I visited about a week ago on a Tuesday. We had a card with points from February my little has been trying to use, so since it was a week night I knew it wouldnt be busy. It was very empty which is great, but no one was cleaning or wiping gamesnor rides off after being used. There was a young girl in the front that checked us in and I assume someone in the kitchen. My little girl enjoyed herself, I was just surprised at how laxed the cleaning was on highly touched activities. I was never a big fan of Chuck E Cheese before all of this and definitely wont be back! I knew they were slow because of the pandemic, but thought they were taking better measures to keep customers safe....well thats what the website saidIt wasnt happening and we wont be back.

Ive been bringing my daughter here for years now. Its a kid place and it always is a treat for them. They change their games often enough to keep it interesting. Since Ive last been to the place, theyve started the Unlimited Game plan option which lets you play unlimited for the game time you buy. Its reasonably priced and good for kids to get more tickets if theyre good at the games.The food options are minimum but theyre made to order. Its fresh and hot. Cant complain about it.

Horrible service, bathrooms were disgusting, all stalls were dirty and the only one that seemed clean was out of toilet paper. Not enough hand sanitizer stations , not enough people cleaning machines or high contact areas . Did not feel safe nor welcomed. Won’t be back!

I know this is a little random, leaving a review for Chuck E. Cheese, but this is a decent location. While most of them are the same, like you know what youre getting. Meh pizza, kids running around, the Give yourself a high five song in the background ever 20 minutes. Its pretty standard stuff. Were talking about Chuck E. Cheese here. Why Im giving this location 5 stars is because of the staff. Every person I spoke to seemed like they were having a good time working there and were happy to help in any regard. They just seemed like good people. So for that, 5 stars.

Went last week and the lady in the front was very nice . She explain all the new protocols very well. She was very attend and constantly cleaning great service by the staff .

This is a great location! We have been to handful of CEC and this is by far the cleanest, happiest staffed, and all around fun store that we have visited. Call me crazy, but I actually do like the pizza lmao

This is the first Chuck E Cheeses Ive been to in years, & also the first that didnt reek of piss odor. Pretty clean place actually. Got a pizza and cake for the kids & neither were terrible. Service was decent. They did check our hand stamps at exit also. Wed take the kids back here. They had a good time playing the games.Few single moms cruising for new daddies. Some trying too hard. Some not trying hard enough. Some nailing it!

All I remember from Chuck e Cheese from when I was a kid was that it was amazing

Its a good place to take you children at any age. Its pretty good deals online. The food is straight, play by the minute not the point to get best value. We have fun every time and you can no longer use tickets to buy cotton candy ( cash only).

Service was lacking. Party host lacked basic hosting skills. And the place wasnt even busy. Went to the register and there was only one cashier available for a line of 10/12 people. I got tired of waiting and decided Id rather starve. Additionally, and MOST IMPORTANTLY there was no active child checkpoint person. I walked out with a child that wasnt mine. Thankfully, I delivered her to her mother... But that type of loss of accountability can possibly end badly.

Its pretty clean and the pizza is good. The games give only a few tickets. There are a few that give a lot if you are lucky. Good place to bring the kids

I took my three toddlers to a birthday party here recently, and we were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was and how friendly, helpful, and attentive the staff was! I’ve been to this chain before and been pretty disappointed with the state of the place, but this location was very impressive. I think we may have found our next birthday party location.

Good fun for kids especially when its winter. Price by the hour is a bit pricey but its a nice way to save time by eliminating coins in every ride.

Took my daughter here for a birthday party yesterday. It was much better than the one in gulf gate. I love to take a large container of Clorox wipes in these places.

Normally only go to CEC for birthday parties but our little one has been asking to go. It was great for a Tuesday night. Not crowded at all, staff was nice & attentive, and our food was quick and tasted very good. We will be back on a week night again!

Very ghetto, some games didnt work or had no tickets. Then the staff couldnt answer any question without saying, uhhhhhhhhh.... For a long time. Felt like the DMV in zootopia.

