husband and I were going to stay here 3 nights and left after the first night because we needed fresh air. The rooms were nice and clean but also smelled of smoke but not as bad as the hallways. The food was average but way overpriced for what you receive.

I cannot believe how bad the service is here. Supposed to have 3:00pm check in.... finally got in at 4pm. Which would have been fine if the front desk staff wasnt so rude. I stood there for five minutes waiting for her to put her knitting project down. However, the staff at Falling Waters bar and grill was excellent and we would go back there.

Doesnt have very much in the incentive department. No free beer, birthday bonus has to be redeemed on your actual birthday and not the month of like it used to be. Hard to get something to drink as none of the floor workers care to ask if you need anything. They do, however, have a great summer concert line up.

I have stayed at this hotel three different times. Each time the room was wonderfully clean, and each room has been beautiful. The showers are walk-in showers that are also beautiful and there is plenty of room. The beds are comfortable. It is in a beautiful location right on the lake. The only thing I dont like so much, is the smell of smoke when you walk into the lobby. It is also in the hallways. But this could probably not be avoided with the casino being part of the hotel. Overall a great experience!

Wedding party and guests were treated with disrespect and harassed after spending 10k on the wedding party which doesnt include how much the guests spent on rooms, food, gaming, and at the bar. Staff removed guests that we mistaken for someone else and things they didnt do and wouldnt listen to witnesses. They had issues with the keys to the rooms and after shutting down the reception and outside bar early (not to mention shutting down for employees to take 15- 30 min breaks instead of having another one cover) conveniently locked out the entire wedding party from their rooms until 4am when they chose to celebrate and support local and more accommodating establishments. I couldnt believe the amount of disrespect and poor service this resort put out. Management should really look into this. I was only a guest that experienced and witnessed this behavior.

Stayed there two nights. Front desk seemed a little put out we were checking in although it was 1:30 pm and check in is 4:00 pm.Food and staff were great! The room was dated. The private balcony was small and covered in cobwebs/flying bugs, however the view was beautiful.Dinner cruise was a great time.We dont gamble so nothing to say about the casino.

I reserved a specific “pet friendly” room for $95. When I checked in I was arbitrarily charged a $50 pet fee. Really? 50% of the room cost! Strange marketing strategy. I could see a fee like that at say a Four Seasons or Marriott, but this little hotel is more like the res daycare center. Not worthy of the resort status they advertise. Never going back

Had enjoyable dinner cruise. Lakeside room was very nice. Good decor. Beds comfortable. Good breakfast. Great staff.

I gave it 2 stars... the smell of cigarettes was HORRIBLE! I know there is a Casino inside the hotel, but they should really should find a way to avoid the stench. The view of the lake is stunning, and this hotel is at a walking distance to the lake beach.

Smelled horribly of smoke before you even walked into the building. Even worse once you stepped foot inside. Got my tickets for the boat ride and asked where the gift shop was. As I went to walk in the open door with one employee counting money and talking to another employee standing against the door I noticed the times said closes at 6. It was not 6 just yet about 5 minutes before. The lady counting the drawer says oh we are closed! Very rudely. I almost pointed out the time. My watch is the correct time. But with such a rude person I was not going to spend my money there anyway. I was looking to buy a sweatshirt or jacket due to it being chilly. So happy we did not stay here.not one employee looked nice or friendly.i could have ordered from the downstairs bar but again. Not giving this place one more penny than I already did.

Rooms a very nice. The rooms are also kept very nicely maintained and updated. Pool area is relaxing and nice. All public areas are also kelp very clean. The hallway and lobby has a fairly strong tobacco smoke scent because of the adjoining casino. They have done a good job at keeping the smell out of the rooms.

The resort is located in a beautiful spot right on the bay at the south end of Flathead Lake with views of the Mission Mountains. However, this facility does not enforce Montana’s clean indoor air act. The first thing that assaults you as you walk in is a cloud of tobacco smoke. I was coughing before I was even checked in. The rooms are nice. But nothing in this place escapes the choking smoke. As soon as I stepped into the hall from my room, I didn’t want to breath. If you have children, allergies, or just don’t like breathing other people’s precharred-lung-rot, you will want to stay somewhere else. The dining room is right bellow the casino, so is also overcome with smoke. It’s hard to enjoy or even taste the over-priced breakfast. I’ll have to go home now and launder all of my smoke-saturated clothing.

Excellent location! Wouldn’t advise the spaghetti dinner! It’s serves with fettuccini noodles not spaghetti noodles. Sauce was paste not very good at all. Breakfast was good though.

Lovely setting for a fantastic boat outing on Flathead Lake. I personally would not rent a room there due to the Horrific amount of cigarette smoke that permeates the inside of the lodge! Especially toxic for those who suffer with Asthma or COPD. If, and that is a big If, they change this policy it would do wonders for their business and Lodge.The back outside seating area is beautiful, looking right out to the gorgeous Flathead. It has fire pits etc, but there is still cigarette smoking taking place out there as well.So, I would address my Cigarette issues to the Supervisors and Managers, hoping they would pass this on to them. Please adopt No Smoking regulations in your Lodge. Your business would thrive if you did.

I just had my wedding here August 17th 2019. Flathead lake is a beautiful place to get married. I do not suggest doing it here unless you want to be harassed, and treated like a criminal for you and your wedding party family and friends. My ceremony was perfect but the staff and security ruined my day. They rushed us out of their as fast as possible, with grunts moans and dirty looks, the employees are literally the rudest people Iv ever come across, one even shoulder checked me (the bride) at a bar we went to. I was constantly stressed because they were not doing their jobs and treating myself, my husband family and friends like garbage. We spent so much money for the most perfect day and it would have been if it wasn’t for the staff. DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE!

Love the view! We like to stay here when we come once a year. Only down fall is the smokey halls. The breakfast with your stay has also changed, so fyi, if you stay here, make sure you budget for that extra meal(s).

If you love Montana and you love gambling you got to come to this Resort and Casino they have a wonderful sweet Casino Suite that was spectacular wonderful View the deck is located right over the power station for the casino so it is a little bit loud outside kind of reminds you of being at the ocean but what a wonderful beautiful view the employees at this casino and resort were A1
