I grew up in NH and my family and I visit every summer. Lake with the parents, drop the kids at Takodah, basically decompress. We almost always take in a show at the Players. Ive never once been disappointed in the experience. I much prefer the comedies, but thats more my preference than the quality. The theater is cozy, not so large that if youre towards the back you cant see or struggle to hear. Love this place, totally worth a visit.

Today, 3 friends and I saw an excellent movie at the Peterborough Players playhouse. It was a one-day viewing of the movie Kinky Boots written by Harvey Firestein and Cindy Lauper. I laughed, I cried, and I loved every minute. I would recommend this movie to anyone.

I just saw She Loves Me and it was the best off Broadway show I can remember seeing. The cast was fantastic and the set was amazing.

We enjoyed our first visit but were rather confused as to where the actual theater was once we entered the building. I didn’t see any signage and we weren’t directed as to where to go. However, once we located the theater we had great seats. Unless someone rather tall sits in front of you, you’ll have a difficult time finding a bad seat. It’s very clean and has good acoustics.

Always wonderful and a charming venue. Have never seen a bad performance. Wide range of offerings. Good parking. Not to be missed.

This is the best local venue for Folk Music, and PFMS is the best organization.

The theater is in a location outside of the town of Peterborough NH. I can only say that I had a great time. The actors in the play were great. The seating was comfortable. For me anyway. My wife & I really enjoyed yourself and plan to go back again.

We just saw our 2nd childrens production at Peterborough Players, and our 8th (or so) overall.The production quality is very good, but the price of tickets is on the high side. It would be nice if they did something to make their shows more accessible to people with lower incomes.

Beyond amazing! Almost a month later and my little guy is still talking about Toad from Wind In The Willows. Even my wife was turned into that book. These people and place are pure magic in a local Brigadoon!

The Players is a local theatrical treasure of highest quality. We recently saw the one-man show, Fully Committed, starring Kraig Swartz, as an aspiring actor working as a beleaguered reservation clerk in a high end restaurant. Pure enjoyment!
