Course was challenging and in good condition. Fairways were tight and firm. Greens were in good conditions. Helpful staff. Prices were very good. Worth a round if you are in the north county.

Unfortunately this used to be my favorite course. After 6 of us went there, and the dude at the counter was completely rude to us, all of us decided none of us are going back there... Too bad too, been playing there for years.

Classic golf experience, played a golf tournament not too long ago and had a great time. The greens are well taken care of and the fairways are pretty forgiving. The club house provides beer, snacks, supplies, etc and is well stocked. Would go again.

Great course, EXTREMELY competitively priced, can be played quickly but is challenging. Well maintained (Fairways, Bunkers & Tees), and greens are fantastic - true rolling. Staff and management are super friendly and make you feel like family. Added values - perfect venue to hold tournaments and probably other Non - Golfing events due to the very PROFESSIONAL CATERING SERVICES offered.

THE course was in excellent condition. Greens and fairways reminded me of some of the high end courses I have played out west. The greens fees were low enough for an entire family to enjoy a day at the Barracks.

Played here for the first time, I have played a few other courses around the area and this course is absolutely the worst of all of them. The first problem I had was finding the tee box for hole #1! Couldnt find it! Then after driving for a little I found the tee box for 10, so we played the back nine, after hole 10, none of the holes are marked! couple that with weird patched up greens, that are fast in some spots and not in others, along with having to play in a bayou pretty much (think hundreds of yards of water hazards along the sides of the course, just filled with plant life and swamp), and there is nowhere on the card stating which yardage markers are which. Unless this course gets revamped or even possibly...maybe some hole numbers, I will not be playing here again. I gave 2 stars for the price (55 with drinks for 2 people).
