Ive tried calling many times to ask simple questions about youfit and it puts you on with a automated person and when i put the nearest zip code location it played the same automated message.

It is an affordable gym. Some machines remain out of service for a while. Decent machines. However, restrooms are very dirty. Unsanitary. See for yourself. I’m guessing they have not been cleaned for a while. So bathroom and definitely showers limited use.

What I like the must is Zumba!! ALEX!!! is the best instructor. He gives us a lot of motivation and transmits a lot of positive energy with his personality and dance. Hes is always happy, and always receives you with a smile at the gym 94 ave Camelback. Thank you so much Alex helped me a lot with my depression, I lost my son 2 years ago and would not want anything, and now with Alex gives me that motivation to continue enjoying music and life. :)

I would like to start this out with I LOVED this gym. Now, that being said the way they have handled the COVID shut down is horrible, I HAVE BEEN CHARGED SINCE MARCH! I have tried numerous times to contact someone to fix the situation and NONE OF THE NUMBERS WORK. I finally got ahold of another location today which is 15 miles from my home which Told me I have to physically come in and close my account, AND that the location I was going to has be bought out by another gym and I should have gotten and email. I NEVER GOT AND EMAIL, telling be they bought all of the members along with the gym. so I owe money to another gym which I have never even been in, and whos door have never been open. I am livid, dont bother trying to reach anyone to help you because you will never reach anyone, on the odd chance you do, they will tell you its out of their hands.

I really like this gym. It has a pretty nice atmosphere and what makes it better is that membership is super affordable.

Theres every piece of workout machinery here you could imagine. They also offer personal training and do Zumba type class thing every day. The price is good to. O ya that have a pool,a sauna and a steam room. This is the 1st gym like this Ive been to but I think its a really nice place

I love this gym! They have everything that you could ever need to get a good workout for what you pay for. I also love the option of having a steam room to relax after a workout.

Always clean. Staff is nice. Love that they have a daycare. My trainer works with my schedule and keeps my work outs fun!

Writing from my past experiences with this company that’s been charging its members when they are closed and believe me it’s a hard time to get a hold of someone through the phone, email or social media. I talk a few ex employees from this location and they been telling me that they are 100% sure it’s not going to reopen if I were you I would cancel and get my money back. They will not tell no one about it and expect everyone to be ok with it. Just like they did with the 99th ave and McDowell location they closed it down with out any notice to anyone. I was also told that this location is being bought out so there will be no youfit here. I’m still trying to get a hold of someone to get my money back for the past 3 months and cancel my membership and best believe I’m not going to pay for any cancellation fees for the way this company does business. No wonder I’ve been seeing it on 3 on your side about how hard it is to get a hold of someone and get a refund back. My advice to all the members that go to this location is cancel get your money back it’s not worth your business when other gyms treat you better and actually care about customers and customers service especially during the pandemic and how important clear communication is. I would rate it negative stars but I can’t. Never again doing business with youfit and I will make sure to let everyone I know not do, avoid it at all cost. EOS treats you better for the same price and way way better atmosphere

Actually rating would have been 4.5 stars if it wasn’t for my personal overall experience at this club!M. Place could be cleaner! I used to bring my workout bag into the club and even tried the lockers an exterminator is definitely need occasional it’s just good business. Nevertheless my Zumba instructor Alejandro is a 10.

Worst gym management ever! Was trying to cancel my membership before the virus but was getting a hard time Then gym closed and I’m still getting charged while the gym been completely closed for 3 months now! Worst place ever!

This is a great place to exercise. It has plenty of machines, like treadmills, stationary bikes, etc, etc. I like that it has many ceiling fans to keep everyone cool. The gym has a nice friendly staff and its clean. I highly recommend it.

Not a bad little gym, especially for the price. Its got just about everything you need. Its on the smaller side, so during peak hours you might expect a wait, but thats prettt true of any,gym

The staff members are incredibly friendly and a lot of them speak English and Spanish, which is helpful if a member of your family only speaks Spanish. The memberships and training sessions are affordable and flexible to fit your budget. The locker rooms are very spacious. The atmosphere is not at all intimidating, and everyone feels welcome.

