My family spent an amazing evening watching Mama Mia! at the Palace Theater. The performance was vibrant and so full of energy that it was hard to sit still. The entire cast was so fun to watch. We have seen many shows at this beloved theater, but this has to be one of my all time favorites. Keep up the incredible work Jenna and Chad!

Love the Palace and all the staff! We just had our 1920s wedding here on September 5th. It was the best Day of my Life. We really did appreciate the Palace so much and all the staff they did an amazing job hosting our wedding!

Another amazing performance at this great venue. Hunchback was staged perfectly to enhance this haunting tale, from the daunting set to the powerful choreography. All to highlight the amazing talent that flew you to Paris on a chorus of beautiful voices. Dont pass up the chance to let this show affect you.

I wasnt supposed to attend but my friends date canceled so i got a ticket so great for me. What a night i couldnt stop smiling. The lady buying hats had a beautiful voice. The whole crowd of people were animated. Belle was sweet just a little stiff ,nervous maybe? Mrs Potts you were my favorite you did yourself proud. During your song i cried , you didnt even make it noticeable when Belle tripped on her dress you quickly grabbed peoples attention. From the start of the show to the finish you lightened the stage. We thought it was funny when you came out asking what everyone was drinking and could you offer us so tea lol.Huge congrats everyone on such a great performance. During these times we all need to smile and find hope! thank you The Palace Theatre for making this a place we can escape. All staff are nice and helpful

So amazing!! It is my daughters 16th birthday and the whole cast sang to her! She got a giant hug she keeps bragging about! Just great. Everyone is so talented. Thanks for an awesome special night!

How they put this show together during these times to the professionalism it was amazes me, thank you for this enchanting experience. I was blown away when the curtains opened, the stage takes you into a different world. I was almost in tears when Belle entered . She was animated , beautiful to watch, Belle it was like seeing a Disney show. The opening was lively i was pulled in to the magic i wanted to buy hats and eggs. The Beast is tall , is he on high shoes? he towered over everyone , he made me jump in my seat with his temper he was so good , great singing voice! I have never seen a better Mrs Potts in my life , i have seen Broadway, a show at Disney and several other productions of this. Mrs Potts brightened all the scenes she was in, she was the real Mrs Potts ,i wanted to go walk up on that stage to hug her she was a celebrity in my eyes , so was Belle. Belle made me cry during home then Mrs Potts set me off again singing to Belle , i think the lady next to me thought i was crazy, so much emotion. Mrs Potts i cried again on your solo , beautiful. Lefou and Gaston you know how to make your audience laugh , everything was perfect comedy timing. Coggsworth , Lumiere and Mrs Potts i have no words just what a team. This show was better than Broadway

Such a great way to do something out of the norm and enjoy live theater with or without a delicious meal. I have yet to be disappointed with any performance.

The show rocked, I took the two teen girls and they loved and really got into it.

I come and go almost bi yearly. Little bit pricy, but you can get cheap tickets. I love how they find talent in the community and create art with it.

Go see Beauty and the Beast, take your kids! you will not get an experience like this without paying hundreds of dollars. I dont want to say how much we paid at Disney for not even close to what we experienced here. Please have a meet the characters day. We want to meet Belle, Beast, Mrs Potts and the rest of the Characters

Going out for a fun evening , I didnt expect this to be the best experience i have had all year. Everything from the staff helping us to our seats to the moment the show ended was the best personal experience i have had. Belle was everything you dreamed she would be. Gaston and lefou were cast to perfection , their stunts , there lines just wow. The silly girls so fun and sweet. I jumped during that first servants scene when the beast came out. Mrs Potts you should permanently be Mrs Potts on stage, if no one has told you how magical you are then hear it from me. You were kindhearted , fun ,emotional. Sorry you hurt your leg , you didnt notice because of you powerful performance. Your song part during Be our guest made me so excited then seeing belles smile, everyone on stage , i was dancing in my seat. chip was adorable and nice to be played by a girl. Cogsworth perfection , the nauseous line your face ha! Lumiere great performance , when you and Mrs Potts run into each other it was funny , you act great together.This show was so professional. The Enchantress looked just like the Enchantress. The stage made you feel like you were in a castle. The props were amazing. You really thought of everything. Everyone in this show young to old give yourself a clap because you made this THE BEST show i have ever seen. The costumes wow! just wow! You all deserve an Award

Place play house is always a place you can go to see a well casted and scripted play. There are dinner options which make for a great date night. I highly recommend checking this place out and catching a show. You will enjoy your time there.

Its getting a face lift , improvements are being made. i was impressed with all that went into the show 9 to 5. The show was funny , different from whats been put out in the past , a good change. The office scenes, everyone always doing something , it was never boring and i get bored easily. The main characters were great although it was hard understanding violet for most of the show. The Judy Character GREAT , my wife liked the get out song it made her cry , she said i wanted to high five her for not needing a manLeaving the show standing in line and the British lady shouted stampede , we laughed she is great on stage and off, my wife is obsessed with England so she wants to friend that lady , we all said she should have been on stage longer in character than it was . Everyone was friendly as we walked out , i shook Hearts hand he impressed us , his facial expressions. Also the smoking high scenes GREAT! We have been debating how the cast managed to get on stage for all those scenes in quick costume changes. FAST. Costumes and the sets impressiveWill be coming to see Beauty and the beast .

