All of the staff were excellent. We have a small dog and they gave us a first floor suite. Full amenities in the suite. King bed and plenty of room. This lodge provided many pre-printed sheets on what to do in the area. This hotel was immaculate. Parking excellent and very quiet during the day and at night. Very highly recommended.

Super clean and super helpful-polite staff. The property is beautiful and we loved the fact there is a Stop n Shop grocery store directly across the street. Its 15 mins from downtown Lee or Pittsfield and located very conveniently close to several ski resorts which also offer summer activities like mountain coasters and alpine slides. We enjoyed white water rafting, shopping and great food then got to unwind each night in our own little home. Full size kitchen with all utensils and cookware youd need to help save money by cooking in your room. Look up Waconah Falls while your there. Its a waterfall that pours into a small pool you can swim in and jump off the waterfall into the water. Our kids loved that place so much we went back multiple days for picnics and swimming. Only 20 mins from the resort. For a nice inexpensive diner Id reccomend Kellys Diner in town.

Rooms are not soundproof you could hear water running all night from the other guest using the bathrooms. Stay there for 2 weeks during covid-19 they refuse to give us supplies to clean the bathroom told us we had to go buy it ourselves,try to get customer service involved they never returned my call I will not be going back there.

Nice place. Loved the coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the lobby. Rooms are large and nice. Air conditioning/ heating unit was modified to blow in both the livingroom and bedroom. If we took our parents this would not work as there is a 20 degree temp swing in comfort levels when we go to sleep. There needs to be a way to close one set of vents. Cant comment on amenities as everything was closed due to Covid. I would gladly stay here again.

The staff is amazing! Check in was easy. They really make you feel at home. There is alot of activities to do at the resort. There are gas grills if you want to so a little grilling. There are numerous golf courses in the area. New York city is only two hours from the resort. We will be driving into the city. We will also be driving to Niagara Falls which is 5 hours away from the resort. I decided to bring my family here because I have never been to Massachusetts and we wanted to experience the area. This is a welcome suprise. We will ensure we come back to this location in the future!

We had the unfortunate luck of visiting during COVID so most things were closed but the staff was extremely helpful and kind and polite. There are so many swimming holes in the Berkshires it kept us busy. We had a great time.

Dont ever accept roon 237. Its next to a utility room with a compressor and its loud and disturbs your sleep. Not a restful place to be. Its also next to lobby rest rooms that you can hear flushing. They should take that room out of service as when I asked to be moved there was no availability to move and they commented that they get complaints a lot about the noise in that room. Otherwise place was comfortable and clean.

Very pleasant, though getting to the point where the rooms could use some updating. With so many things closed because of covid, we used the outside BBQ grills several times for our meals.

Grateful they were open and took many precautions to keep everyone safe. Great base to see all of the Berkshires from. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Having access to a full kitchen is a plus.

I came here with my boyfriend and children, we had a great time! The pool and hot tub were relaxing. We also took advantage of movie night in the lounge area and there was a mason jar craft for the kids to do. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable! The staff were great! No complaints! Will definitely be back

Checking in was fine hotel was OK. My only problem was the Room was hot so we had to turn on the AC and we left for a couple of hours to go meet up with some friends. By time we got back to Room , it was still warm and there was nothing that can be done. When checking out we told the lady as she just apologize. which as and I can understand. Now be prepared its like selling time shares. I only stayed for one night, To check into a another hotel. Also they give you a report card to put down any maintenance that needs to be done they dont provide you a Pen. What I put down on mine was paint Chipping from sealing AC not working and I guess the last person that clean the Room left a dirty towel in the bath Room so that tells me that they do not have a supervisor of housekeeping and specting the rooms prior to people Checking in.

It was clean and in a good location. Only complaint is that there are no balconies and even if you are on the ground floor, the patio door is blocked off with a railing.

Great place to visit well managed lodge the rooms are clean and spacious I would highly recommend.

Our first visit and we were amazed how nice it is. Considering it’s not new it was generally very well maintained, clean. Our apartment was lovely, very well equipped, again very clean and felt like it was well looked after.The pool and hot tub were spotless, we didn’t get chance to use them much but they looked pristine. Nice touch with the towels out on the sun loungers. No frogs - silly comment by one previous guest.Nice touch with the movies and the popcorn.Staff were friendly and helpful.It’s a shame there isn’t a bar downstairs as not many people utilise the great communal areas. It felt homely but needed something to bring people down. Maybe it was just a quiet period?So many great hikes very locally, and we can’t wait to return for Winter. We hiked every day. Great local towns like Lenox and Lee, very pretty, recommend the crepes at The Starving Artist Cafe in Lee. The Haven Bakery in Lenox was nice too.Planning our return already. Thanks all at Berkshire Mountain Lodge.

Vacationed here four, times.We are extremely happy with staff, cleanliness of the resort, and have made reservation for next year.

Ok Rooms, location is right off main street but no views cant walk to town or lake so lot of driving . Staff was taxed but very courteous and responsive.

Guest services was splendid! The hospitality from the staffs is good. they answer every question that was needed. I would recommend to take your family out here and enjoy a weekend with lots of activities and the amenities they offer! The gym needs a little improvement though to small and not much room to workout. Plus the machines is outdated maybe add some dumbbells. But overall nice place for a family getaway!

