What a great stop. Worth every penny. Some wonderful history preserved within this place. Little overwhelming but amazing. Bring quarters or get some from the greeter. You will be rewarded by some .25 operated music machines of yesteryear. Met the owner who was working hard and enjoyed having this place available. Wont go into detail further cause there is just a vast collection. Well laid out and easy to spend 3-8 hours both inside and out.

Very cool experience. Loss of awesome things to see. things that youll probably never ever seen your lifetime. Definitely memories that will last a lifetime. I recommend you bring the family your friends too. I got a chance to meet the owner today it was his birthday. Maybe if youre lucky youre a praying mantis will land on you as it did us. Be sure to check out the cactus Bell and Bonnie and Clyde at the bank.

Every time I come here, I enjoy it ️ It took my father and I about 3 hours to look at everything that we did, and Im pretty sure we didnt look at everything there There is so much to be seen, lots of military pieces, tons of cars, motorcycles, farming equipment, aviation, and my favorite part about going to this place is getting to sit in the helicopter! (Ive been to it twice, when I was about 10, and today at 29). There are little buildings all throughout with old stuff, so much has been added to it since I was there as a kid, and Im glad a lot of the same stuff that was there is still there. Its honestly such a cool little museum, and I highly recommend to anyone with some spare time that finds history to be enjoyable or interesting to take a walk through this historical palace

Decided to stop on our way from Yellowstone to Glacier and we weren’t disappointed. The kids could have spent all day looking at everything. Lots of interactive activities and definitely something for everyone. Not sure we will be up that way again, but if we are this is a must stop again for our family.

Very fun museum with a surprising amount of history, from native America to military to bikes, vehicles.... Etc. And thats just the tip of the iceburg inside! Once you step out the doors of 50s America... You enter... What feels like an early America settlement with vehicles and items dropped in from all over time. Lots of displays inside of original OLD single bedroom homes straight out of a settlement. There are various interactive elements as well as being able to sit in a helicopter! So much to see, be ready to spend a number of hours intertwining yourself through the many little walkways over their multi acres of history! Itd awesome.. But please be respectful. Over the years theyve had t9 limit interaction and touching due to the abuse of property by many. As this isnt a guided tour but you freely explore everything at your own pace and your own route. Its so awesome and not the simple little trap youd expect

This place is an absolute treasure trove of historical artifacts, memorabilia, etc. A must see if youre in the area, but definitely worth traveling for. There are displays and a playground for the kids. The biggest trick is to try and not get overwhelmed by the wealth of information and numerous items there are to see.

To some this may look like a pile of junk, and thats mostly why we stopped. We like strange and interesting roadside attractions. We were blown away at the collection these folks have put together. The amount of historical artifacts and collectables is more than impressive. I could have easily spent an entire day looking at everything. Tickets are $10, which seems a little expensive at first, but its definitely worth the price. If youre ever up by this museum, you have to stop. It may be a little different than most museums, but you cant go wrong stopping here.

We had a great time here. Lots of areas so there was something for everyone- plan on not dressing up- it is indoors and outside- by its very nature and quantity, you are not going to stay clean, but that is part of the fun. We could go back several times and it will always hold interest

Too much stuff stored haphazardly. There was so much stuff that you couldnt see anything and it was not organized for display. For example, 30 military uniforms on hangers packed on a rail out of reach collecting dust helps no one. Papers laying out on cement floors absorbing moisture. They tried to have a great museum but often, less is more. The owner snapped at my dad when he asked about a veteran discount (rude old guy). The displays were very right wing political ideals. Pro gun, pro life, abstinence only, pro smoking, more guns, limit the government, anti liberal displays. This is a free country so Im not shaming their views, just reporting on the displays. The out buildings had SO MANY weeds. Lots of uneven boards which are a tripping hazard. I even found a container of ant poison dated 2007 on a low shelf which implies there is no commitment to safety. There is a neat play area for kids with a metal chime. Its too much to take in on a single visit. The price is reasonable for the amount of stuff to look at.

This is definitely a one of a kind place to visit. The inside building has nice exhibits and a good layout. The outside area is huge and was reminiscent of a junk yard, but very interesting none the less. A few too many signs complaining about previous guests damaging stuff.......we get it, there are lots of idiots out there and yes, you do need to put up do not touch signs everywhere.....like it or not, this is the way of the world.

There is a lot to see here. Me and my family have driven by this place on multiple occasions and didnt have time to stop. The outside of the building is misleading due to the museum having indoor and outdoor exhibits. The Americana there was breathtaking to say the least. There was also lots of intractable exhibits such as tractors, helicopters, pianos, old school arcade console, ETC. We were there for about 3 hours and probably still missed some exhibits. The exhibits also arent quite organized as a typical museum. They were thrown around but similar exhibits were close to eachother, typically in big sheds or barns. The staff was nice and honestly seemed happy when we mentioned how great we thought the experience was. This place is probably the best museum Ive ever been to.

Wow, take your time at this place. We only had a few hours and didnt scratch the surface of all the items that are on display. Every where you turn is another display. Most of the exhibits are part of one mans collection. The outdoor exhibits are dusty. But so interesting. They have motorcycles inside, so it is a bit musty in one area. However, we didnt care. The history of the area and all the different types of exhibits is well worth it. Something for everyone here. My son loved the old fire truck and the siren on it. My brother and I were fortunate to spend a long Autumn afternoon touring the museum as virtually the only guests because there was some maintenance underway at that time. I hope someday to be able to return and spend at least 2 days wandering through the indoor and outdoor exhibits before making the beautiful drive around Flathead Lake again. It may lack The Panache and polish of the Smithsonian but in my opinion the miracle of America Museum is every bit as impressive as any other Museum of Natural History, or history. It is even more remarkable for being the result of the efforts of one man, not some Grand government committee or political effort.
