It has some solid plays with good acting. The theatre itself is small which puts you right next to the performance.

My daughter Just had her 12th play here at curio and it was amazing as always. The only thing wrong with curio is that the paying system is sometimes unorganized and confusing. But everything else is pretty great

Curio Theater Company puts on four shows each season. Though the show run the gamut from brilliant to terrible, what cant be questioned is their devotion to keeping community theater alive. Each show is staged inside the gorgeous old church at 48th and Baltimore Ave, utilizing elaborate sets as well as the existing structure.Another boon to the community is that during each Baltimore Dollar Stroll the company makes preview tickets available for only a dollar, with a limit of 8 per person. This means you can buy theater tickets for yourself and a date for an entire season of shows for a little more than a frappucino.