Cute facility, the AC unit was not enough to cool the entire room, other than what was listed the entire stay was great the grounds were manicured and the room spotless. I am looking forward to coming back when the area is opened for phase 4 and the pool being open.

Stayed here during Feb school break. Very few people here during that time. Property is new and well maintained, it is built poorly and at night everything is noisy. The kitchen is great to have as you can cook here and not spend on going out every night (even though it probably costs the same). The pool did seems to have a filter problem as there was a lot of hair.It is located near lots of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Terrible timeshare they make promises that won’t be kept. Also the value will drop because there is no way out. There are hundreds of these timeshare on eBay for $1. Totally not worth the headache please but else where. There are much better companies to work with.

Last minute trip to the area. Wound up booking this hotel online as we were passing through town. The price was great, the room was super clean and spacious. The swimming pool was huge and the outdoor hot tub was a treat. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was excellent both upon our arrival and our departure. We will definitely be returning and hopefully spend more than one evening. The proximity to the outlets as excellent as well is terrific food in the area just a short drive away.

A most pleasant place to spend some time. Reception very pleasant, efficient and staff most accommodating. Located close to loads of interesting attractions. Room nicely appointed and equipped. Beds very comfortable, furniture in excellent condition and comfortable as well. Highly recommend.

My family had a great time. Front desk staff needs to be replaced. Slow, fighting with each other in front of customers, openly complaining about other guests and processes while slowly checking me in with three kids in tow.

So far so great. We arrived yesterday and check in was at 4:00, but we arrived at 3:00 and we were well received and allowed to check it. We have a one bedroom apartment style with a full kitchen. Shopping and restaurants are within several miles. A stop and shop is right across the street. So far no complaints. Staff is wonderful.

On the afternoon of 10/1, I booked a getaway for my husband and I for two nights this coming weekend (Sunday and Monday). I canceled the reservation the very next morning, less than 24 hours after booking. I contacted the site I made the reservation through. They contacted Berkshire Mountain on my behalf but the resort refuses to refund my money. Worse yet, they refuse to provide alternate days that my husband and I might be able to stay. Had I known the resort would not refund my money I would not have canceled. I did them a favor by canceling because they booked the room out again (double their money). I would like Berkshire Mountain to work with me instead of against me by providing alternate nights I might be able to stay with my husband. Im very sad and anxious about this ordeal. My husband and I are not wealthy. Eating several hundred dollars to a 4 Star resort that I cancelled (within 24 hours) is very unreasonable, downright greedy and wrong. Disappointed in Western Mass. Its Saturday now, waiting to hear from the owner. Please reach out to me. At least provide me with some alternate dates or give me my money back. Do the right thing. I REALIZE YOUR MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS IN CALIFORNIA BUT YOUR PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN MASSACHUSETTS AND I AM A MASSACHUSETTS RESIDENT. AS SUCH I AM AFFORDED PROTECTION VIA MA GENERAL LAW CHAPTER 93, SECTION 48. I CANCELLED THIS CONTRACT LESS THAN 24 HOURS. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY IN FULL IMMEDIATELY. I see that the owner is responsive re: other reviews. I would really like a response here in this forum. Thank you.

Peaceful place to stay close to some beautiful scenery. Rooms are clean and spacious.

We brought our dog with us so were on the first floor. Love this place! Little apartment kitchen, bedroom, a nice bath room with the sliding door facing the woods. Very nice pool, workout room, jacuzzi game room with ping pong, movies at 3 and 8 p.m. with popcorn. 24/7 coffee which we love. Id come back here again and again and the staff is really really nice!

Unimpressive gym, unimpressive arcade room, pool and hot tub nice. Minimal activities offered. Cleaning lady knocked on door at 9:59am the day we were checking out and said, were waiting. My daughter was downstairs bringing the trolley up and returning keys at the time. Checkout was at 10. Really distasteful

We really liked our 2 day stay here. We were on a long road trip and having the kitchen with a grocery store across the street was a treat for road weary travelers. Room was large and very clean and very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They seemed sincerely happy to see you after you came back from a day of sightseeing. Nice small touches for folks with a family like a large pool and afternoon sundae making. It was very quite during our visit and it was nice that it was located outside of the hustle and bustle of town. Close to Tanglewood and wed recommend a visit to the Hancock Shaker Village that is just a few miles away. Highly recommend!

We had a double unit and every stay is really enjoyable. A few recommendations I would suggest is maybe an outdoor sink near the grilling stations by the clubhouse. Also it would be really cool if they provided workout/yoga videos for the TV in the gym room. Other than that the rooms are clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Towels provided.The nicest grocery store in Pittsfield is directly across from the entrance on Dan Fox Drive. Do not go anywhere else for your groceries.Great selection of channels on TV an Wi-Fi was easy to access.Easy access to town, Stockbridge and the Lee Premium Outlet Mall.Staff was friendly and helpful.We passed on the time share presentation.Would gi back again.

This place is so beautiful has very old acquired pieces from 1900s . Inside of the lobby and great location .

Excellent clean lodging. In a great area, plenty of hiking and shops and town centers all around. Single bedroom room was giant. Bed was super comfy. Friendly staff too. Would definitely return.

Everyone that worked with us were very pleasant and attentive. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The location had easy access on and off the major thruways. They are also very close to to the shopping outlets. All in all a great place to stay if you are in the area.