This is far my favorite chuck E. Cheese to take my daughter. We have celebrated her 1st birthday here and I wasnt disappointed. Ive gone to other locations and I just like this one better , much more cleaner and organized.

Chuck E Cheese is a wonderful place for children and adults. The only thing I think need to be changed is the parents watching their children better. The children plays at the soda fountain. The place not big enough for the running. Just watch your children.

I’ve previously worked at this location along with host my nephews party. Some of the staff can be rude and a bit insensitive at times but other than that they atmosphere is great when there aren’t parent fighting over there children during bday parties.

This is the best location that I have been. The kids have a great time and the machines actually work. If you at the right time its not overly crowded so you get a really personal visit.

If you have kids 1-7 you are guaranteed to have a great time visiting Mr. Cheese! Their pizza is amazing!

Poor design. The space is really cramped. They tried to squeeze in booths and tables everywhere. So kids are constantly pushing to get by, even when they arent that busy.Poor service, several times the employees ignored us and others at the register and in the game room. The only gameroom attendant i saw for hours told my daughter hed fix the ticket counter later so he could continue talking to another employee at kid check. This caused a back up because 5 ticket counters were down at the same time.Lastly the pizza was terrible. Chuck e cheese usually has great pizza. I havent been to one in about a year so not sure if corporate changed the recipe or if its just this one, but its bad.

Only go for the kids but they have good food and cotton candy

This location is okay to go to during the week. On the weekend it is crowded, as expected. They have a few new video games but many dont give a lot of tickets. They have a newish unlimited games for x amount of time. Thats actually pretty cool. We ended up with over 1000 tickets and got a basketball. The salad bar is okay. The pizza is okay. Chuck E only came out once and we were there for a while. Most of the staff were pretty nice. It just seems like they should hire more people on the weekend because they were working very hard.

One of the soda fountains wasnt working properly but the management team tried to fix it and make available beverages that were impacted but the outage. Pizza was hot and fresh. Kids loved the games but the ticket counter/munchers werent working properly. Finally fixed but we lost some tickets. Generally, the prize selection is okay however this particular visit, the prizes compared to ticket cost just wasnt as great as in the past.

Same ol same. Something to keep the kids entertained for an hour or so. The pizza is surprisingly good.

My daughter asked to have her birthday party here again. They make it so easy. Everything is very organized. The kids enjoy the games and the pizza is great!

It is a great family friendly places to take young children or kids of any age whats a great service and friendly staff El plenty of fun games you can always expect to have a good time at Chuck-E-Cheese they also take the extra precautions to make sure that every child walks out with the same adult they walked in with by taking stamp numbers for they give to the adults and the children also home of some delicious pizza and other like salad celery cake churros in cotton candy is well-known mostly first delicious pizza whats plenty of games to play theyre always coming up with new ways to make it more fun for the parents and the children what I say is no matter how old you are Chuck-E-Cheeses a place to have fun for all ages also a great place to host birthday parties

I know that it is Spring Break, so no need to mention the chaos. My concern was the amount of water games lacking water. The tables that needed clearing and cleaned. The machines that needed constant repair, minute by minute.Maybe this location needs a little TLC.Great Staff!

This place is a total madhouse (to be expected) especially on Friday nights ! I ordered the salad bar ($10 extra) and there wasnt anything on it, everything was empty or close to it because folks (who used the normal paper plates for pizza) were busy scooping it all up while nobody monitored the bar. I asked for my money back & told them the reasons. I soon noticed a worker trying to refill everything but that seemed to take her 30-45 minutes because she was running the front and the ticket redemption counter. This is just crazy. If we ever have to go to this location again, well go on a Tuesday or Wednesday evening.

Had a birthday party here and everything was on time and went smoothly. Party host was helpful and did a good job.