I had the chance to attend a performance of Its a Wonderful Life for a company dinner party. Its a fun venue with local talent performing live. It was a great dinner and show. I highly recommend trying this out.

The palace has become one ny favorite places! The calibar of the shows is incredible. The new owners are making some amazing changes and really take pride in their shows. This years line up is so good, Beauty and the Beast, Momma mia, Hunchback and Elf! You dont want to miss them!

Chubbuck and Pocatello are so lucky to have such an amazing place in their small community. The performers are always top notch and the performances never disappoint. Its a historically beautiful building, and will be a staple for years to come!

Its not really my cup of tea but the actors did a good job and the rest of the group really enjoyed it. If you like plays/theater and are in Pocatello/ Chubbock it is worth a try.

Just like watching a movie; only way better. Knowing the quality of the performances they provide, leave me desiring many return trips. In fact they make me wish I could sing and dance. I especially love meeting the performers after the show.

Great food and a great show. Very strong performers in this current show, very well done. I have good memories of this place dating back to 2006. The new to me owners are doing a nice job.

Watched Scrooge , The cast were incredible. Scrooge best I’ve seen, seen several versions of Christmas Carol. The C family well cast , Bob/all the family were great to watch just how Charles Dickens would cast them. Tiny Tim’s solo couldn’t have been better. Marleys character better than any I have seen he gave me chills . It’s great to see some new faces on the stage. The ghost of past , her smile lit up the stage is that her real accent? She drifted across the stage every word out her mouth was like Christmas morning, her exit made me tear great acting on all scenes. Christmas present was Tall , larger than life , great voice. The director created a memorable performance. Phantoms were creepy. The length of show just right. Would liked to see more dimension to stage/different height levels but overall excellent scenery. The younger Scrooge great voice/acting , Isabelle just like a dream. Would see again.

Ok,I had to edit it.1 star review would be too harsh and wont be fair to the actors and the chef,since even my friends prime rib looked delicious.I avoid ordering prime rib unless I am 100% sure the place knows how prime rib is cooked.It was a wonderful play,acting was splendid and the meal was awesome hence 3 stars.Room for improvement,may the owners get blessed with wisdom :1.Parking lot and the front end of the building is lit very poorly,if it has any light at all,looks way too bland and unapealing after dark.2.Waitressing was inadequate.Dropping multiple items on the floor few times,having issues processing cards.Forgetting who gave you the actual credit card asking at every table if one was that very guy.Classy.3.Poor choice of beverages.Not refilling fountain drinks.Not checking on guests.4.If you are a woman it will take quiet a while to access the bathroom.There was a long queue.5.Reservation for a group can be challenging and so can be sitting arrangements.Why would you sit members of the very same company on the opposite sides of the room ?6.Insufficient space between tables.Feels overcrowded.The play itself was very noteworthy and it felt as a real genuine theatre experience in Pocatello(or Chubbuck it is all Pocatello to me unless I have to mail an official letter).

A truly terrific theater. Very fun, very intimate, very beautiful, very friendly. The staff is extremely kind and courteous. The concessions are reasonable. The mint fudge is the best fudge I ever had. The shows are marvelous. I truly can not recommend this highly enough.

Went to the play Annie Saturday night and was so impressed with every aspect. The entire experience was beyond what we expected. The play was beyond professional. The following night the movie was on Encore and we actually enjoyed the play more. Thank you. Proud and happy to know we have this talent. Cant wait to continue our experience.

We watched Sister Act and it was more than fabulous, highly entertaining, and Broadway quality. This is the best theater production in the West. A must see for all. I went away singing with a happy heart.

Palace Playhouse is my favorite place for a date night, or a girls night out! The productions are always so entertaining. I love watching the shows almost as much as being in them!

Good food, great entertainment! This was our first time going and we loved it. The staff is very friendly and courteous. All the actors and actresses did a fantastic job and the show was great! If you go for dinner it includes salad, main course, dessert and drinks which makes the price very reasonable. We would definitely go back and very much look forward to it!

A Christmas Story was excellent not just for a small community theater, but by any standard.With the play came and unusually excellent cut of prime rib.The inside of the playhouse looks like a miniature version of Las Vegass MGM Grand hotel.

9 to 5 Was a Hoot!! Loves it!!

Dinner and show was great! The food was delicious and the acting was fun. Tips: bring cash for intermission fudge and popcorn, and dont sit at the very front table. You are so close to the stage that you miss seeing the stage as a whole.

Best time if the evening.

They had some technical difficulties during the show we saw, but the singing and acting was incredible. Ive never been a fan of the concessions during the break, but the show makes up for it. I want to try having dinner and a show there, since we only saw a show.
