I love this park!!! I enjoy running around the 1 mile track and watching the beautiful scenery. It has a decent workout station and playground area for the kiddos. Plus you can fish at this spot

Its a great park with lots of space. There are plenty of animals to check out and many shaded areas to rest. The pond is very relaxing to view. The only down side is there is a small accumulation of trash in the pond. Its still very nice!

This place is really fun!! It’s a really big park and it has a playground in the back. I love going there to hang out or run laps around their track. There are ducks everywhere but also different species of fun birds. There’s a lot of parking space, and a biking lane that trails off in the back. Overall it’s really fun place to go to alone or with other people

Nice place to walk or jog. They also have playgrounds for kids and a pavilion. I believe you can also fish. If Im not mistaken, they stock it fairly regularly with catfish and trout.

Is nicer than it was in the past, they repaved some of the roads.

Not enough shaded areas to sit on busy days. Nice jogging/walking trail around the lake. Has a path that cuts across the center of the lake. You can feed the ducks and turtles safe foods. This small park has a few Pokemon gyms and shops, if youre into that app. Features a white gazebo. Not much to do at this park. Not a large playground area. There is a small workout area with some equipment. I prefer Strawberry park to this park, but this one is worth visiting to examine and say hi to wildlife.

We went for my granddaughters softball game. It was clean. Everyone was courteous in regards to parking.

Always clean. So peaceful. Only thing is some dog owners do not pickup their poop so we have to watch our step

I love this park for walking. The only complaint was that the restrooms were very dirty and need some much more frequent cleaning, especially during these times.

We have missed this place so much kids love feeding the ducks and squirrels!!!

In my 11 years of this Park I had always had a good time. It has a nice trail for a little jog around the lake. There is many ducks and some geese. There is water fountains around some parts and the Bathrooms are fine. The Playground is a bit different last time I checked but it’s fine. There a baseball near the 2 hills around the park. The Parking lots are fine.

Great park, there is lots of ducks,birds and squirrels to feed. Good walking trail with mile markers, also a separate bike trail. The is a nice walking trail to walk in between the water. You can fish as long as you have a license. Lots of benches and swings to sit on as a family. It has a playground for kids, and a work out section with pictures of different exercises to do with the equipment there. Also a big hill to run up or roll down. Pet friendly as long as you have a leash and pick up feces.

Road around the lake was paved. Very nice. This park is usually clean.

Amazing park for relaxing and exercising. The views are awesome. The park isnt very large and the track circles a small lake. You can cross the lake via a small bridge as well. Theres plenty of wildlife, especially ducks. Theres also a small bike trail that takes you towards Strawberry Road. Theres a big hill thats fun to run up and down on or to fly a kite on as well as a disc golf course. Fishing is welcome. Theres also a workout station as well as a playground. Awesome little park.

Ive been coming here since I was 6 years old this park never gets old and is always updating and the people are very friendly this is a great place to exercise or just enjoy the Ducks by the pond

This is a nice park. It has a path going around the entirety of the park with water in the middle. Theres a path that also cuts across the water with a small bridge area.They have one gazebo. I believe two bench swings. Not sure if it is, but I believe a place to fish off of. Theres a water fountain for you and your pets. Near to the water fountain there are the bathrooms. They do close them at some point in the evening. I dont know the time, though, but if youre going 6 or after Id go to the bathroom ahead of time.The park closes late, 11 PM I believe, so you dont have to worry about the whole closes at dusk rule that most have.The park became an official texas parks & wildlife park some months ago. You can fish, but need a license. Youll get more details on a sign along the path.There are three parking lots. One in the very entrance of the park, one shortly after, and another on the other side of the park.Only one spot to grab them, but they do have poop bags for your dogs. Theres a leash law.Theres a baseball field.Theres a hill, higher than youre probably imagining, too.

Its a pretty huge park. the only thing i dont approve of is all the trash that is in the lake. people need to be held responsible for their trash. that is why there are trash can all over the park.