I love my Zumba instructor his the greatest! Otherwise it could be a bit more cleaner.

Youfit has a “if you refer 2 friends you get a month free.” Well I did just that and they claimed January I’d have my months service free yet the still charged me. When I called and asked why the lady said she couldn’t do anything besides put that I have my next month free. Well guess what just got pulled out of my account? My monthly fee. ONCE AGAIN THEY CHARGED ME. If you advertise a month free with 2 refered people who sign up you need to stick to your word.

I want to know when are you going to open pls let me know.

The extended kids club hours are fabulous! My 3 year old loves it here! I would consider this more of a club than just a gym!

This place used to be amazing when it was Fitness West. They still have amazing trainers, but youfit tried to merge 2 gyms together. The result? Overcrowded gym with very little space in between rows. Parking space is minimum during weekdays. Will gladly come back if this place goes back to functioning like fitness west used to.

Great amenities and great price!!! Zach is an AWESOME personal trainer n I would reccomend him to anyone looking to get in shape!! The staff is friendly and I love the steam room after a hard workout!!!

I really like the location and the price. It could use some remodeling and an upgrade on the weight machines and individual weights also. They did get a few new treadmills that are really good but the old ones are always breaking and make super loud noises. I really enjoy going to this location ive been here since fitness works first opened and now with youfit and i would not change to any other gym

So we havent been able to go to the gym for nearly 2 months because of quarantine AND YOU GUYS ARE STILL CHARGING ME FULL PRICE FOR MY MEMBERSHIP for the last 2 months!??? What kind of practice is that.

Ive been to other YouFit Health Clubs, this location has some correction as in the mens locker needs to be cleaned often. The toilets are dirty, bath tissues around the toilet. The showers need to be cleaned as well at the sink area. The workout area, many of the machines need to be checked or replace. Many of the channels are more sports and food networks. The staff are somewhat friendly just when you walk into the gym.

Being charged cant get ahold of anyone to cancel my gym membership this is sad . They continue to charge people when all this is going on . Please help me get some to cancel my membership

Staff is friendly and has basic work out equipment which is all I need on my lunch break. Writing a poor review because I come here daily at lunch and the women’s bathroom is always dirty/leaking/out of toilet paper. Said something to the staff and they said “we can refill the paper but cleaning staff only comes at night.” Seriously? I am a Physician Assistant, went to medical school and make a 6 figure salary and I still clean the bathrooms at my office if they need it!! Making sure your work place is clean is every employee’s responsibility!! Be better, take responsibility and rectify the situation.

Stay away from this place for real, they have a horrible management. After 3 months of personal training cancellation I am still receiving email stating that my personal training account is past due. I did approach the Gym general manager by phone sent her a text message to her personal phone number and never replied back. After seeing her in person and asked her what that email was about she said, I haven’t seen your text. She never said I’m sorry let me see what’s going on nope, nothing. By the way I have been a member since 2006 and that’s how much they appreciate their members.

If you join, plan on paying the rest of your life. I cancelled in Aug 2018. They were still billing me in Nov 2018. Called to get money back and manager said I have to come in. I asked if I have to come in when manager was there or are evenings OK. Said any time. Came in at like 7 pm. They said that a manager has to be there to refund. They had me sign another cancellation form and manager would call me. 4 days go by, no call. Called in again and talked to manager. They said they would get it reversed and call me. Give it 2 - 3 days. Its not 5 days and no call.I called back in last Wednesday and all of the managers had left. The guy was very nice and said that he would have Cindel the manager call me. Its now Tuesday and 5 and no call. So I called her. She suggested that I contact you as she was not getting response. Which is really lame that I have to argue with multiple people to get my money back.Then they asked me to email corporate to follow up for them. No response.

I’ve been going to YouFit for about 6 months now, and I love it! The gym is always clean, and I often see employees cleaning the equipment while I’mHere. The lime card membership is a great value if you have friends that want to come to the gym, because they can get in free every time. They have a lot of fitness classes to workout your entire body, plenty of machines for every muscle, and the front staff is great.

Not a bad place to work at but I wish the manager was more polite. My father came down here to end his membership but got a rude response from the manager.

