Management not so nice.... Picky has people on drugs living there

The people who run this are very sweet and honest everyone is very family oriented around there

It is a really runned down small mobilehome park with way too many trailers crammed close together . Lots have not been taken care of lots of weeds and holes everywhere. Wouldnt be surprised if they were over-runned with rodents.

Noisy neighbors, Wall2Wall used it as a personal drivethru, trains run into midnight/early hours horns blaring, junk piles in lots and disassembled cars... No management oversight, lot rent was probably the cheapest in town, its only saving grace. We imagine nothing would have changed or will. They could have asked for suggestions from the people that live there.
