Went to Michaels to have some custom framing done. The sales associate knew his stuff and we worked together for almost an hour, choosing frames and mattes for a watercolor painting, a black and white photo, and a shadow box for my grandmothers well worn cooking utensils. Excellent customer service, great selection of quality frames and mattes. Highly recommend this store.

I must say that the coupon process has become much better than it used to be. It is always great to see stores improving their services. I buy many baskets and this is the first place I look. Although the selection is good, there are many times when the baskets are broken or filled with dirt. I was there last week and while looking in the baskets, I found food, plastic wrappers, and other items that made the area very dirty. I am sure it is not easy to keep things constantly clean but this area definitely needs to be checked more often. They have a wide variety of decorative baskets, storage bins and lots of holiday baskets as well. The store also offers arts and crafts, vases, frames, custom framing (I have used them and they do an excellent job,) and so much more. Take a look if you need an item to decorate your home, a candle to make things smell pretty, or a craft to keep the kids busy. Grab your coupons and start shopping.

Super nice employees. The store is a little hard to navigate sometimes, but it has quite literally everything you need for creative projects. The prices are great too. Very, very cheap.

Nice place, quiet and has most you need.. could be cleaner and staff could be more friendly only reason for 4 stars.. otherwise good place to get what you need for home decor and baking and writing utensils etc...

This place is fine for getting things for creative projects their prices are good but I find that they have real competition from Hobby lobby which I much better prefer. I think that Hobby lobby had à better selection of materials shopping experience atmosphere is much better. Hobby lobby s inspirational Christian music makes you want to shop to the glory of God.

Always fun to shop at this store. They have great crafts and huge variety of yarn. This trip was for a magnifying glass and they had a big selection. I chose one which was quite large diameter and an LED light. I got a smaller one with a higher magnification. I also needed a picture frame and found one that was perfect. Fun store to walk through. Often receive 55% off an item from newspaper insert and/or their mobile app.

Great place to purchase crafts for any occasion especially on a rainy day. They have a wide variety of brands to offer. Always check for coupons before completing any purchase. It may actually be best (if you are able to) to purchase 1 item a day as the coupon is typically against 1 item and not total cost of all items.

Ive been going to this Michaels for yrs. The only time I go to another is if they dont have something I want which is rare. The people who work here are Amazing! Always so Sweet, Helpful and Overly Kind. Cant say enough about them which makes such a difference.

Apart from being a bit cramped, it has everything you could ask for in a craft store. Plenty of stock, helpful sales staff and friendly checkout people. Very clean, too.

Found what I needed, but more expensive than I could have gotten it at other stores. Perfumy smells made me very nauseous.

My daughter had an arts and crafts birthday party at Michaels and the kids enjoyed it. Plus, it was relatively inexpensive. They have a separate art studio-type room in the front of the store off to the side, so the food, cake, etc. was organized and laid out nicely. I would definitely recommend it.

I love Michaels as I find lots of beautiful yarn to work with and Clover Takumi Bamboo Needles. (If you failed with plastic or metal needles, bamboo might be a game changer.) There are 40% off coupons that are a huge help if you are a crafts addict. The prices are very good.

Good selection of craft supplies. They have started carrying trendy home decor signs and chatchkas (I dont know how to spell that properly) which is cute. Lots of seasonal pick up and go crafts for the kids for each major holiday. Also, they take competitors coupons.

This particular Michaels location, is usually well-stocked, and then overall good store. It happens to be particularly good for things like packing supplies, Kraft paper tape scissors, and foam core boards. These items are priced more reasonably then the same items found at Staples. When you put the coupons on top (always available either through your mailman, or the Michaels app which is very good), hands down Michaels prices are much better.

I feel like I live in Michaels. Great beads for jewelry and such. Gorgeous flower selection.

All florals were beautiful and 50% off. The checkout line was long but the line went very quickly.

Good experience. The store was clean, had plenty of selection, and the staff was available and helpful. They need more cashiers, though. With a single cashier? The wait for check out was simply too long. If they fix that? Ill give them 5 stars next time!

The shopping carts for made for people that are 5 foot 2 and smaller. My back was killing me. And the help there was atrocious. I was directed to a corner of the store rather than an aisle.

Won’t honor their coupon, terrible customer service. Told me to just order it online.... laughable. AC Moore 1 mile down the road. **UPDATE*** same product at AC Moore and they accepted their own 50% off coupon. So happy I left!

It was great. I went to the Patchogue store and wanted to frame a Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers poster. Also I wanted to do something with my ticket stubs. APRIL in the frame dept was very informative, professional and extremely helpful with this transaction.
