We had a wedding an Irish rustic wedding it was great shelter was great very well maintained the park people were very accommodating. Best wedding perfect venue

This place can throw some ragers if you hit at the right time

This pavilion is rented out for most weekends over the summer months. The sight has a water fountain but it is turned off in the winter. There is always a porta potty available and there are also bathrooms but they are often locked. In the winter months if the weather is nice you can sometimes find children larping in the field. There is also a small play area behind the pavilion that has a swing set and slide.

Great Sunday noon NA meeting!

Its a nice picnic grove in Schenley. Its a pretty good size pavillion but it is a shame that it is really falling into disrepair over the years.

A lovely and spacious spot for larger gatherings. A nice combo of space to play and woods to enjoy. The facility itself is simple and straightforward, with plenty of room to bring anything you might need.

Attended for a work picnic. The picnic itself was fine. The several wasp nests in the pavilion were not. Limited parking at the pavilion. Parking in the road away from the pavilion is sketchy, seems like someone always has their car broken into.

Super amazing spot to smoke a bowl and play disc

This is a great location for a large group gathering. The pavilion is spacious and well-equipped with a fully functional kitchen. There is a playground for the kids and plenty of grassy space for games or whatever.

Has kitchen and fridge with lots of room for a big group outing.

Great venue for large events

This is a great place for a graduation party, BBQ, wedding reception, etc. It is a large covered pavilion that has numerous picnic tables, mens and womens rooms (these need some work), and a separate kitchen area for a catering service. The grounds around the pavilion have swings, a grass volleyball court, and plenty of open space for other activities.

Really good place for picnics

Our larp group (Angaron Dagorhir Pittsburgh) meets here every Sunday at 2pm from October through April. Its a great park.We switch to our Summer Site (Beggs-Snyder Park in Dormont) for May through September.
