Placed an online order around 12:30PM, online it stated order would be ready for pick up by 4. Never heard from them, so I called to check the status (4:30PM), I was told they were too busy and short staffed and that they would get to it, there were 4 other online orders ahead of me. 4 plus hours later still nothing so I called again. This time I was told my order would not be ready today, instead sometime tomorrow. I explained to her that I order 7 garland, and that I needed to know if they had them , so I knew if I had to check another store (was 70% off, and sale was ending today). She asked for the item number and then told me they didnt have that many, but wouldnt tell me how many. Horrible customer service. Dont waste your time shopping online.

I have an artist in the family, in addition to two school age children, so I visit often. You can buy all the basic, low end (and low cost) art and craft suplies here, and some of the more advanced; most of the time there is 40% , sometimes 50% off one (already reasonably) regularly priced item coupon available on the store site; we often make it a family trip to the store, each buying one tube of paint at 40% off.

Had what we needed and had excellent help from an employee named Mariah. She was really good with my 9 yr old, helping her find painting stuff she wanted.

Overpriced stuff, and they no longer have 40% off coupons. Il go here on occasion if i really need something i want to look at first, but normally just buy from amazon or target now.

A must go too place for crafting needs. I was looking for cake decorating supplies they had it. I need a print framed they did it. They have a framing preview device so you can see what it looks like before hand. They also have a great selection of home decorating items.

I asked 3 people if they had rub off letters or transfer letters. . Online they claim they did. But these people didnt even check. Just said no and walked away. These things I talk about and carbon paper seem to be the hardest things to find.

I bought a gift for my daughter for her birthday and it turns out used and repacked. I never expected this from Michaels

Took my two grandsons to the kids craft on Saturday November 9th. Katherine was the instructor. She was so nice and patient with helping my grandsons. Went over and above to accommodate them. Great personality and so enthusiastic.

Its a nice store but it may take a while to find what you need. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A bit on expensive side, but you may use their app (and patience) to find very good deals.

I’ve never had a picture professionally framed and thought I’d give it a try. I was lucky enough to be greeted by Kelsey, and she was so helpful and friendly! I couldn’t decide on what color or style I wanted and she pulled several great options. She was also patient with me when I kept changing my mind. She said “I just want you to be happy!” When I went to pick up my picture once it was ready, Kelsey remembered my name, which I thought was so sweet! Love how my pic turned out and the entire experience!

The associates are not helpful at all. Plus they always have promotions online and they dont honor them in store. Theres no point in visiting

If youre a crafter, they have most items you want and then some. Also, always coupons, sometimes the cashier will help you out with one.

I love doing here they always have great deals

They have helped me out with matching colors with my bike even when lowes or home depot or even oreilys and to top it off I even went to a auto body shop Rogers auto body in plymouth and they couldnt even help and michaels did its been excelent everytime I go there extremly helpful if you get the right person.

Only giving one star due to one helpful employee. Manager of the store was incredibly rude and refused to help me - terrible customer service. The one helpful employee apologized and said they just had a bunch of people quit. I wont be returning to this location again.

I took my 8 year old daughter to Michaels today for the Free Family Easter Event, then afterwards she/we made Easter Slime. Both events were fun and I got to spend some quality time with my daughter! Thank You!

I was sooooo dissapointed to discover that the headquarters of Michaels decided not to have any nativity scenes or churches this year. That sure turned me off from Michaels after all these years of shopping there. But Im only one person so Im sure these comments wont affect you at all.

I dont shop at craft stores so I cant compare but this store is neat, organized and clean. The associates were helpful to find what my daughter was looking for.

Michaels has supplies for a lot of different hobbies. But their selection of supplies within each section is limited. If you are looking for basic supplies Michaels is a great place to go. If you are looking for something specific or specialized than you are better off going to a specialty store. I went in looking for yarn and this section was disappointing. In the future I will be going to a specialty yarn store.

Very messy place, Did an online order and only part of the order was filled. Website said they had everything in stock. Ended up canceling everything. The clerk said he could not give me a receipt that i canceled the order. Will go to Hobby Lobby next time

Great for crafts and school projects

There was a problem with a return ahead of me which took over 10 minutes to sort out. During that time while waiting in line customers were ignored by 3 employees and s manager who just walked by and ignored those waiting in line. I will never go to that Michaels location again.

I had a half dozen returns and a cart full of paint to buy. I got to the checkout at close with a few people behind me. This caused another employee to have to open a register for them and other employees dashed to put my returned items away.