Its wonderful with all the wild birds! The walkway over /through the water is cool. Plenty of trees to lie under when it gets warm again. Nice + Quiet, except on lawn mowing days!

Great place for a walk , picnic, or just a place to go hang out with the ducks. Nice walking track. Can get very crowded on weekends and in the evenings. The back side of the park has a play area for kids , restrooms, and work out area. You can fish here off pier or land but not the bridge. Catfish & trout are the norm. Well lit parking lot with base ball fields in the front. That leads to limited space to park on game days. Very large nice pavilion can be rented from city.

The path has recently been resurfaced. The bridge is under water but its still a great place to walk.

Love this park! The water fountains are a great new edition to this park. Nice place for a picnic and duck watching.

We took my daughters graduation pictures here. The park is pretty cool. The track is great and its always fun to go here with family.

Very good city park in Pasadena. A lot of activities to do. There is a running track around the 10-12 acre pond or small lake. They have a outdoor exercise station and facilities for frisbee golf.

I always feel safe at this park, even walking at night. Clean, well kept. Usually busy, and everyones friendly. If I had to point out a negative, it would be they need more tables. To my knowledge, there is only one, and its next to the playground.

Most days are hot, to bad play area still closed off. Kids really miss playing on swing sets. Do the walking trail. Feed ducks and pigeons.

GREAT, FUN path 2 walk around the lake! Has a path that splits the lake 4 a shorter walk too.. I brought a portable pit 2 cook some hot dogs at da lakes edge. Ive seen rainbow trout pulled out of lake, its regularly stocked by Tx. Parks & Wildlife. Use kernels from canned corn 4 bait. Take bread, dried corn 2 feed ducks, pecans 4 squirrels!☆They need 2 build restrooms on the east side of lake. Portapotties there... There r restrooms on west side of lake that seem 2 b cleaned daily.It has a swing on the lake! Park connects with a bike path that goes through City of Pasadena!

We went for my nieces fall ball game and I had not been to this park in years. They have done so much to it. This park offers frisbee golf, a pond/lake to canoe in, softball/baseball fields, has a pavilion, a play found, and just lots space to run wild. We sat a various benches over looking the water and we watched the ducks and turtles. There is a pier/sidewalk that cuts through the water, which is really neat! So much fun!

Clean well manicured facilities. Easy to get to. Restrooms in ball park. Next to a duck pond to pass the time in the shade. Covered bleachers and room for chairs.

If youve ever actually seen the alligator I need to watch out for, please let me know. I kinda think by alligator, they meant a swarm of bloodthirsty geese... imitating an alligator. Its understandable, Ive seen a goose swallow a ribeye steak whole. They used to be dinosaurs, you know.Youre basically jogging with a flock of T. Rex

Beautiful place for families to come out feed the ducks, play in the play ground, exercise, walk/jog around the park, play Pokémon Go lots of poke stops, a couple of fighting gyms for Pokémon Go players!!! Tucked away, its a perfect park with water, walking/jogging path, play areas for the kiddos, trees, and oh yea ducks, gueece, and birds...oh yea and a flock of beautiful green parrots...someone let two get out and now there is a wild covey of parrots!. Get out side and enjoy!!

Nice park. Love the swing by the pond, under the tree shade. Just wish people would be a little more considerate and clean up after themselves and their pets.

Is an amazing place to go work out, see the scenery of the park and all the ducks and animals that are there. The only thing that they can do to make the park a little better, is to add some ligth in one particular area of the park. This would help the people who like to go for a walk or run in the evenings.

Nice fields... the park with the pond is very nice. had a walkway and geese for the kids to look at. seemed very friendly and must be a popular place to go. we play softball and this was our first time there.

We were there to support a Fun Run put on by the Community Pregnancy Center of Pasadena. Nice park! Nice run that could use more runners. Only reason I didnt give the park 5 stars is because I didnt see restrooms.