Why are we always listening to sad break up music while working out? Also since becoming You Fit, the maintenance has been piss poor! The steam room door been broke over a month. Do better or im going to a better gym.

The place is kept clean, the staff is friendly, and I have yet to see any broken machines (knock on wood). The location is also a big selling point for me because its right in front of my neighborhood, so being able to just walk there motivates me to go 6 days a week. The only negative is leaving the gym and smelling that In-N-Out Burger. Its torture!!! ;)

Got the membership, best deal I could see around me

I like going to the this gym because it is the closest one to my house and its convenient during the week when there is traffic. However, the gym overall is okay most of the staff are nice and can at least say hi and bye but there are some that could care less. I havent been coming quite often because the gym is so busy most of the time it is hard to get a decent workout with trying to use the machines needed but that isnt something they have control over, I dont think. The most annoying part is that the womens restroom is so dirty every single time I go in there. If i didnt have to use it i wouldnt step a foot in there. Dont think that restroom gets cleaned often. I went to EOS gym not too long ago with my boyfriend as a guest and I was amazed by that gym of their cleanliness and size of gym. Even though that gym is a little out of my way I may consider changing gyms.

Love the yoga Body flow classes and the pool.

Four stars because of tne group fitness space and a five star (Simone) instructor. The sound system was very lacking in the room however. Two stars for the locker rooms and shower areas. They need some sprucing up cosmetically. Its hard to tell if it is clean with the rusty edges and chrome that abound.The staff was nice and friendly. I guess this is what one shoud expect for $10 a month.

Love this gym...fully equipped- Nice pool & jacuzzi & sauna & steam room & tanning plus lots of machines. Location is perfect for me BUT watch state farm arena activities as traffic bad when state farm events let out!!

The staff is very professional and kind. The Gyms equipment is very clean. The tanning beds are awesome and clean. I love the pool Hot Tub & Sauna I would highly recommend this Gym to anyone and everyone.

Never to busy which is nice. The smell of chlorine is over powering a lot of times. The treadmills seem to be down a lot. Major disappointment they got rid of the tanning beds. I left PF to come here just to have tanning beds taken out with out letting members know. Canceling my membership.

Love the pool and jacuzzi and steam room there is a lot more but my arthritic body loves the pool

Nice place to work out.I wasn’t given a tourNo t-shirtI signed up online, it was easy to come in and use the agreement # and get started. I will say I thought they had a sauna. Maybe I missed it. They do have a daycare that has its own separate monthly membership. That’s okay.

The staff is friendly and respectful. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

Its a gym that was bought out by You Fit, so the equipment is nice clean and new which is a plus and for 10 bucks it is hard to go wrong. Do not go here if you plan to go with your significant other where you may want to help each other. They do not let you workout when they feel as though you are training each other or trying to help one if you get back into shape or comfortable with the equiptment. You Fit trainers or the personal training manager more specifically, want you to spend money on someone to sit there and count for you as they have hands in pockets , no way to keep track of your current training session or socialize . This so called manager really has no idea of how to be a trainer, manager or business person. We canceled on the spot as this is not the kind of place or environment to promote a positive workout.

If I could give minus starts I would. We joined when they were planet fitness. We were told that we could cancel anytime and would not be charged as long as we gave a 10 days notice, well Youfit has different membership guidelines. Beside that the customer service reps are rude. The girl who was completing my cancellation took a personal call on her cell in the middle of my transaction.

They have been charging me for over a year for a membership I don’t even have, & every time I call they hang up!!!

Been here a while since it was fitness works cool place to work out but the restrooms are always gross and sauna is never cleaned gym is crazy packed early in the week I have to park at the end of plaza. The employees including the trainers just walk past the restrooms even when there is NVER no tissue in the stalls . Treadmills are always broken too. Thinking about changing gyms after 3 years .

It has all the equipments and options to help you with your body goals. I am so lucky to have an excellent trainer that has helped me lose the extra weight .

Love this gym!! Ever since I first came here, its been my favorite!! They have daycare, classes and great equipment!! Trainers are awesome and overall its just a clean, well taken care of gym!!

