Great childhood memories at this place.

My daughter had a girls day on Monday..she picked several places ..one of them of course was the FUN ZONE arcade. We can play a lot of games together..racing cars, skee ball, basketball and air hockey. She ended up with a lot of tickets and bought a lot of silly things typical of an 11 year old.

Arcades like these are found in every mall and this one is a bit small. That said, it offers recent games and video games that let you interact with water guns. There are a few racing games and a air hockey table.The objective of your fun time should be to have fun and the bonus are the tickets you collect from most games.

They removed the tickets and coins, and replaced them with digital cards. Part of the fun was collecting tickets. Not all modern tech is better. My daughter and I had less fun due to this. She was extremely disappointed she couldnt collect tickets. I was annoyed that we never knew how much left we had to spend. The fun has been taken out of the fun zone.

Absolutely love it here. Amazing place to take the kids. Price is very good, lots of fun games and i love the new modeling.

Awsome place for kids and young adults

Ehh. Now that games are done by card and not tokens and tickets its not as exciting. My daughter loved to see the tickets she won and being able to visually see winnings and not calculate on a card. The workers now hide in the back the whole time. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes just to get points transfered from 2 cards to 1. She was unfriendly and acted annoyed to do a simple job. Id just call it zone now.. Drop the fun. We will just go to Watertown or Massena for arcade fun now.

Fun zone doesnt begin to describe the glory that is this small arcade in the Plattsburgh mall. Great games, awesome prizes, and friendly staff combine to create a magical experience for you and your family.
