They are allowing you to lease out an entire theater and I hope it is always like this. I didnt have to touch a door, everything was sanitized, they have reclining seats and it was cool inside so small blankets were allowed. Overall it was an awesome experience, that I would totally recommend.

3 words Overpriced and Nasty. This is my firstvtime at a theater in Pearland, TX. I paid over $10 EACH for 3 tickets and over $20 for combo with 2 drinks and a large popcorn. VERY!! over priced for tickets and concession. The popcorn was nasty. I should have made my own and took it in. I took 4 small handfuls hoping it was just the top that was nasty. NO!! it was all of it. I left it sitting in the seat after the movie. I always take my movie popcorn home. First time for everything... They have a super saver program.... hmmmm

Since the pandemic Ive been without their popcorn. So to not only be able to get the mega bag full of fresh popcorn, the attendant was most courteous and polite. The theater was clean, inviting.

With all the cover stuff going in people are really scared to go out, which is great for me. Went to see a new release movie and had the entire theater almost to ourselves. Only one other couple. You can tell the theaters are cleaned between showings. When booking online, their system will automatically block off seats to either side of you seat choice. All in all had a good time. Lets support the movie theaters to keep them in business

It has great movie and delicious food i recoamade you get the hot dog and or the noachos there both amazing.

Great movie going experience. Everything there is super clean the staff are super friendly and the reclining chairs are super-super comfy and I’m the type of person that don’t like going to movie theaters. Especially with all kinds of bugs and dirty sticky floors that you find in other theaters.I feel assured that my family will be safe and enjoy the show without have to worry if they will bring something home with them.

This is a really great place to go watch movies. Great seats, great theater with a lot of space. The kids out front can be a ratchet but that’s anywhere middle schoolers hang out at.

Getting our tickets was easy and getting into the movies was too. The seats were also very comfy and great. My only concern was the line for the food. It took around 10 minutes to get to the front even though there were only 2 people ahead of us.

Giving this theater five stars because of the service! After accidentally purchasing a ticket for a different Cinemark location, the manager at the Pearland location let me into their showing for the joker!! He was so nice!!! Thank you so much!

The seat itself have soft cushion but doesn’t recline enough! Unlike Galaxy Theatre. The only reason I would go again cuz it’s the only theatre In Pearland

The theater was not cleaned. Carpet filled with popcorn. The customer service was minimal. Perhaps an early showing would have been better?

Clean, comfortable, full amenities. They could turn down the volume during the previews though. They were a lot louder than the actual film and it actually hurt my ears! Ill remember to bring ear plugs next time. Plenty of parking

I recently went to see the latest version of The Fast and Furious movies and had enjoyed the show. The best part of the experience was not the movie but rather the delicious Margaritas made on site. Having been disappointed by movie drinks in the past, I definitely was not expecting such good tasting margaritas.Its a good thing the Margaritas were so good because the service at the bar was generally lackluster due, I suspect, to the apparent lack of Interest shown by what few staff I saw behind the counter.

Went to see the movie Dumbo with the wife. The movie was good , and its the first time Ive been in a theater with luxury lounger seating, comfortable seating .The reason for the low rating is the A/C system was not working properly. Im an HVAC TECHNICIAN by trade and I can tell you it was not working and very uncomfortable in the theater. We were at the 6:55 PM showing in theater number 10. One is usually wishing they had a jacket in most theaters , but not this time. Told one of the young men who works doing clean up between showings , I hope he addressed the issue .

The movie I was there to see got stuck and froze. I found an employee who tried to get the theater manager to help but the manager wouldnt open the door when the employee kept knocking. I went back and sat down in the theater. After 10 minutes it still wasnt working so I found the same employee and asked her to get the manager for me. She kept knocking on the door and then the manager FINALLY came out and went upstairs to fix the movie. The manager never apologized for the movie problem and did not seem very interested in customer satisfaction. As a side note, she was dressed very unprofessionally with a knit cap on and baggy clothes. She looked like a gang banger.

Work with autism teenagers 3 boys. Went to church, then out to eat. Then a movie. First time there. Great place

I love this theatre! Staff is always so nice and helpful. This evening I had bought tickets online and I ended up in a car accident, I went to ask the box office if I could have a refund since I missed the whole movie and the employee was super sweet and fast.

Chairs recline, arm rest lifts up. Was able to get close and comfortable while watching the movie. Clean, friendly staff.