To start off I first noticed this gym by driving by their huge sign that you can see from the 101, it read try for 30 days free. I was instantly impressed because I have never known any gym to give a 30 day free trial, only a week at most. When you walk in the gym the feeling you get is that this is a very nice gym, most likely pricey. Off to your right you have the daycare which is gorgeous, great security( you can watch your kids from the workout machines that have tvs), and fun sections for kids to play in for instance there is a rock wall. Then to your left you have the workout area, which is nicely kept no trash on the floor and all the machines look brand new. Straight ahead you have the pool, sauna room, dressing rooms,tanning beds and classes. There is so many classes that is hard to choose which one you want to do first. The locker rooms again are kept very nice, they dont ever appear to be trashed. The people are extremely friendly at this gym, when I signed up for my 30 day trial I was told that everyone that works here would hold me accountable to my goal and this was true. Every time I came in I was greeted by name and asked how I was doing getting started on my goal. Huge gyms like LA Fitness do not treat their members like that, they just see them as money and once they are signed the relationship is over. I would highly recommend this gym because it has the features and feel of big gyms, but the customer service of a small-family owned one.

This health club is horrible. I came at 6 a.m. on a Saturday because the Youfit website actually says it opens at 6 a.m. on Saturday. Its closed. Its always packed too. This place sucks. Spend your money on Mountainside Fitness or somewhere else, because this place is not good.

I love this Gym! I Left L.a Fitness to join this one. I am the early bird and get here in the mornings. It is such a clean facility and people are very nice. Brian at the front desk is AMAZING and friendly as can be, says Good Morning to everyone who comes in and Have a nice day as they leave. Great customer service from everyone! I made the right choice coming here. When I signed up months ago, they explained everything, fees, monthly charges and made it easy for you to understand. So you are aware of what you pay and is no surprise. Good Job Youfit!

Been coming here for the past three weeks . (We usually come in late afternoon & late evening )For some reason a lot of people wear blue jeans for their work out..OK? Theres dumbbells and free weights on the floor everywhere and Ive yet to see anyone in management that walks the floor and checks on people ...people slam weights down on the floor and I guess thats OK to do here because employees in the office area are usually just playing on their cell phones. I realize its not the most classy professional neighborhood and its only $10 or something a month But if youre OK with this then have at it.

I love the Les Mills and Zumba classes! And my personal trainer Christian is awesome!

Im not sure if people come to the gym to look at walls and complain or to work out ? Im a resident in Hollywood FLorida and been here for 1 week visiting and I love the place and beutiful woman employed here are A plus ! The machines were clean , bathrooms were clean ,and all employees were super friendly and ready to answer any questions I had . Great job

Ive attempted to discontinue my membership now 3 times. They continue to bill me. Like a bad cold they never go away! Never, ever, ever sign up for personal training.

This company neglects how they handle your banking information, they neglect requests to cancel with them as I had to proceed three times with this whole process yet nobody was able to access prior contact in regards to that, and their management team will not speak to you face to face regardless of location. I will not hesitate to take my business elsewhere.

I love this Youfit and I go to a few of them. This one is nice and spacious with high ceilings and a TON of weights and different machines. I havent seen any broken cardio equipment which is different than the other locations, so big plus here. Wish they had a stair master or two like the Scottsdale location. Its always clean so I like this location best.

Honestly,this gym is great one,its clean,even in the rush hours you can still get your work-out done,the classes are awesome,the staff is okay only-nobody greets me by my name( I am going every day) but they do to remember my class preferences. The spa area also is kept clean and functional. I didnt join this gym for 2 years since I moved close to this location because of the bad reviews on the web.It was a mistake to wait that long to try this great gym.

I go at night and they are very friendly and welcoming. The guy may be on his phone but its night nobody is really there and he is very helpful when you need him. I reccommend this gym to everyone i know and i enjoy going almost everyday.

Prices are competitive with other popular franchises.Very large facility with new looking equipment.You get what you pay for in my opinion. Not much assistance if your English speaking though. Trying to find a trainer and dietician still.