Walked in for birthday party and was holding cupcakes and no one came to us to lead us to our table had to do it myself after sitting at the table and everyone just walking by us like we were invisible had to get the manager so we could get service

Its not busy early on the weekdays, thats when I take my son. Check their website first to see if they have any coupons. You dont have to print them, just show the coupon to the cashier. Pizza is great and they have a buffet option

Pizza was good the service was sloppy. Cashier rushed through entire order. All of these places need security due to the adults who act childish, rude and loud.

The place has enough games so the kids are never bored. The salad is fresh but I wish the plate is bigger for the salad but the pizza is sufficient.

First time at this location! Took my daughter and grandkids and hubby out to eat since they moved to the city. The place is easily located, friendly, clean and the the food and atmosphere was very good. Our service was on point. Was never ignored. Will come again.

Had a birthday party for my grandson 1rst birthday. It was supposed to start at 130. We didnt get our table done or the game cards until 2. We asked if we could stay longer to make up the difference. We was told no and they are sorry that the other party before us wouldnt leave so thats why ours was late starting. But even with that we still have to leave at 330. Manager said she would give us a discount for our trouble. THEY BROUGHT US BACK THE TICKET.... THE DISCOUNT ADDED UP TO 3.00.... AND THEY NEVER BROUGHT THE KIDS THEIR DIPPING DOTS.

They cheat the kids out of play time on the cards but great environment for kids to play.

Nice, clean and safe. They stamp kids and children with unique stamps so kids can only leave with the people they came in with. Food was fresh and tasty. My grandkids always enjoy going there.

Good place to take kids. A bit pricey but considering the hot summer days here makes it worth it - to have an indoor place for kids to let out that energy theyd let out if it were a park. Of course dont let your kids go crazy!I applaude the workers because it looks like a pretty good amount of work and lots of patience is needed. The times Ive been here I have never experienced any rude service.Great location and service.

I see the reviews and I believe them too, places like this is a 50/50 chance youll get good service.I happen to have great service. Our host was very nice and had everything ready. She even told us on the wait time for the pizzas. She was so good at cutting the cake too. The whole experience was great.

Entertainment area very clean and staff was polite and eager to assist. Visited 1st night of spring break and we enjoyed it.

This location is a nice sized Chuck e Cheese. Depending on the time of day you go the door may not be a secure as it should. My children were able to come and go even though they stamped all of us with the invisible stamps. Not totally their responsibility to watch your kids but what’s the point of the stamp. Food is always good at CEC.

Very expensive but my son had fun so it was worth it. Also need some juices instead of soda. The ticket spray did not work. Smells like you used dirty mop water to clean entrance.

Lots of games. Fast, friendly service. The kids loved the game and ride selection. Got a large pizza with sausage. It was quite tasty. Hands down my 5-year-olds favorite place to visit.

My family and i went here and the kids had a blast. Our cashier not sure of her name but she worked evening shift today and she was awesome. She was polite, great attitude, and promoted and made sales like a pro i was so amazed i eneded up spending over 100$ for a family of 4. The property was upkept nice as well as the interier was spotless. The only downside to thibgs are no bags for tickets unless you purchase a bag, also there is no way to split the play time into different cards you must buy seperate cards for everyone which worked better for the old model when they used tokens.

Came here about 3 weeks ago to celebrate my little brothers birthday. We ordered pizza and wings. Tell me why the pizza took a little longer than 30 minutes. When we were all done eating the pizza, a different worker comes out with another one, So I whispered Mom, you ordered two pizzas? She shook her head. So the guy saw our previous pizza and said Oh, I did not know you guys already had one. My mom said Oh do we get an extra one because of the long wait? ( My mom is crazy). The guy just put the pizza down and left cursing under his breath. The wings were not bad, and the drinks well lets just say they practically water. Get it together!

The manager was nice and real cool. Some of the others didnt seem as if they wanted to be there. The guy fixing the game had a very bad attitude and the guy taking the tickets didnt want to help anyone.
