My adopted mom lives there will be back to vist

Seems to be one of the best trailer parks Ive seen in all that Ive been in...I have family living in there and I love the fact there arent any registered sex offenders living in there, witch makes me feel better about my little ones in the family being there. I seen quite a few moms and dads up at the little play ground and all seem to being friendly with each other. I havent seen any abandoned run down trailers so all in all seems to be a decent place for my family and its pretty hard to come across this as far as trailer parks are concerned.

My second time dining here. Portion size of some of the dishes are just too small particularly on the appetizers. However the food is very tasty. And presentation is nice. The atmosphere and location is great. I would certainly recommend.

Everytime i visit this park atleast 3 more trailors have been torn down or burnt down. Theres alot going on in a small place the had a nice littlw swing/play area for the kids. Keep cleaning up its starting to look good

The water is past AWFUL. Bleach has to be in daily. Water pressure is hit and miss at best. Upper management no help with ANY problems. Have a dead tree beside trailer that limbs keep falling off of on my trailer. Had tree cutting company come in months back and cut all healthy trees. On site manager was great but she was let go for no reason. Dont move there!!!

Needs better lighting.

So I had to edit my review after living here for a little over 3 years. The water has some issues where it’s like a mud color sometimes. It smells of bleach because they pour it in the system. I will attach a picture of the water after filling up the tub. This was a reoccurring issue. The management changes every few months so it’s hard for them to stick with what was told. We have signed leases with them and then we’re told they don’t know where our lease is and tht we need to resign another lease. Something like that I feel like shouldn’t be misplaced but I now see that it probably goes through a lot of hands with management switching non stop. They are trying to get the place a little nicer. They up rent yearly to reflect what they say they are doing which in my understand so far has been just landscapers who are supposed to clear empty lots but I’ve had to call management because the lot beside me hadn’t been touch in forever and needed it badly. They said they needed to up it as well because other parks in the area such as pine ridge up there’s but when you compare the two there’s no comparison.They had some amazing managers but they fire them or the managers get tired of dealing with the bs and quit. They charge for well water which wouldn’t be bad if the water was 100% clear. The trailers that are empty teens go into and destroy. All in all if you need somewhere to stay it’s okay but don’t expect much. The people in the park are friendly. Most are related in some way. And they work with you if you need a payment agreement which was a huge plus. If they had a good team of management who could all be on the same page it would be a huge benefit for the park.

Do you like meth? Bleached well water? The occasional violent crime? Then this place is for you!

Cant this trailer park do SOMETHING about the cat population? I swear there are more stray cats in this trailer park then people! Management needs to host a Spay/Neuter day and fix the feral population!
