Under new ownership praying things getBetter right now its not good. Guess we will have to wait and see

The manager was very rude when we went to ask about a trailer for sale kn the park, bc the maintenance man said there was a few available.

My niece lives here it its pretty decent place to live very quiet for most part

Needs a lot of work. Roads are trash, owner is not maintaining park but charging stupid money for lot rent.

I walk my dog up around by the mail boxes,,,and yes, Im a responsible dog owner,,,I carry bagies,,,lol

This place is a dump roads are awful. Most oF the homes are falling apart. Garbage every wheres.

I have lived here since 1988 things are getting worse since earl passed away. Dont know how much longer I can stay here .pay 315 lot rent due to Maintenance. He like to know where thats going on ! It zint in my yard. I have very dangerous trees need to be removed years ago .but there still standing . Come on that shirts scarey

I have family that lives ther and the oners are so kind nice and sweet.

I have lived here for 34 years its ok but wish I could buy my property before its sold to some company and Im forced to leave.with no place to go
