To the negative reviews ...To register your student, you sign your registration paperwork that requires a 30 day notice to withdrawal. The only way someone would be automatically charged is if they filled out the back paperwork (on the back for privacy reasons). If you would have voiced ANY of your concerns to the owner (myself) I would have been HAPPY to rectify the situations. The number to the gym went directly to my PERSONALS cell phone. If you left a voicemail withdrawing your child, I did not call you back. We are sorry for any inconvenience that you may have suffered but we were a reputable gym with VERY HAPPY athletes and their parents.

Poor business practices. The woman in charge of tuition payments have absolutely no idea what shes doing. I gave my payment information the first week my daughter signed up. WEEKS later after attending several classes I received an email saying I havent paid. I called and never got a call back until the Thursday my daughter was to attend her next class. I was told that I hadnt paid. I explained I set up auto pay over a month ago. She then said that I never signed up for auto pay because I didnt sign a payment form on the BACK of the contract. My first question was well how have you been getting paid? Second question was why wasnt this form mentioned when I agreed over the phone to auto pay? And third question was why would one of the most important form be on the back of the contract anyway? She had absolutely no answers except that she will wave the late fee. My response, of course you will because this was clearly your error. I ended up cancelling especially since each class only had 2-3 students and they seemed to do the exact same thing every week. Tip: find a better class with more passionate instructors. Thats exactly what I did.

Very unprofessional called one day to make a payment I was set up for auto pay without my authorization. I got notification saying I had been charged even though my daughter hadn’t been to practice in two weeks when I call to ask her to remove the payment she said we will do it but next time we require a 30 day notice and nowhere did it say that in writing or they informed until the day I decide to cancel .