Sooo, I give this gym a 3 out of 5 stars. Ive been coming here since they opened and its not the greatest gym but its worth the $20 I pay for 2 people.Downfalls... The gym kind of has a weird smell. Its very crowded, feel like theres too much equipment in the way to have a good workout. Not uncommon for some of the treadmills to be out of service. And needs a lot of uupdating. Not sure if its the sauna or steamroom thats usually not working. I dont even bother going and checking to see which one is opened anymore . Dont have a key rack to hang my keys on. Which Im sure thats for other reasons but those are the basics.Now upsides.... They have a child care center, a pool and a jacoozie, they offer workout classes, spin class, 1 or 2 tanning beds work, decent hours, lots of equipment, and lets face it, great prices! So it maybe not smell that great or look that great BUT its totally worth the money, especially if you are on a budget or just dont want to spend too much money on a gym . It gets the job done without breaking the bank.

I have been working at this great gym since years and just love it. All their trainers are fun and friendly and care about their customer well-being and health really.

Very clean and spacious location on 99th Ave and McDowell. Was going to the gym for three months and then one day the were closed with no equipment left inside. Youfit didnt bother to put a notice and let their members know they would be closing. The new facility on Camelback and Loop 101 were they moved is a DUMP! I will miss everyone I had become friends with.

Its an okay place to go to. In my opinion, it would be a bit more welcoming if they painted the place a different color. But other than that its a good place to attend.

Staff is great with the exception of the one or two people there that could use some customer service training or just need a new job. Company is under new management and employees must follow new policy that makes your experience impersonal and what can be more personal than finding a gym where you are comfortable working on your body. Also the equipment is in need of a serious update. Please dont waste your time and money here Ufit is just down the street and LA Fitness has a network of members who are serious athletes that can help you reach your health and fitness goals .. Choose wisely my friends !

Closed down without notice. Was sent to location on 91st and Camelback and canceled. Too crowded at this location and has rude people. People playing their own music, LOUD! And just very inconsiderate over all. Some people just hanging around not doing anything and space is so crowded I cant even stand to wait for a machine without being in the way of someone using the one next to it. Do not go here

Pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are broken out of work very often :(...

First, Id like to say when I signed up and they gave me the tour I really thought highly of Fitness Works. I liked what they were telling me as well as how the gym looked. Seemed like it would be a place that fits my familys needs and wants from a gym. Soon after working out there, I noticed many of the machines were out of order. Every time I would go, no one would smile... Ask if you needed anything etc. My son is almost 3 and I take him to the kid zone. He was loving it for the first couple times... then I noticed he didnt want to go in there anymore. He was saying that they are mean to him. Im considering the source of a almost 3 year old, but he is such a loving happy kid that I know something must have happened for him to say that. All these things started to bother me and now Im at my limit. They charged $119.97 to my account without my consent. They stated I signed the agreement when I signed up, but that information was not presented to me. I understand why they make you pay first and last because of the no contract... but the service fee of $39 a person once a year just doesnt make sense to me. If I would have known this, I probably wouldnt be so angry. Customer service is key to a business and this is something Fitness Works DOES NOT HAVE! No compassion for their customers. I will no longer be a customer there and I will find somewhere that actually cares about their customers and listens to them. I dont think its right to take advantage of people & I hope that they can turn that around for the VERY FEW customers they will have going forward.

I will make sure i cancel my gym membership by end of this week, they didnt let me in because “i have to have my own memebership” when i do have my own membership nd just because this girl kept asking for my ID and i didnt have it on me she did not let me in , should of had known Eosfitness has better service overall , the bigger the price better service.

I had high hopes going to this gym, when I first went to get signed up nobody could help me. I had to ask around. When someone finally was forced to help me I didnt get a tour and had no idea where anything was. All they did was sign me up, I had no details about payments or schedules or even classes offered. No free assessment they claim to offer. Theyre not customer service derived. I called to try to cancel and was told by Brandon if I did not come in and sign paperwork to cancel my month to month membership that I would go to collections. Then proceeded to ask if I knew what collections meant. I was very offended and he just laughed it off. The staff needs to be more friendly and actually care about the customers. This was beyond disrespectful and I will never refer anyone to this gym again. Send me to collections!
