I was impressed tonight took a tour viewed the art work and met some nice tenants you have main street the bus and train close very nice.

Beautiful and amazing right in my village I remember when it was a bus stop a skate park a hair salon now its something cool love it.Was over here tonight took a tour met the tenants I was very pleased love the movie theater thats open to the public Im very happy at my current house however years from now Ill keep this place in mind..

Current tenant here. The quality of life in this building is deplorable. I would go into more details but dont want to risk having management hold it against me and terminating our lease (which they absolutely would).

Wonderful showcases of local Art that change several times a year. Clean, polished building w cameras in every corner that deter the rifraf.

I live here..lots of problems. In-fighting..hardly any gallery exhibitions. My neighbor called me a POS because I am on Section 8..as others are also! Section 8 is needed so they get their grants and tax breaks! No custodian. Drunks in the entryway. Traffic issues. Cold drafty apartments.

Walls are very thin, Neighbors & Residents Dont mind there own business.. The HVAC system(s) are Terrible my 14-yr old Child & I Literally get Stoned/High from contact smoke because of the Neighbors smoking Marijuana constantly! My child has Asthma & it Is a ReaL health Risk & Concern that Goes repeatedly Ignored by the Worst management in the World! : ( Dont believe the Hype.., This building Sucks along with the Incompetent Maintenance, & Management as well as the Stuck Up, Snobby, Nosey Residents! Not to Mention the Homeless/Transients right Outside Your door 24-Hrs a day & All hours of the Night With there drinking & drugging & Loud mouth Profanities at All hrs Of the Night! It smells like Urine every where They are Literally right outside on Every seating bench all around the Building where Youll find Them asleep Every waking Morning! & i hope You like being harassed & Asked for $money$ Everyday by Them.., As well As paying A Lot of Parking Tickets, because the Public Safety ( lol.. A Joke..!!! ) Drive/Walk around constantly (even late at night) putting Parking Tickets on Your Windshield.. Ps.- for what You get..., the Rents Not exactly Cheap either! If i was You.., Id save Your $money$ & Time & prevent a Major headache & Find a better Neighborhood & Place to Live.., G-Luck! : )

Over rated, Over priced.. The Air quality of the HVAC system(s) are Horrible & (the AC & Heat will cost You a Fortune) There are 10- dogs & Cats to every 1-Human.., So if You have pet Allergies, than G-Luck! Management & Maintenance suck basically, its a Haven for the Homeless/Transients/Vagrants/Parolees (you get the picture) & So i hope You enjoy There permanent Loitering, Presence as Well as Constantly being asked for $money$ or Cigarettes and What have You! They literally Sleep on the Benches right Outside Your door(s) & window(s) of the Building! Also.., if you have Children, Youre screwed because the Walls are so thin that the Nosey, stuck up, snobby Neighbors will constantly complain! The place Is basically a Joke!!! Not to mention the Public safety (pathetic) Constantly walking/driving around 24-7 puting Parking tickets on Your car windshield, So i hope You like Paying them All the time as well. Listen.., the Village of Patchogue as a Whole, is a Pathetic Joke! It is a Sad attempt at trying to be a nice Town, But in All reality, the Mayor is Nothing but a two bit Thief & the so called Village is for the Birds, Party goers/Drunks & Homeless.. Save your Money & Time & look elsewhere.., Youve been Warned cause We all know that moving Sucks! G-Luck.. : ) ps.- My personal opinion of Patchogue is.., Let the Homeless have It! Im moving My family Out!

Absolutely one of the BEST galleries on Long Island. Aesthetically pleasing, acoustically sound as an event center or exhibition space. Wonderful energy and vibe.