The staff members were very nice but it was super dirty. Every trash can we walked by was overflowing onto the floor and the bathrooms were just disgusting. Toilet paper and pads all over the floor and again, trash can overflowing. There were no paper towels and no toilet paper. It was really unfortunate as again the staff were nice but I wouldnt come back based on the cleanliness.

Ive watched a enough XD movies here to conclude that the seats arent comfortable.. Sure you can recline and the cushions are nice and cushiony but it forces my back into this weird curvature. My wife has the same complaint. It gets uncomfortable sitting there for awhile. Other than that everything is great.

The closest movie spot. I love the seating. They should not allow babies or toddlers in Adult movies. They disrupt the movie every time. Very irritating. For those spending their to Hear and See the movie. They should have certain movies and times they can attend.

Ive always enjoyed going to this movie theater. Now theyve done some very nice upgrades to the seats; mototized lounge-style seats and with assigned seating. The theater has also incorporated a beer and liquor service line. I didnt partake, so Im unaware of the price range. Ill be back again soon!

Saw Avengers End Game in the XD theater tonight. The front speakers sound seemed off as it would get randomly louder and quieter. Also the projector was shaking on its stand causing the image to shake during the entire three hour movie. Very disappointed in the XD experience at this location

I just seen Avengers Endgame, and i was very surprised at how comfortable the reclining seats are. If it wasnt for the awesome movie, i think a nice nap was in order! The floors were clean and not sticky, they had plenty of personnel at the concession stands and the bathrooms were clean.

Remodeled with reserved, reclining seats. Concessions now include alcohol. Concession sales staff were slow. Cost of 2 icees and 2 large popcorns was more than the 2 movie tickets.

Went to see Pet Sematary and although the movie was great, the crying babies and children running around and yelling was unbearable! Parents need to learn to discipline their children Especially in a Rated R movie and there should be a policy in place where people who paid to watch a movie can watch the movie in peace. Maybe a child free zone? We will not be back to this location until otherwise. Really wish I could have gotten a refund.

I love this place come all the time to watch my movies here. Usually a lot less packed and cheaper if you go to the first showing of the day.

Beautiful theater rooms and the sdx is worth the extra money. Crisp loud sound and seats are luxurious. They recline and are leather the whole nine yards. Plus is that you can reserve your seats early. The rest is like any other theater. High prices on the refreshments and a few arcade games.

I love these location more and more, however, sometimes the concession lines can take long. When there is a bar back type person helping each register, they can move quickly.

Really enjoyed my experience here. The chairs in the theater I was in were super comfy and spacious, they could recline and bring up a foot rest too. The theater was a little dirty, and the bathrooms were kinda gross, but its not a super high-end movie theater, so thats kinda what I expect for the price. We went to the matinee showing and the tickets were really decently priced (~$9 with tax). Would recommend catching a movie here anytime.

As West Pearland residents, we saw this movie theater being built. Its been my favorite of all, until last night.Our first time inviting another couple to see a movie, we really enjoyed sitting in loungers and enjoying Amazing buttered popcorn. Then, just before the movie ended, I saw a ROACH crawling across the bar in front of us. Not a tree roach that comes from damp outdoors; but a house roach like one would find in a filthy house. When we built our home the walls are saturated with Dursban--so we didnt take any bugs there!! Clean it up Completely, Cinemark Pearland or So Long.

Normally these days I wait for something to come out on streaming services or on DVD because going out is such a nusiance between the cost and wondering if youll even get to enjoy the movie due to the actions of others. However this was a nice clean place with not a lot of people. Maybe because its location or maybe its just the population in Pearland. In any case the big reclining seats were a plus and I enjoyed the film we went to see alot

Ive visited this place for several years and environment is always good ,very clean no complaints there always been satisfied...but lately I had heard and also have a friend who had parts from their vehicle stolen while watching a movie. And just yesterday it happened to me, had the tow hitch cover stolen from my Yukon. Its not a good experience, they should pay more attention, cause me personally I wont be going back to this place due to this... I know it can happen anywhere but it sucks to know that its becoming an everday thing at this place and nothing been done, it seems its becoming a business while we watch a movie. And whats worse, it was at bright daylight..

The theatre is clean and the popcorn yummy and the reclining seats are great! The only reason for 4 stars is because Im not fond of the reserved seating.
